Haven’t been here since they changed the place into “Game time” but my kids and I had a blast. They loved it. They have a pretty decent prize selection and the games are fun as well and not too expensive.

I mean its an arcade haha. I wish they still had some of the older games and I wish if I was drinking I wouldnt have to wear a mask, think thats bogus. Reason why we left actually. But the chicken tenders we got were delicious and the drinks I got were great and the girls at the bar were super nice.

This place is awesome! Clean, entertaining, friendly staff. My nephews love it, especially during the pandemic.

Dropped in and played some pool and have a few beers. Kevin took great care of us. Awesome bartender!

My wife and I went here recently to play some games. The prices to play are reasonable and the games seem to be well maintained. The place was clean and well kept. Surprisingly the bathrooms were super clean. We are definitely going to come back again for some drinks and gaming.

We were looking for things to do since all our sport events were canceled. Food here is not the best but it was pretty good. Had some cool games to play which entertained us for 3 hours for only $30. Not bad. And the only trade off is you dont get tickets to redeem for prizes which I was fine with. A fun time for the family. We especially liked the miniature bowling.

First time here and had a wonderful time. There were a few machines out of order, but not enough to ruin the fun. Managed to hit quite a few jackpots and even won a juicer from Color Match. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely return!

This place is lacking common sense and customer service. We have celebrated with our sons team a couple times here and we are given so much trouble just to get a table to order food while our kids play the games. We are told we have to all be seated in order to get a table. Let’s be realistic, 10-15 8yo boys don’t want to sit and wait for food, they want to play the games on the limited time cards they were given. Bar service is also very lacking. Definitely need to find a new place to celebrate with the team as this place definitely doesn’t cut it.

OMG I had so much fun. The drinks were great and the food was good as well. I felt like a kid again. I will have to do that again.

You get hustled to buy a game card and half of the games don’t work. The prizes are terrible and the drinks are $7.58 for a draft beer. You can’t leave teenagers to play games under the age of 18 which is also crazy to have as a policy. We won’t return. Save your $100 for something better.

Excellent place for adults and children, but it is more suitable for adults than children. There is a Restaurant and a Bar inside the place and there are mostly games for adults and some for children. The place has two party rooms for birthdays or any other types of celebrations. Nice atmosphere, very clean and organized. Can be more pricey than other game places.

The kids love it and the adults can relax too. We sit in the bar area and watch sports while they play. It takes a little long to get food on the dining side though. Overall its a pretty good time for the kids and we continue to go back.

Very family friendly fun place to go. Staff was awesome. Bar was a lil slow is my only complaint. Food was delish and being from buffalo im very picky about chicken wings lol.

Had a wonderful night! Food was delicious! Service was slightly slow but nothing to complain about. The manager still came up and paid for my pizza because of the wait. We hadnt even said anything... That is proactive customer service from the male manager! Better than I could have expected! Give them a break, they are clearly trying and its an ARCADE! Let the kids have a good time and relax... Only thing missing is the massage recliners for the adults who like to complain about everything.

Their $15 / hour is a reasonable deal. But an hour is about how much time an adult can stay entertained with the current selection without lines. If its busy, or youre spending time at the bar consider a longer time card.

Super fun bar if your into nostalgic video games. Blast from the past except this time i get to drink beer. They make all there own if i remember correctly. The staff was super friendly, beer is good, and all the games worked and they had a wide selection.

My son and I go there very often and usually do the $15 for an hour of time play, but the last visit he had his eyes on a lanyard and a Deadpool plush toy. George was awesome helping us pick out the the best paying games. When we were done with credits we were shy about 700 tickets and he was so kind to my son helping him get the toy with his own tickets. A+++ human and customer service. I hope management sees this and this young man gets recognized.

The food was absolutely nasty, the big waffles with the powder sugar onem,( uck ) no flavor it taste like raw dough and the first meal was a burger and it was burnt all the way through it. The cook had a nasty attitude....

Be ready to send a lot of money. Im drunk and the kids are spending all my money. Got me a rainbow colored soccer ball. And the kids arent happy they want 2. Why do I have to get one for each of them? Why cant they share?

It definitely not as a good when it was game works. I miss the bar placement being in the middle. If you have kids / are watching children makes it easier to see them. The last time I had dinner here it wasnt that great. It was okay . The food used to be better before the change. However I do like the new ease of using the game cards, very smooth and fast.

Did someone say overpriced? Don’t get me wrong, this place is a lot of fun and provides a lot to do on a night out, but the prices are pretty silly if you ask me. I mean, the games are fun, but they’re not giving gold coins, so I’m not sure why it’s as expensive as it is. I would say $25 will get you and a date about 3 minutes worth of fun.On a positive note! The place is clean, staff is friendly, and they have a full bar—so that’s really nice!!

We figured we would try it out since we were in ybor city and we were surprised how many games they had. You could do an hour for 15 dollars and it was a great deal. Great place for everyone.

What a great place. A little expensive if you have a bunch of people but not if you come knowing its a party and one time thing. Would be a great couples place. My only complaint is in order to get the 18.99 eat and play you have to eat first and Id rather play than eat after! But otherwise great! I would come back a million times again just to play the pacman air hockey! How awesome is that! AMD I like that the game pass works on all the games even the bowling.

Ate dinner here and played games. The food was unexpectedly delicious. Good portions, great flavor, excellent quality. Service was good and the kids loved the games (so did we can adults) we had a less crowded time then when we go to Dave and Busters

This is a great location and idea for a restaurant. However the general manager Jay was very disappointing. He turned away customers saying the kitchen was behind when they were not. The wait staff d kitchen needs some training but was very nice. The restaurant will not stay open long if Jay is still involved in the management of the restaurant.

I came here on a field trip and we had the best time! Our servers J and Evelyn gave above and beyond service and made sure we were well taken care of. The kids had the best time! The food was delicious with large portions and reasonably priced. Overall it was a great experience

Management and bartenders were excellent. Very personable and polite as well as very informative when we asked questions about things to do in the area.

I only went here for a short time during the Gasparilla Knight parade but the bartenders were very personable. Im looking forward to going back sometime and playing some games and trying their food

Great place, better than Dave and Busters. The games are more fun, you get a ton of tickets, the prizes are cool, and you dont have to wait forever for service. The best part is the kids love it! The FREE streetcar stops right outside and you can hop on and go to riverwalk or downtown and make a day of it. I havent eaten here yet but the food smells good!

This location never gets any high end prizes like other locations. Also, they have lowered the tickets awarded for jackpots on almost every single game lower than any other arcade. Pop the lock is only worth 100 tickets instead of standard 500. Quick drop is lowered to 2-300 instead of min 500 max 1000. The same for multiple other games too. This location is a waste of time and money.

I will never book a party here ever again unless the new manager that came in makes major changes.i book a room here from 530pm -630 my sons birthday party .After calling for about a week and half trying to get in touch with Justice to see about changing the time. Shay one of the managers help to get time correct.But wait theres more. I arrived about 17mins early for my party room we was early so we had to wait for them to clean the room understandable I waited until 545 once the correct waiter came to get my party she never introduced herself she told her to follow her with some tenders thats been sitting for about 15 once my room was cleaned up and set up.in the room was no type of Assistance .I took a picture of when I finally got my game cards from my supposed to be host this picture was taken between 6:09.gave them out had to set up the cake for happy birthday after being rushed to get out at 639they was kicking us out for the next party but it was okay to let the previous party run over to my time I didnt get to spend no time with my son at his party because i was to busy letting the new manager know how his party rooms being ran and i was treated unfairly.it so much that went on I cant explain it all $266 just for a table n no service. I should of stuck to my first idea and had a pool party at least I would of had enough food for my party; this party room only come with 30 tender for kids only..for$$ 266never again I promise..service sucks.the new hire Chris was so great I think he seen how upset I was he tired his best to help my family with anything they needed. And kept asking is there anything else I can help you with.this was after being kicked out of my party room early. There staff lied on me stating I was using the F word towards them because I am black trying to put me in that category. How racist is this company to get out of paying me some of my money back pulls the card of a Angry black woman cursing at the staff. How dare you. This is why David busters is taking a lot of your money now. Do not book any type of party here your money will be wasted. If you black and show that your not happy with there services they will try and say your a angry black person who went off on there staff..I will never forget my sons 4th birthday that I didnt get time to spend with him because there staff was very unprofessional.and the new General manager that only been there for 30days said out his own mouth that the staff for the party section was crappy and was the last ones to go and everyone else there was new.

I normally just play the games. Theres a decent variety and its never that crowded. If theres ever an issue with a game, they validate your credits on another game of the same value. There is a restaurant, bar, and pool tables in the front of the establishment as well. They also have a private room for parties.

Seemed to be short staffed! We had an almost 90 minute wait time even though they had a basically empty dinning room!! But the food was great!! Had the chicken tenders and curly fries!! Didnt like that most if the games werent working!!

Fun, relaxing and great Customer Service

Thursdays $10 all you can play is the way to go! Bartenders make decent drinks, the only reason we keep coming back. We hate places that make toursit drinks, too sugared up and watered down.

This place was fantastic! Lots of fun for all ages. Plenty of games and even bowling, kind of. The food was great and the staff was very friendly.

Ive come here on plenty occasions to play the games in the arcade, which Ive had no problems. But this was my first and my last experience for the restaurant inside of Gametime. Service took too long. And the food was trash. Being that it was my birthday night, which was mentioned, I expected a whole lot more along with a good night.

Great spot to unwind with family and friends. The food was much better quality/quantity than expected and exceeded our expectations. Staffer Ashley was excellent! She was very friendly, responsive, great at helping set up and break down our event room. She also was very good with the kids, too. Great engagement from her helped make our experience top notch. Request Ashely when booking a room for an event.There is a good mix of games that will appeal to all age groups. Really liked the reinvention of classic arcade games like Space Invaders. The event rooms are furnished with two large flat screen TVs and can seat a good amount of people. Really liked that the event rooms are on a different floor overlooking the gamefloor.

I loved GameTime before they went to do their renovations late last November. I was stoked when they finally re-opened and couldnt wait to go back with guests. Little did I know that the new gamecard for unlimited play was changed forever. You cant use your card to add credits for the game that you were currently playing which was lame. So if you died in a game and wanted to continue with your card, it had a hold of at least 1-2 minutes. When we figured this out, we were very disappointed and felt awful that this place we had been raving about to friends was actually lame. I dont think we will be returning anytime soon. This place though looked very nice with its new renovations, is actually not a place for game time. Go here only if you want to be at the bar or eat there. Hoping management will see this and change this because this is not cool.

We really enjoyed the multiplayer Pac-Man games including the crazy 4 player air hockey. So many huge video games to choose from. Racing, shooting, even a Luigies mansion game that I did not even know existed. We went for the 50 dollar card which let us all play together. It lasted about 1.5 hours which was a good bargain.

The kids always love their time here. It is well priced versus the time you get.

Kinda sad I cant buy .50 candy with out 15.00 OMG.Forget the games go for the drinks and quesadilla. Pizza is little... Good taste.Not my fault the owner cant afford to pay rent. Dont put on me.

This GT has gone way downhill. The management is always rude and snappy. The games have all had their jackpots massively lowered without lowering the cost to play. Pop the Lock was lowered from 500 to 100. Bean bag toss went from 500 to 100. Quik Drop went from a minimum of 500 and a max of 1000 to a minimum of 200 and a max of 500. The list goes on and on. Even the crane games seem less friendly. As if thats not enough, this location doesnt get the high end prizes that every other location gets.Ill just wait for the Countryside location to open, if it ever does. This location just isnt worth the time anymore.Edit: just got bait and switched for the superbowl party. Everywhere that was advertised said wings would be 25 cents. Come in and it is only buffalo. NOWHERE was that ever posted or stated. In previous years you could get other flavors.

Horrible experience for a first visit. Food orders all wrong and 7 yr old waited over two hours for a quesadilla like really. Never again will I return. Rather wait the 2hr wait to be seated at Dave n Busters than deal with incompetent staff. Ybor city is to nice to be associated with such a business establishment.

My coworker made reservations a week in advance to this place to have lunch. A day before we come apparently the menu changed we were told “a few food items were removed” and we had placed our orders a day before therefore no one found it important to re look at the menu. Long story short the menu price went from 6 wings for $7.99 which was already bull terrible to 6 rings for $9.49. The food is not even that good it’s just satisfactory if you’re really really hungry. You pay $3 for a little less than hand full of fries. The server was very much so dysfunctional. We had to “find our own tabs that were placed in a bunch on a table” there was 20 of us but no type of organization whatsoever when we pre planned to come here and were assured proper staffing to serve us. The cook took a while to get our food out because he was by himself which wasn’t a big issue. But the simple fact of the prices on top of the quality of the food is a definite no go.

We stopped here right after the Outback Bowl. Place is horribly mismanaged. Wait staff/kitchen got really behind (seems understaffed) and GM Jay did nothing but play on his phone. My friend told the GM he should help out the staff instead of just stand around. The GM actually turned away group of 10 African Americans with kids at 7:30 pm on a Wed because he said kitchen was backed up and it would be a few hours wait. Place was not very busy, customers couldn’t believe it, and the kids were super sad they could not play the games. Wait staff was very friendly and food tastes good, however we had to send back a kids hamburger for being cooked way too rare (it was cold and red in the middle). Kids loved the games.

I went here with my friends & we all LOVED it! There was 6 of us in total & we all had a wonderful experience. Our server Nilda was amazing, the food was great & hot, the whole place was clean, the games were reasonable, game cards were affordable, staff was professional & the bar was also a great place to relax while sipping & playing some pool. I would highly recommend this place. We went around 10pm if that matters. Will definitely be returning!

Almost everything worked perfectly. We only encountered one or two issues with some of the games but generally it went very well. The selection is very good as well. We didnt try the food but the games give a liberal amount of tickets (some games better than others). My girlfriend and I are 25 and we were having just as much fun as our 8 year old! All-in-all we recommend other people check this place out its great.

Lots of games to chose from - great for kids from about 7 upwards. The 6 year old in our group got a little bored after a while as he was too small for some things. Could do with better lighting, and better ways to see how much points you are winning!

We just recently celebrated my son Devons 19th birthday party here on Saturday and we had a lot of fun. Our host Rachel was very helpful when I came in the day before the party in letting me know what to expect and also to answer my questions about the parking..which is one of the negatives for this establishment. Bringing cakes, gifts and decorations is hard when you have to walk from your car a couple blocks. The celebration went very smoothly and the teens had a blast with the games and prizes they won. Food was good but a little cold but plenty for leftovers to take home. Thank you Rachel for all your help.

Awesome time here. We came in thinking Brunch was still offered (its not) but our bartender made it feel brunch with his awesome Irish coffee and Mimosas. We spent $50 on a game card and had tons of fun between the three of us... Still have money on the card. We couldnt spend it all. Only thing I wished was their music was more modern and volume louder to really get in the zone.

Best time in a long time at an Arcade/bar/restaurant. 2 hours of play on 80% of the games for reasonable $. Ill be back. We had my sons birthday party there today the four stars is because I asked for the food to be brought up 10 minutes late and it showed up 10 minutes early when I was asking it didnt seem like an issue but then it showed up 10 minutes early and said they couldnt help it. 300 for ten kids and it includes game play. We will be back.
