Usually I would have given this place 5 stars because I love the pizza. But today I went to get pizza for my kids, a treat for them. My husband and I were suppose to go out to dinner for our anniversary. Well we never made it to dinner because they messed up my order. I had to wait longer for them to make me another pizza, which didnt have the extra sauce I ordered. The extra sauce may sound petty, but I should have gotten what I ordered and paid for. I was there for an hour waiting. By the time I got home, I was frustrated. Missed my dinner reservation and my evening was ruined.

Love this location. Great food! The manager Sue fixed my online order mix-up. She was great.

Me and my family ate here and it was so good they got our orders right on time we didnt have to wait any an hour and my kids loved it too they had so much fun

Absolutely terrible. There are maybe 8 or 9 games here. They took the slides and tunnel away and all the smaller kid games. There are more seats and tables then anything. And it seems to be more tailored towards adults rather then children. All of the tvs had on sports and the games now take anywhere from 2 to 4 tokens. The pink panther game that they added cheats i got all the way to the bottom where you are suppose to win 100 tickets and it only gave me 10. My daughter was extremely disappointed so i played again and the same thing happened. If you are looking for a real Peter piper go to the one on ray rd dont waste your time here.

Theyre very busy and can seem overwhelmed but amazing staff doing the right thing to maintain social distancing. Its hard to tell a family pls sit separately but they did and very nicely appreciate them tons. Thank you!

Place was dirty and my fiance nephew and I were only people there at that time. Literally had the whole place to ourselves. Could tell no one was cleaning tables at ther beginning of our visit. Wer were there approx 90 mins at the end of our visit as people were coming in and starting to stay they finally started cleaning tables, they took our trash and leftover pizza but left our soda while we were spending MORE money on games. Like really kind of wanted the pizza that we paid for if not that day would have ate it another day.

We came here for an after graduation meal/celebration. It was great for a large group and the little ones enjoyed it very much. The staff was nice and polite.

One of ther few places left that cooks pizza in a real oven, compared to a conveyor oven. Great crust.

Over the last few years they have slowly removed most of the game games. You know, the ones with something to do. Now almost all of the games are just ticket machines. Theyre basically slot machines for kids. You put in your token and see how many tickets you win. Dont get me wrong, my kids loves tickets as much as the next kid, but she can burn through her tokens in a couple minutes. There is little to no skill, and not much fun. I could save myself $15 and just go get a bunch of cheap toys and candy at the dollar store. Maybe Ill do that and let her have it when she wins a few levels of old school Super Mario or something.

The food is Roller Rink Pizza. In other words not really good but my Kids always likes going. Prizes are kind of lame. Better prizes at Dave & Busters. But my kids love it there so we will continue to come

Its a great place to take your kids. The beige walls kinda seem a bit sad. But other than that its a good place. You can catch a buffet during the week too. I think 11am to 1pm.

Phenomenal service. The team members here go above and beyond to make sure everyone has a good experience. My daughter lost her stuffed animal and the team member did not stop searching until they Looked absolutely everywhere. Thank you guys so much for helping my daughter have a great time and helping me have a great experience too.

Pretty slow till about 2PM then it gets real busy about 3pm. I havent been to Peter Piper pizza in a couple of years, and from what I remember the pizza was much to be desired of, the crust was tough and greasy with almost no pizza sauce, but this time the pizza was decent and the game area looked like it had been updated recently. All in all it was fun for the little ones and thats what counts.

After waiting about 15 min. They called our order, it was wrong. They apologized and said it was there mistake that they would make another one. We waited 30 more minutes and they had it to go. Worst service ever!

Make sure you get there when they open and the pizza is fresh hot and absolutely delicious the staff is very friendly you wont be disappointed

We bring the kids here. Alot. Usually a great time. This time was completely different. No games worked and it was like a mad house. Hopefully next time things will be working

Grandson had a school fundraiser here last night. Its been a while since Ive been to Peter piper pizza. I always liked their pizzas. It was crowded this evening because of the fundraiser but service was good. They accidentally made the wrong pizza but were quick to remedy the problem with another.one for free. The Peter piper pizza is located on the southeast corner of McClintock and Baseline.

Cashiers arent very engaging, but the lunch buffet is great

Slow service. We waited 40 mins for our 2 LG pizzas. That didnt include our appetizers they claimed we didnt order. We paid 50 bucks for. We were for dine in. Our pizzas were placed in to go boxs.Food was good. But for that price no customer service came with it. I was insulted the manager tried offering free stuff to make up for it. I stated, that I was not complaining for free stuff.

First time THERE THERE service 100% on top of things to keep it fresh and appealing..fresh salad and pizza I loved THERE alfradfo pasta had 2nds !!!great buffet for a fast lunch and kids can still get pizza and play ...Thank you Peter PuppetIll be back

Order took forever and didnt get what was ordered. Had to wait forever to get it right. Games dont work. And tickets dont come out. Chucky cheese is much better

Wow been coming to this peter piper for years. Loyalty I guess but one hour for pizza and an hour and a half for wings.

Fresh and good on what kind of pizza you want eat but you gotta request for it.. A few staff members that been there for while are pretty awsome.. I cant recall the lady name but she awesome

Birthday go-to place for the kiddos. Nice open space and great California Veggie pizza and cinnamon dessert pizza. Lots of fun family and friend times there and fun games and twinkling, flashing lights for the kids.

This is the one on McClintock and Baseline. The 3 stars is for them not checking the receipt with your name on it and someone walks away with a $20 pizza. Why ask for your name if they arent going to make sure its you. We ordered 3 pizzas and of course the most expensive was taken!!

Super small location! Half the games didnt work! I would assume it was under staffed based on all the staff running around busy as heck! I would not return to this location.

I called to place an order when i was on Apache blvd and the 101 I walked in to the building no customers at the counter the girls in the back works asked if they could help me i then asked then if i should hang up due to im on hold with them on girls turns around and tells me ok and then turns her back at me im so disappointed im not sure if i will come back

Had our sons 4th party here and the service was absolutely amazing and they helped out so much! The kids loved putting the sprinkles on the ice cream! The party room is the best and so worth the reservation!

Half of the machines are down or steal ur credits. I go about once a month because its near my house but I no longer want to waste $100 there a visit for a few fun dips!

Parking lot Is small, also kinda close to the main road. Parking lot entry maybe kinda tricky to get to thru traffic hour.

Wow Worst Peter piper I have ever been to. Took three 3x to get a sausage pizza. My wings came out 15 mins before my pizza came. Then when I did get my pizza they put sausage on only one side. And at least a 1 1/2 inches around of edge just sauce uncovered without cheese on it. Im pretty sure I ordered extra spit to! Oh if you are white you will be treated differently by staff.

The restrooms were a Lil dirty and the staff was OK. The pizza Is always good there so I give in t 3.5 but Ill round up

Went on a Saturday night. Extremely busy. Employees worked very hard to keep up, all with good attitudes, but more staff was definitely needed. Food was very good. Less games since remodel, but still a fun time for our 4-year-old grandson.

It was good but the pizza it is expensive. The employees really nice, the games really fun and the place was clean.

Neveen was super helpful and always had a smile on her face, she was the best!!!

Never again. Went in on a Friday night at 5:30 to celebrate my daughters birthday. They had one cashier (Macy) taking orders, dealing with carry-out, answering the phone, announcing orders. We waited in line forever, and Macy kept letting carry-out customers go in front of us. No apology for the long wait, and she even got a little attitude when we commented on the line. The manager on duty was Ayesha. Where was she?? Anyway....the wait ruined the celebration. We wont be returning, and will encourage other parents to avoid this place.

Affordable, lack of stock, poorly made. When ordering they were out of wings, out of sauce, out of pepper then came out with packets of pepper. Seemed odd to say youre out but then bring it out. The pizza seemed to have been made different and I got an allergic reaction which Ive never had before. My throat was itching. Not the best of experiences and Ive gone to this one on McClintock and baseline for awhile now.

This place is extremely busy and way overcrowded and dirty. Granted there was like 10+ birthday parties going on but I dont think that is an excuse to have all the trash cans full at once, more then half the games were out of order, the restrooms were a mess and the floors and tables were disgusting and dirty. We came to celebrate a birthday party which overall was decent because of the food but Id take into consideration the inner appearance of your store. I am giving it a 3 because the food was well cooked and came out in a decent time.

I love the pizza but the service wasnt great and in fact, it wasnt great the last time I went either. My order wasnt ready when they said itd be this time nor the last time. And there were at least 8 people standing around waiting for their orders. Not sure whats going on, but hopefully things get better because I love the pizza!

I always have great service when I come to this location. I come with my eight-year-old neice, two-year-old nephew, eighty-two-year old grandma, sister, and nineteen-year-old nephew on different occasions. Each time, the management and other staff are attentive, professional, friendly, and personable myself and my family. Once, when I came with my grandma who used a walker, was having trouble walking, went over to help her across the restaurant to the restaurant. On other occasions, staff came to our table to inquire of our day and engage in conversation.In addition, the establishment is clean and the new remodel is arranged in a fun and eye-catching layout.

My son and I had a date night here. It was fun and we had a great time playing the games. The food was ready promptly and the tables were clean. All games were in working order and we had a blast!

This was my first and LAST visit to this location!! Waited an hour for a pepperoni pizza and an order of wings! The place was full of pissed off people waiting for their overdue orders. The place was complete chaos, the few employees included the manager were rude and completely incompetent. After finally shoving my way up to the corner I was told someone took my pizza! My son was tired and starving. After finally getting our food we lost our appetite! Couldn’t wait to get outta there! Horrible experience and the people are super sketchy! Stay far, far away!! AWFUL!

The brunch buffet is quite tasty. If they dont have the pizza youre craving they will make it especially for you and notify when ready via intercom. Salads are wonderful...especially the cranberry, sunflower seeds, broccoli, and variety of veggies! Great for vegans!

Staff always helps with machine malfunctions. Everytime we hit a large ticket number the machines jam. Pizzas decent.

The food was absolutely delicious the staff was amazing as were paying for the buffet they asked us if we would like a pizza made to try and everything from the buffet and it was super delicious I would suggest trying the Chicago style

Never have I had such an unpleasant experience at Peter Piper Pizza. Out of the 6 different people working only one was friendly, the rest of them (including the manager) seemed like we were interrupting their day. Took over half hour to get food, if they were busy that would make sense but there were only 3 other tables occupied in the store.

After waiting over an hour for our pizza. They called us up to tell us they ran out of dough and we needed to wait in line for a refund. After sending people to one line they closed that line and re directed to another line so only one register was doing refunds. It took us another 30 mins or so in that line to get the refund. If we had not waited so long and my kids werent hungry and out so late I would be far less annoyed. They should have known they only had so much dough left and stopped selling pizza sooner. It shouldnt take an hour to figure out you cant make the pizza. They also were not really sorry and it seems like this maybe something that happens a lot

My experience at this location was incredible. The employees are so friendly, welcoming, and helpful! Its also a clean and fun environmental for anyone of any age.Highly recommend stopping here if youre in the area and want some good pizza, salads, and great customer service!!!

So you want to know something about tripple P, well you not goina find it from me. Its a buffet pizza place.We made it in after the buffet closed and ended up ordering the large family deal. We got 40 token and the kids went bonkers.So on to the place, it was HUGE. Peice was a bit high, but your here for the kids Cmon people.The pizza was actually good and the wings had good taste. We had the classic pep and sausage. Bbq and hot wings. All tasted great.Staff was very nice and the bathrooms and tables were clean. Games were fun and kids were happy.All and all this would be a good place for the kids and food was good so 4 stars it gets. My mother and I visited this particular PPP, last night with my 6 and 2 year old. Im another review of another PPP, I felt was a fair and honest review, I dont hate the franchise but its not my favorite.The staff at this was one awesome. The one gal, with Easter egg colored nails was beyond helpful and cheery. I wish I could remember her name. She happened to be the one person I was in contact with all night as she happened to be the one to be free when we needed something.She took our order and helped my boys when the ticket reader didnt print, she happened to be the one to help my boys get their prizes. She was super sweet.My mom wanted to take left overs home, but after getting the prizes the food had been cleared off the table and tossed. Our fault completely for not taking it as we walked away from the table... But mom was upset. Dont know how to send a private message... I have some other good things to say that I dont want to post publicly.Over all, great experience. Thank you and please give kudos to that gal, shes wonderful.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The customer service exceeds my expectations. The place was very clean compared to other locations I have visited. There were not many games but overall it was a good visit.

Good, but arcade is sad.I used to go here before the renovation, and I was a regular. I remember playing the Price Is Right and everything, but it seems that they have removed it along with lots of other games that has been there for awhile, just to make more space. Whats funny is that most of the time i went there, it was only half packed. They removed the little play area, just for more tables, and that was a bad choice. I loved playing on it as a kid, but now I only go there for the wings.

This place is horrible. They were so busy and they only had 1 person taking orders and 1 person handling the games and prizes. Then on top of it all the staff and customers were so rude. We ended up leaving and eating somewhere else. If I could give it minus stars I would.

They were short staffed and couldnt keep up with the buffet. I paid $20 for a friend and I to use the buffet and we barely got anyrhing (I got two pieces of breadsticks and two small pieces of pizza. She got two pieces and a serving of macaroni that she didnt finish because the taste was weird to her)
