Rented here for over a year and loved it. Good neighbors, good staff, and had a good experience overall.

Love it here. had some problems at first, but management did everything they could to help me and my daughter get our home. Im in one of the new homes and I love it. there are a few problems but Id rather be here than a crummy, falling apart apartment *cough cough, catalina canyon cough cough*

Pulling up to this park was already a disappointment. Its trashed, the houses are literally sitting on top of each other! The lady that runs this dump is rude and unprofessional. I was early for my appt and I when I walked into the office and the lady was sitting on the couch eating. She was rude about me being early(must have cut into her lunch time) wasted my time. Would never recommend this dump. Go else where, save yourself the time and disappointment

We recently moved in and we love the community we have a pool for the homeowners a small park and swing set for the kids, the property manager is a lovely and kind woman, who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We have a BMX bike track located just beyond our property fence and flowing Wells park directly across the street. It is a quiet family friendly mobile home park where we plan to raise our children. We love it!!

Management is highly biased. If you are not Latino, the rules are very strict. For example only 2 cars are allowed per property. If you are Latino, you can park 7 cars in the fire lanes in the street or where ever was convenient (including blocking in other neighbors) every night and Letty, the Manager, will ride by on her golf cart and intentionally turn her head as to not see this happening. I have had her say something because I had company (only 1 person in 1 car). I have gotten lectured by her for checking my oil before a trip in my driveway because the rules say you cannot work on cars here, but After 5 p.m. when she goes home there are no rules. Certain people can play their music loudly enough for the police to come at 3 a.m. but because she didnt see it, it didnt happen.*****Feel free to ask her.... She will tell you it didnt happen and that nothing like that EVER happened here!*****

Its trailet park but not kept up and not very nice.

Worst place to stay. The front office lady is nice but if you need any help theres no one to help. Water is turned off at least every other week. For repairs. They are completely corporate but dont ever try to call corporate no one will give you the number or they are closed. Worse place I have ever rented from. The payment people are rude and always busy unless they need something from you then it better be taken care of immediately. Worst run company I have ever experienced.

Very clean under construction or remodeling the hole trailer park. Nice place to live they are keeping up with the place. Hospital and pleanty of Dr in the area. From sleep apnea to lung Dr and dentist and imagine companies to name a few.

I wish I was able to give negative stars because that is what this park deserves.If you want a place that loves and cares about your well being do not move into here they make it impossible to do anything I was approved for a fence and then all the sudden when I put it up it wasn’t approved and they are now making me take it down being a single mother, a child’s safety is first however they obviously don’t care if my son has a safe place to play outside all they care about is money and whatever they want to do. While trying to be professional and get the matter solved in a civil manor the park manager and corporate office was very rude to me do not move in here and tell your friends it isn’t a good place to live either.If you are thinking about moving in Tucson do not move into a place called Santiago acacia gardens off of shannon and Curtis because they are selling trailers that have delinquent taxes on them. Sounds like a good deal but not a good place to live. They also gave me a lot of trouble when trying to get my emotional support animal approved and have no common curtesy of any kind. They are always talking down to me like I am lower than them and it is very unsettling.

They dont fix street lights after you ask them three four times in the last 2 years. The office manager is a b!+€# who does not know how to do her job. They sold a place to my next door neighbor with back income taxes due. And she was unaware and they tried to tell her it was her responsibility which its not. The water is constantly going out this time its been out for 8 hours so far, I had to go to the pool to get water just so I can flush my toilets
