A very nice 55 plus park. Very clean very quite.

Im not a resident.. But the manager was so incredibly rude.. Id go as far as to consider her actions down right mean... But that would imply unprofessionalism... /SarcasmWhile visiting a friend the manager here came upon myself at the pool, My friend who is a resident had just left for a min to drop something off at a neighbors house while I was drying off and gathering my things, her reaction to my being at the poolside was; who are you? You arent allowed here. You need to go.. no.. you need to leave immediately! and my friend was served a 14 day notice not 10 min after.Like I said Im not a resident.. but as a guest I felt very belittled and responsible for getting my friend nearly evicted just for visiting..I would recommend forming your own opinion if considering becoming a tenant, but as a guest I would highly recommend NOT visiting..

I want to thank Beverly, the manager, for helping me out today. Also want to comment that this is a quiet, clean, and friendly Park. I have my groceries delivered because I no longer drive and several times those delivering my groceries have asked about how to go about living here - they like it too!!

Another restless night November the 7th at 3 A.M. man living in the brick house reving his engine for 10 minutes..when I went out to see if he needed help his answer was no he was warming engine up to go to work...about a week or so ago he worked under his car until after 9 P.M. in front of office....Whats going on in our used to be peaceful 55+ park.
