Even after they force these poor elderly women and men to pay for rocks next to their trailers, they are not allowed to have visitors park anywhere near their homes. We were trying to celebrate my grandmothers first birthday since my grandfather passed away and the so called security forces us to leave because our cars were park on the rocks that my grandmother payed for. This is ridiculous and uncalled for.

This is where I live, love it here.

Your basic campground, recently added heated pool. Didnt use it so not sure how heated it is? But was busy when we where there. Yet quiet. Folks were friendly .

Nice park. Good for family. Have four family members living in the park. Very safe well taken care of. Lots of friendly people.

It is an older place but in great condition! The people there (employees & residents) are very hospitable. Lots to do there. Pickleball courts, a huge pool, workout and library facilities, and much much more. Also, the stores on both Broadway and Speedway are within walking distance. Pets are allowed. Hope that helps

I attended several functions (wedding, family reunion and a repast). The community center is nice, and there is a pool as well.

Beautiful park, well maintained with active & helpful security booth. I occasionally attend spiritual services here Sunday mornings in the Clubhouse.

Nice 55+ mobile home park.

Needs improvement for sure. I wouldnt recommend moving to this place unless you dont mind being unable to do anything at all. They nick pick about every little detail, the lot rent is higher than any other place in Tucson and they definitely dont let you know everything before moving in. I have only been here for five months and already regret moving to this place. Sorry but I only speak the truth.

Space rent is too high for the average over 55 community. Need to have a job or enough retirement money or investments. This place is more for the upper class. It used to be for persons with a good ss income.

Nice place,nice modular homes and trailers,friend of mine lives there,has security at entrance well maintained yards..

Central Tucson and close to Doctors, restaurants and entertainment. Close knit community of 55+ folks. Home owners Assoc helps maintain yard and mobile home community. Guard shack at entrance is manned. Has community pool, shuffleboards and gathering place with small library of mostly large print books. Home owners Assoc is more expensive then others from the little I could get out of homeowners there.

I myself wont step foot into the place, the owner obviously doesnt want me in his establishment, and Im only too happy to oblige, thats all I have to say.

Very nice well-established park for a retirement community. Absolutely wonderful management staff. Dont particularly agree with the parent company bylaws but they live with them

This 55 + community is right by Pantano & Speedway. Nicely tucked backed from the traffic and gated with security. Once inside, the clubhouse offers the residents Zumba, yoga, church services, water sports and aerobics. I was pleasantly suprised as the homes are surrounded by lush green grass and trees. Up keep is excellent and my best friend purchased a corner lot with a home of 1700 Sq ft! For around 25,000.

Tucsons Number one 55+ community! Best kept secret - enjoy mountain views, own your own home and many activities to gather with friends.

A very good staff however there been many problems in here over the last few months we went almost two months with no gas which meant no hot water for showers no use of stove or gas dryer. And no compensation was given to the residents for this.
