Great place to bring the family,u can watch a movie, go shopping or get a bite to eat,place is clean,lots n of peoples but there taking precautions keep everyone safe.

The service is impeccable and the theaters are perfect. Come to the movies stay for all the mall activities and the best food court in town!

Went to the IMAX on 10/3/20 and it was squeaky clean! Staff was nice and the movie screen was huge of course. Sound could have been a little louder but perhaps its just me going deaf. They only allow so many people and if i were you, i would go watch Tenet! Go to the theatres, theyre still fun!

Came here for the first time to see New mutants . $30 for me and my 3 year old to see a matinee/afternoon show. No veteran discounts. No any discounts. $6/small popcorn 4x6x8” bag W/NO REFILLS. $5/20oz bottle of water. no icees working. 1 employees helping customers 2 others and a manager walking around the back counter.Poor service. Over priced and the whoppers (malted milkballs) the cashier handed us were WET. He couldn’t seem to find any dry ones so I asked just to have it taken off the order.I don’t think they’ll Be much business for very longer. Do they not know that countless Americans are out of work right now and can’t even pay that high of prices?

Honestly after being to Cinemark (my Favorite Theater) and AMC, which both have Recliners, it was disappointing because Im spoiled by soft comfortable seats, and being able to prop my feet up which are always hurting. Recliners have been in Cinemark for many years, so dont know if all Harkins seats are this uncomfortable but they need an upgrade.Sitting for almost 2hours in an uncomfortable narrow seat is not pleasent. The leg room was very narrow, We both kept kicking the front chair. Luckily no one was sitting in front of us.Besides the seating the staff was friendly and attentive and helpful!

This must be one of the last harkins to feel the love of a remodel. Its gonna be amazing when its done !

Theater was very roomy because of COVID-19 social distancing so it was perfect! The movie was amazing!

Social distancing was there and I got to finally see a movie again.

I went to Harkins to watch Tenet, but the movie was very difficult to understand. Thus, I conclude that Harkins is bad theatre. Plus, because of COVID-19 and the seating arrangement of The theater, there was no one sitting next to me, I had no one to ask my doubt too.

I enjoy going to this theater because its close to my home and finding a good seat is generally easier than most locations that are crowded. Its not the cleanest location but its pretty standard as far as lower end movie theaters go. There is usually a long wait for concessions and the standard mood for employees is usually lethargic and spacy. I always recommend getting there with ample time (30 min+) to buy tickets, get concessions, and find a seat.

This theatre is always clean, and the staff is always very polite. It does not have the stadium seating like newer theaters have, although seat are high back rockers and comfortable. I go in times of very low volume of movie goers as I have that luxury so Im always very happy with this theatre. Today only one other person in the same theatre as myself.

They are remodeling. Had a weird smell.

Crowded but a decent theater, good sound in all theaters. IMAX with the Harkins discounts is great. The crowd can be seedy, but theres usually LE security like a sheriff or PD present. Popcorn line sometimes takes forever. Matinee prices are very competitive.

When for the first time since March went and saw the movie infidel a little bit to give possession cuz there is only one person theres space in between seats and we were the only ones in the movie theater movie was okay

Movie was great! I can do without the wait for service at concession stand...cashier was polite and courteous. Having limited registers open was out of his control. The popcorn was freshly popped and washed it down with a nice cold coke. The refillable cup helps cut the cost. Along with the free refill on large popcorn. We always enjoy Harkins at Az Mills.

This is such a unique location because its inside of the Arizona Mills Mall. They have state-of-the-art everything here. Its awesome. And they have awesome movies. They also have an IMAX theater just on the other side of the food court from where this location is. So if you ever wanted to see a true IMAX. Then you should go here. Thank you for being so awesome. We did a Private Screening for our boys birthdays, and the manager on duty was a huge help and she did everything she could to accommodate us. I did not get her name but she was the manager on duty on 1/11/2020. Thank you for all your help and everything you did for us on this day, as you know throwing a party is stressful as is but you put us at ease. Thanks again.

Ive seen plenty of films here and really enjoy having a Harkins Rewards card. The people behind the counters at the concession are some of the nicest Ive ever met. Popcorn is delicious and this is one of those chains that gives you the multiple powdered options to go on top of your popcorn, like White Cheddar, Nacho Cheese, even a Caramel one. The IMAX screen is large and tall, but not large and wide, films are enjoyable, but I always feel as though they could be bigger, but beggars cant be choosers. Awesome chain.

I went to an early show to see a movie and it was literally only myself and 3 other people in the theater. Now I understand that in general being on your phone at the movies is frowned upon. However, not only did I have my phone on silent and brightness on the lowest setting but still an attendant went out of her way to tell me with an attitude to get off my phone or go outside to use my phone. I just felt like that was excessive to do over a movie in the afternoon when I wasn’t bothering anyone by briefly using my phone. I won’t be coming back to this Harkins theater. I’d rather go to an AMC anyways.

Parking is tight, but good security. Theater is comfortable but has a first come, first seat set up...which can get a little hectic. Ive become accustomed to the reserved seats set up which I prefer.

Popocorn is fresh. The recliners were good.

I am and will continue to be a patron of this Harkins movie theater. Im deep in the Harkins fandom so they greet me by name after giving a set of numbers. Its great! The seats dont recline and are more polyester material than leather. This theater serves a wide range of the public including my far-off neck of the woods. Granted my neck of the woods is also served by Harkins Pavilions and hopefully (after a long wait) a newer, closer theater. They staff here puts on the midnight showings for all the blockbusters and do it well. Ive never had a bad experience in 15 years of attendance.

Youre run of the mill Harkins. Its pretty decent, the only reason I didnt give 5 stars was the lack of sense of urgency with the concessions employees. They take so long at this location it can be quite annoying.

Harkins is my preferred movie theater and this location is my favorite to visit. Popcorn is always warm and balanced with just the right amount of salt and butter. The people that go there are usually family oriented.

I guess Im getting old! If there is a movie house I visit frequently, its Harkins at Arizona Mills, and unless I select a movie that is action packed, I fall asleep.The chair reclines back and I fell unrestricted and comfortable enough to fall into a deep undisturbed sleep.I always awake when the music is bumpin and the sound effects begin boomin. Its rousing, and get to remember something about the movie I came to see.Perhaps I should do a better job of selecting the movies I see, but even if I miss a few moments of a blockbuster film, it doesnt really matter. Harkins Theaters are comforting, and at my age, maybe all I want to do is sleep!

Always clean only problem Im really having is understanding why they are playing 4 Bollywood movies around Christmas time. Was looking forward to watching Uncut gems not 1 showing but have movies that no one is interested in. Get with it Harkins

I went there for Frozen 2 with my daughter for who it was the first time going to a movie theater.It was an event originally organized by Fab3functions (great experience).It was early in the morning: everything was clean and big.

Wow! It’s easy to find, by far the cleanest theater I’ve ever been to, and every staff member is so friendly! I’ve never had the concession stand... I didn’t catch hername : ( .. ask what movie I was seeing and just start a conversation. I’ll be back!

The atmosphere in this harkins is amazing they have great theaters and great sound and picture quality. The only downside is how much the snacks are but other than that they are a great harkins

Great Movies n service

Came here from the verde valley to watch Toy Story 4. This place is super huge! Friendly employees. Huge rooms. Didnt like that we couldnt hear half the movie becuz the people behind us were talking majority of the time.. Didnt like how the restrooms were only at the beginning of hallway and ur theater was at the end of the hall. Otherwise we had a great time!!

This place definitely needs seats upgrade. Felt so uncomfortable and never enjoyed my movie. Maybe the seat I used was bad. Have always been used to recliners. But the screens and sound system is perfect.

Awesome service they helped me switch to a later showing when the theater I was in had a few rude loud people. Much appreciated, it wasnt the theaters fault, they dont choose who comes in but they fixed it anyway

Went here on a date to see Joker this evening. I wish we would have drove an extra 5 miles to Awatukkee. This theater had a group of police standing at the entrance. Staff was searching purses and bags. We go and get drinks and popcorn. Most of the popcorn was broke into tiny pieces and it was cold. We made our way to the theater and with our hands full were asked to show our ticket stubs to enter. So my date sits his drink on the ground to retrieve our ticket stubs. We get past that and go to find our seats, they dont recline and the theater was warm. I wouldnt recommend this theater to anyone. Very disappointed with the experience at this location.

Nice clean theater. Everyone was courteous. Couldnt give 5 stars due to having to pay $5 for a cheap bottle of water. Gouging.. not cool.

Ive been coming here for years. I like that its in the Arizona Mills mall. There are regular theaters and the IMAX theater. The place is usually clean. There are free refills on popcorn. Use your loyalty cup for a discount on drinks. They replaced the loyalty tshirt with an app. Good if you go to any Harkins frequently, free medium popcorn for a $25 fee per year. Customer service is great. The ticket agent sold us tickets for the wrong show time, CS switched them with no problem. One thing I noticed more recently is people bring their toddlers, even to late shows, and the child(ren) can be loud. Management addressed this issue before the film started, but some people didnt pay attention. Harkins needs a daycare here like at other locations.

Harkins Theaters in AZ Mills Was very clean. The concession stand moved along pretty quickly which was nice. We got to our seats and was settled before the movie started. We saw Lion King, which was a very interesting movie. Even though it was made for children, it entertained adults also.We enjoyed the show!

Our favorite spot to go. Restrooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Movies are awesome. Theatre isnt super packed. Popcorn yum and best thing no bugs ever. We love it here. We also think its so convenient that its by the mall.

Me and my acquaintances arrived at the theater expecting to watch the film IT Chapter 2. After we acquired the tickets we proceeded to buy nourishments from the convenience store located inside the facility. When we tried to enter the theater a staff member asked us for identification to confirm that we in fact are 17 years of age. The thing is my wallet where I store my currency had been taken by a thief a week prior to this encounter. I am 21 years old and was not let into the auditorium and didn’t view the film. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. My acquaintances were very upset and entered a state of depression which I don’t blame them for because we were very enthusiastic to view this film.

The concession stand sucks. The service is very slow...get there with plenty of time to spare before your movie. You may just miss the first 10 min or so.... I waited 30+ in line I finally had my son wait in another line to see which one moved faster just to get going to our show.

Other than choosing not to go on opening night, I love going to the movies. Its one of the things my family loves to do together. Food service counters do take pretty long most of the time. Even if its not opening night.

The theater is nice and big and clean. They have great big screens and speakers for awesome sound. The only downside is the chairs are not the most comfortable.

Imax. Brilliant. Absolutely stunning. I only wish the screen was a bit further back as the front rows are extremely close. Yet & still, well worth the price of admission. In fact, these days the price is almost the same as a regular theaters ticket. We always see the big ones here. Recently, Avengers Endgame. Marvelous!
