I cannot fully express how well this day has been. It starts w/ the ever knowledgeable Customer Service Assoc. Cody! He answered all of my questions and accommodated us without having reserved space, all while adhering to all social distance measures. Our FUN FILLED afternoon was topped off by the Wonderful Customer Service from 26yr Pin Chasers veteran Bartender/ Server/ Mom/ Grandma and FRIEND to all Deidre! You all helped make this a day to remember.

Good place for bowling. Looks clean, had various lanes available, had some oil pattern left (which is really good, on most bowling alley the lanes are almost completely dry), price is reasonable, food was good.The only reason I dont give it 5 stars is because of the service. I played for 2 hours and it took the lane server like 1 hour and 10 minutes to go to my lane and get my order (food, drinks, etc). She was super nice but the waiting time for her to come back was super long (and the place wasnt full or nothing like that).

I love bowling. My daughter is in a kids league so she bowls every Saturday with her team. They also have really good food! We had a breakfast sandwich on a tortilla today and it was #awesome

We always have a nice time bowling here. They food is pretty decent and the pricing is always fair. They typically have the size shoes we need and a ball that fits everyone in the family. We love coming here for glow bowling. Also it’s non smoking so it’s great for families!

Had a heart time with my friends and the workers were great at their job 10/10 will go again

My husband and I were a little hesitant to go bowling due to Covid19 but we decided to give it a try. Esthenye who was working the checking in counter was awesome! She could tell we were a little uneasy & went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. She did things like putting us on a lane that hadn’t been used that day, to giving my husband new shoes they had just received. They had hand sanitizer, wipes, signs, and other reminders to keep everyone safe. We even ended up buying our own shoes & balls from the ProShop who had 2 extremely knowledgeable gentlemen. We will definitely be back to this location!

I often come here to have a good experience with friends and family. The service I got from the employee Esthenye was beyond amazing. She was incredible, and very polite customer service she provided. She was very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Whereas the maintenance guy his name is Pete, was very rude and not polite to us as customers for doing his job. I surely do hope that when I come in next time there is a better guy to help us out.

Is looks nothing like the photos. Very old and dated. Front desk was rude about the military discount, had to ask five before he responded. Took our “server” an hour into our 2 hour session to ask if we like order anything.

Went here with a group of people. The place was busy but we had a great time. One thing that bothered me was the server never once came to wait on us in the 2 hours we were there. Good place bad servers

Really good service, in fact surprisingly so. We got there and it was packed, but we still got our food within minutes, and we were helped all night and never left waiting. We both left actually saying we were impressed with the level of cleanliness and customer service. Will return!

Music on point and their pizza is better than most bowling places. The lanes are well kept. My only neg is that they dont serve pitchers. Granted COVID-19 has helped us change for the better. Will see again.

Pin Chasers bowling alley is very friendly and clean a great place for parties. The prices are fair the food is good and the drinks are stiff from their awesome bar which is great for the adults. We had a great birthday party for my roommates 8 year old.

I bowl there every Thursday night service is always exceptional bowling alley food is always good the prices could be a little better in these hard times not everybody can afford a 5 or $6 decent beer but other than that always have a good time theyre always checking temperatures social distancing and face masks are worn a lot makes you feel comfortable, I recommend if youre in the league that you group to get a discount ...

Really like the place, its stunning and the ambience was nice. Went after 10.30 and got unlimited bowling rounds.

Great atmosphere and decently priced. Perfect for parties, gatherings and family fun. It wouldve been nice to have tables a bit cleaner (plates, glasses on table) but its a bowling alley.. you cant go wrong!!

The kids always have a great time here. Bowling, drinking pitchers of their favorite soda, playing from the wide variety of arcade games, and getting candy from the vending machines. We always stay here for a couple of hours on a day off from school. Its a great place to have a good time

It was nice, the kids had a blast. From an adult perspective, the drinks were weak lol i suppose understandably though.

This place is a joke! I wanted to take the family bowling so I tried to call this place and it sends you to a automation system then when you figure out the right one to call no one answers. We set up reservations and got a email saying they would have us a lane as close to the reservation time as possible and said someone would call us to confirm. After waiting 2 hours and no call we showed up 15 mins before our reservation time like it said to do. The girl behind the counter was rude and said we would have to wait 2 and 1/2 hours for a lane to be available. And there was at least 6 empty lanes when she told us that. I will never be back!

Great lanes, great service and great food. They have some pretty good deals too. Be sure to reserve lanes in advance. Quite a few leagues play here and at various times. It could be busy when you least expect it.

I used bowl when used called Regal Lanes 30 years ago under my madien name Genovese and now married to my Husband Bryan and we started date Regal Lanes and still bowl 30 years in Tampa Bay area.

Nice clean place staffed with nice people.

Prices are a little higher than most allies but overall we had a blast. I like the many activities in one place, pool, video games and excellent customer service. Perfect place for bowling party, plenty of room.

A good family fun place

The staff was friendly, the birthday party was much more affordable compared to other places, the food was really good for a bowling alley. My kids absolutely loved it. My only complaint is how frequently the balls kept getting stuck on this lane.

Took my team of staff members to this location. Originally we had a reservation however it was not relayed to the staff properly however they accommodated my large party of almost 30 with great service. Staff was nice even though we were a later party. Ray the manager I believe was super friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. We had a great time. Only negatives was the cheese fries, they were just such skinny fries it was hard to eat personally and the bar didn’t stay open the entire night it closed an hour before the facility closes if I recall correctly. Other than that it was a great time!!

Great environment with great staff. Very good food. Had a get together with coworkers and the staff was there to help us the whole time with food, drinks, and questions . Had a great time. This was sponsored by my company and it was so enjoyable that I plan to take my family back one day soon. Definitely 5 star place. Easy to get in and out of and safe environment for family of all ages.

As a competitive bowler the lanes were different then I was used to but I got used to them. If youre family is looking to bowl, this is a great place for you! There are a lot of lanes and itll be lots of fun!

Carl at Sardegnas Pro Shop is the best for listening to a bowlers need for a new ball, drills ball to specifications. He will watch you bowl and give recommendations. Great Pro Shop.

AWESOME PLACE! The staff are nice and friendly to kids, and they also have a free youth bowling program. They provide bowling shoes and socks for everyone. Although there are occasional mechanical glitches, I still recommend this place to anyone who just wants to have fun for a cheap price. There is also an arcade and many deals.

I wouldnt recommend this location. The guy they have working up front is really rude and he charged us for a full hour of pool even though we got kicked out 20 minutes into playing. He clearly hates his job.

Way better than the Hillsborough location. Staff was phenomenal. Came in made reservation for party of 12 for 8:00 pm, but we had to change it to 8:30 pm because people were late, and Larry was very accommodating and reasonable. Smiled and said no problems we got you. Also Chris our server did an excellent job, great guy very accommodating as well. Food came out quickly overall great experience. Even when I was waiting at the bar they asked me if I wanted a drink several times. The staff was every happy and smiling, unlike the Hillsborough location. I cant complain and will definitely return.

So much fun! I go every year when they have the bowling for rhinos event! Its always super packed but the service is really on top of things. The staff is nice and very accommodating. We would always order a large pizza and its always hot and tastes great. I highly recommend it.

We hung out at the bowling alley while our friends were at the skating rink. Nice place, good music not so loud you cant hear people talk which was nice. Clean, well organized and the staff was awesome. Theres a nice little bar too!

This is a great bowling alley. The lanes so well maintained. Lots of bowling balls to choose from. Delicious pizza, awesome staff. Refreshing soft and alcoholic drinks. Were coming back for sure. 3 generations enjoying our time together.

Pin Chasers is fun for kids- especially the laser bowling. Prices are okay. What I didnt understand is how long it took to get checked in and going. There were 5 employees standing around and only one person behind the counter helping people. It took a long time to get our lane and pay. I would assume for a busy weekend day, it would make sense to have at least two registers going to help expedite the process.

Had a good time there. Good food, serves cocktails, good pizzas. Bowling, you cant go wrong

Love love love the front desk staff. Brought in a summer camp group and they were so friendly, helpful and patient. We will definitely be back and highly recommend for groups and families.

Family friendly atmosphere. Generally quick service on drinks and food. League nights get crowded and so its best to call ahead and make sure they have room. Larry is the man who solves problems and makes things happen.The gentleman in the pro shop are knowledgable and want to see you succeed.

There was new guy that normally isnt there at the counter he was a little rough around the edges otherwise great like always. Wings are great here at this location.

If you sign up for their membership on their website you get to bowl 5 free games, instantly, its real easy all they need is your email address and your name, me n my cousins did it and we all went bowling for free love this place and when your birthday and stuff come up they give you 10 dollars for free on your member ship card so that helps pay for more free games and they give you a free appetizer (for your birthday) I tell everybody about this place,family atmosphere, love it!

Fun and friendly place. They have really good birthday packages and the drinks are shockingly good. The lanes are pretty cool when they have their glow in the dark lights and for the most part it’s one of the cleaner bowling alleys here in Tampa. Definitely a chill place to bowl and have fun with friends and family.
