1st off I would like to comment on the Manager Chris for making a great save on what could have been a terrible experience. Chris made my 1st impression of Tilt a tremendous one & could not have handled the whole situation better! Tilt has a lot of ticket games, a bunch of arcade & shooter & car driving games and about 20-30 pinball machines that were mostly newer release pins! I would come back & definitely recommend Tilt for a fun time

My boyfriend and I just had an amazing experience here! We won a jackpot for 2,000 tickets and then won again, however it did not payout. The wonderful game manager Shawn was very kind and saw our mishap and alloted us pur tickets. Kindest guy ever, just enjoyed seeing us have fun. Thank you Shawn, my boyfriend and I will remember our eventful experience and your kind honesty whenever we look at our Chargers banner! Highly recommend this place with its amazing customer service.

A decent arcade that has a variety of classic and modern games. Pricing is a bit high for the casual gamer, and the vast amounts of skill cranes and carnival style games are more of a novelty. Overall support your arcades as they are a dying institution.

Amazing amount of pinball, classics like ac/dc and Adams family. Also arcade classics like street fighter and mortal combat. Never too busy, excellent and safe location in Arizona Mills.

Pretty fun place for a mall arcade.. plenty of interesting games and entertainment for you and family. I havent tried the food yet but whenever I return Ill give an update.

We took our son for his 12th birthday. He loves it. Won three times on the claw... It was insane. I highly recommend tilt for a good time.

Take the family here every Wednesday, I would say about 90% of the games function pretty good compared to other arcades, if they dont the attendant will obviously take care of yah, love the virtual reality they have going on and the prizes are pretty decent to achieve as well as a pretty good variety to choose from, the place also has sanitizer around the building.

Took my grandson and we had a blast getting tickets for prizes!!! Clean and safe thanks everyone for a great day!!

It’s something to do when there’s not much to do. Very clean and spacious. There’s an elevator leading to the second floor where there is dining. The last time I went I tried their fries which were AMAZING! Don’t forget the ranch or order something to drink because they have a kick.

This place is pretty cool. They have newer games on the first floor. On the second floor are mostly old school arcade machines. You get a reloadable card at the front that you continue to use throughout your stay. Had an awesome time hanging out with friends!

We enjoyed our time there. I would recommend checking it out.

Updating my review to 5 stars for staff friendliness. We had an issue the night of our visit but was resolved fast and friendly. Just wish people would respect and take better care of the machines a few of the attractions looked to have been played pretty hard, and had soda and food grime on them. Please respect all machines and we can enjoy them for years to come.

Fun place, but they keep the temperature in there too warm.

Location was clean, many different pinball machines, claw machines and even retro games. Kids loved it. Pizza was eaten up by the kiddos too.

Our almost 4 year old literally has the best time here. He has asked to come back soon. Keep up the great work.

More then I expected price wise from a place attached to a mall. Arcade selection is okay, pinball collection is sad, beer selection and food selection surprisingly on point and well priced. Also was able to have about 2 trips worth of fun on $30.

Very enjoyable experience with lots of cost friendly options and a few very expensive ones too. They have a lot of everything for everyone and your sure to have a great time here. Definitely recommend.

Sunday funday turned out great! The mall closes early on Sundays, so tilt wont be so busy and stays open til 8pm. Great way for the kids to finish out the weekend before going back to school on Monday!

I bring my kids here all the time. Love the retro games on the 2nd floor. Bar, pizza, games. Prefer this place over Main Event wen it comes to the arcades. They offer true unlimited play cards that u can swipe over and over without a time out delay to continue playing ur game. Great family specials too.

Love this arcade! Has great games that give out lots of tickets as well as fun claw machines. Not too expensive.

Pizza is good, family enjoyed it every time weve went. Its a nice place to bring a family. 4 stars because it could be a tiny bit more exciting.

Would have been better if any of the claw games would let you win occasionally. Fun atmosphere. Cool game selection overall but just dont expect to win much at all. Wont return for just this place but if Im at the mall I may stop in

Great selection of pinball for Arizona.mostly Stern machines. Relaxing atmosphere would like to see more machines from Spooky Pinball, American Pinball and Jersey Jack Pinball added to the collection.

They need to remember that theres a panademic going on and they need to wipe down the machines a lot more and somebody needs to be in there cleaning up after people are using the machinestheres certain headgear in there thats not getting clean and they need to be better at their job and what theyre doing and pay attention to detail theres a pandemic going on.!!!

Super fun place, during the week is slower so you have more games and less wait times. The bar is really nice too. Recommended

Best arcade to hang out with friends and family. Its has a collection of the retro arcades and many old well known favorites. The games that I love arethe lost world Jurassic park and Marvel vs Capcom arcades. When it comes to other arcades like Chuck e cheese, Peter piper pizza, Dave and Busters, and of course Main Event, they tend to have new arcades and never old time favorites, because of the panding to children age 6 - 13. Tilt is more of an adult arcade with a bar and old school arcades.

I usually take my son here about once a month. I love how they have everything from old school to new school games. The pinball section is insane! My son and i usually also play alot of ticket games so he can take home a little candy and some small toys. Ill spend 20 bucks on a card and it will legitimately last me about and hr and a half to 2 hrs. And anytime a machine messes up (specifically ticket games) the staff corrects the situation. Great place to take your kids big or small and they also have a bar and food but ive yet to try any of the food.

Fun-looking atmosphere, but not a good value at all. There are lots of claw machine in this place, and all of them are rigged to not let you win, and the prizes are badly placed so it is impossible to win. The games are all too pricey. Every time I go to AZ Mills mall, I take a stroll through Tilt Studio just to see if they made any changes, but sadly they havent. Rip-off pricey machines, and nobody looks happy there. Not even the employees. This place has potential, but if management doesnt change how things are done, they might as well close down and turn Tilt Studio into a Dave and Busters or a Round 1 Arcade.

Great place, come here often to escape the hustle of the mall. Reminds me of the old days when all malls had a coin arcade. Try the BANG! Cherry Bomb special.

Tons of fun! Lots of arcade games that I grew up with in the 90s and early 2000s plus plenty of new offerings. The bar had a fine selection of beers on tap, and while they didnt carry the liquors that my girlfriend usually drinks, the bartender made her up a couple delicious drinks that she really enjoyed. We will definitely be going back in the future.

Always a fun place to bring my nephew on our trips to Tempe. You will spend some serious cash in here! Lots of fun games for all ages.

Compared to other game places this is my favourite. They have great deals during the week, like where you make one payment for unlimited arcade and pinball games for a couple hours. I love that there are no tickets or tokens, you just rack up points on a card, very convenient.

My kids love coming here. Great place to hang out when shopping in the mall or after a movie.

It was real nice I had lots of fun and I won over 15 thousand chips I also bought some stuff I wanted. Bluetooth wireless ear phones, some candy a canaster of sour candy a trivia game of the golden girls, some giant Tootsie rolls one for each one of us. Will definitely go soon again.

I had an awesome time with my family here and the staff was very good even though we took forever selecting gifts when we went to exchange our tickets. The card readers were pretty awesome and its been several since Ive been there so it was a surprise for me.

Decent place. Only major redeeming quality for adults is the 20 pinball machines upstairs, of which children stay away from usually.Games are cheap, particularly pinball (since thats all I went there for). Some kids games have tickets they can redeem items for.Other than that, Im sure your kids will have a splendid time here -- plenty to do!Mens bathroom could definitely use a lot of work, but Im sure keeping up with all of the little rugrats is difficult. (Although theyve been out of soap for over 24 hours though.)

My wife and I had a birthday party for our 5 year old daughter at Tilt. It was great! There were a lot of games for the kids to play, as well as games and pin ball machines for the older people to play. We had a room reserved which was on the 2nd level, a short walk to the bar :-)John was our liaison, and he did an outstanding job. John was always making sure were had what we needed. Weve had parties at other places in the past, and none of them compares to the Tilt facility, and the service that we were provided. Highly recommend

Games are horrible, cant win anything. The prizes are even worse. A good waste of time and money.

Great place. A lot of claw machine, as well as other variety of games. Tech support actually listen and fix the machines when need too, unlike other arcade establishment, especially the dancing machines.

Good games. Theyve got a bar, pizza. Great place for the whole family. Stairs, elevator and wheelchair accessible.

Was fun n won slot of tickets for our first time there

We had so much fun here. I thought there were plenty of games and a great variety. My kids had a blast. We went during power hour and it was totally worth it! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Well be back for sure!

Came to surprise that the arcade machines are not that well taking care of. Most of the controls are not accurate and payback. However the options of arcade are impressive

The games are a little over priced, but I will say that they have the only claw machines in the world that actually work. Not a wide selection of games. It was pretty fun though either way, and everyone seemed as though they enjoyed their time. If I got to pick on an arcade to go to, I dont think it would be my first pick, but probably second pick.

Most games are designed to screw you over, broken, or misleading. The most basic and best games are the old school classics, fun and reliable...

The environment is great. If you go during the week its basically empty. Had a lot of fun.

Highly recommended Tilt Studio. We had our sons 1st birthday at Tilt and Im so glad we chose to do it here. Prices were reasonable and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Had a great time here. I went to this location the day the mall originally opened. It was called Gameworks. Over the years I have seen struggles to keep the doors open. This is the first time in a few years that I have been back. I must say that staff was very helpful with the one issue we had and made us feel welcomed. Glad to see the arcade open and running well.

I just wanted to say this place was great especially the staff in there they helped us so much, and were very friendly. Jordan was especially cool because we asked for 100 of the little skate boards and he got right on it just taking like huge handfuls. Overall it was a great experience.

Me and my son had a BLAST here. I got to get owned in some new VR game by my 11 yr old, but got him back on the Original Donkey Kong game. Great selection and great fun.

Fun area to go with your family, it has a gift store but prizes arent extremely good, some games steal points and dont let you play, other than that its a really fun place.
