I had never played laser tag before and I had so much fun! This is very large location. Lots of room to run around. Also, theyve got a lot of video games if youre interested in playing in the game room. Even a bar where you can get alcoholic beverages if youd like.

Birthday gift for son is this place.They had fun and had a blast!My other son requested this for his b-day next year They enjoyed Lazer Tag, Virtual Reality, and Arcade games. Staff were nice and friendly.Will come back again.

Great prices, helpful staff & their games work 99.8% of the time. Which for an arcade is impressive.Cant wait until my kids next progress report so I have an excuse to go back.

The experience I had here was fun but the staff was not the same. They were rude, bad customer service, and gave different prices to whoever. If attend must have a lot of patience because I almost lost mine.

We came into town to visit my nephew for his birthday. We were looking for something fun to do and came across Laserops. I’m so glad we did. We had so much fun. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The food is really good too. You don’t want to miss this fun place! Really clean as well. Five stars for fun!!!!

A lot of fun! Our group loved the Laser Tag and tried Bazooka Ball for the first time! Lots of video games, pinball, basketball and high tech virtual games. The food was very good with a variety of healthy choices.

My 8 year grandsons birthday. It was really nice. They give you a room for a few hours if you take longer they move you to tables. We had about 12 kids each child had 100 credits on their cards. They loved all the game. They include pizza juice water. We provided the cake and goodie bags. They have a full liquor bar. The party was approximately $550. Worth it, however it was originally $450 but adults decided to play Lazer tag. Laxer tag lasts about 1 hour, you play about 3 gamesIt was a great time.

I was so disappointed, and the owner there Lynn Thompson she was so rude.. If it wasnt because my husband booked it and it was my sons birthday that same day.. I would have left . You cannot decorate the Room, Its in the contract She said only the window. You are not allowed to bring Little desserts for you Guests Its in the contract she said . Only a cake . There was no other party in the place All the rooms were empty. from 1:00pm to 2:30pm. I have to leave my Room that we rent it for $348.00 all my stuff Was out of the Room at 2:30 outside In a table my kid didnt even have time to open his presents. we wanted to stay a little longer in the Room and she says no its on our contract... we had to leave at 2:30 so everythings and Everyone was Rushing .. so they can wipe the Rooms down in mop the floors. I would never step another foot in their. She was rude unpleasant. that should be in the contract to. So customers can be aware... I Wouldnt even give her A star.. We play laser tag at the end they didnt even clean the equipments, the face mask the balls were put back in the bucket, and we had to pick it up ourself. after the game was done. I would have more fun in my own home.Now I know why that place was totally dead. Be aware. After Payne $350.00 For One and a 1/2 hour.

Fire!Great packages for playing games. Laser tag was fun. The Bounce game was fun. They have two VR stations. Manager was everywhere handling everything. Kudos to her. The bartender just started two months ago and you can tell. Super nice! Definitely a cool spot to take the kids.

This place was so cool, just what we needed right now. The Bazooka Ball was my favorite activity, but the arcade games alone were worth the trip. As an added bonus, the pizza and pork nachos were actually very good, not your typical game room food. All of the staff were super friendly and accommodating.

If you have any mistakes with payment or any such in my case they ameidiantly give you refund and their games are great . They have Lazer tag, arcade games and so much more. They have prizes with tickets . Your game card is renewable and your tickets that you earn can be used to get items like a giant stuffed animal or paintball mask. In the lazer tag area you dont need masks but they sanitize the gear and you arnt playing with people in other groups.Though over all great place

VR games were smooth with a high refresh rate. Laser tag is always a fun time. I 100% recommend BazookaBall. It looks intimidating but is a good time. Full bar and food is good.

Fun For the 8-15ish Kids and they are supporting STEM education with great field trips. Today I got a tour with a group of teachers and we had fun. Looking forward to talking students!

I looked for a place worth going. What an absolutely great place to take kids or teens. Good package deals from $20-50+ per person. My children had a great time. Just the laser tag and bazooka ball wore my teens out in the first two hours while I had a mixed drink. Everything was clean and the foam hand sanitizers everywhere smelled clean. Awesome games. Get the right swipe card to get fun prizes later. Please open one of these in Richmond or Charlottesville VA!!!

My family had a blast. We only played the 3D immersive video game and had a ton of fun. We loved the place so much we bought additional Groupons, and in addition to the 3D game, we added the 1 hour laser tag. They have other video games, a bar, and a place to get food. Cant wait to go back!

I went here and bought about 800 tickets in smarties. The cashier probably hates me. But I had an amazing time.

We are from Indiana and we had a blast. The customer service was Great..We enjoyed laser tag, virtual reality and bazooka which it was Awesome. The arcade games were fun too. They have something for kids, teens, young adults, and grown folks. Not to mention they have a bar. When we come back to town this will definitely be a spot we return too.

Took my little brother here because he loves VR gaming and arcades and was really disappointed. The VR glitched the entire time we used it even after switching headsets. The arcade part is much smaller and not worth the money. If you have a young child then it’s perfect but not perfect for a teenager.

The building is on the small side,not a lot of games,but still a pretty good spot to take the kids.

Fun place. Good full liquor bar and a mix of games that extends beyond just ticket games. Could use a few more simple cabinets to round things out, but easy to spend a couple hours here without getting bored. Laser tag arena is also a lot of fun with a group of friends.

My kids had fun but I had a horrible experience with the management. I tried to buy a game card at one of the automated machines. Apparently the man before me moved machines before completing his order, so it charged me for his card that he reloaded.As soon as the General Manager walked over, she accused me of lying and stealing. I couldn’t produce a receipt because the machine didn’t give one (there was a note saying it wouldn’t). I told her who the man was and that he had the card because it was his. She told me that I should have taken his card from him- even though he had already loaded it on the other machine.I had already paid $40 for my kids to do laser tag and now she’s telling me I’m trying to steal a $20 game card. She made me pull up my credit card statement to prove that I had been charged, even though the man was telling her what happened and offering to have the money transferred to me. I found this rude and highly disrespectful- never have to been asked to see a bank statement for any reason. She let him keep the money that I put on his card. She would not refund my money, she would only give it to me as a game card since they already had my money. The man was so apologetic but never once did the GM try to work with me, apologize or solve anything. I ended up paying the difference and getting multiple cards for my kids.They lost a customer over $20 and the accusations made. Horrible, horrible GM!

The laser tag area is crazy my 15yo son, 6yo daughter and a few others had a blast. It gets real competitive! Played a few arcade games then the VR which was fun and very intense. Well definitely go back!

Not fun anymore! Last year, they actively refereed our game and kept our score in Archery Tag, making the competition fun! We asked them to keep score this year as well, but they were too busy chatting with their co-workers - and when we asked for a score, they stammered and called out a fake score. Really took the fun out of it. And why pay good money for that?!

Incredible is all I got to say. We brought some friends and there kids with us. We did not plan on doing laser tag but we did thanks to Reagan she is awesome. Felix did a great job explaining everything to the kids. I just want to say thank you to the both of them they did incredible job. Nice place. Very big. Had a chicken wrap and was really good surprised me. The pizza is actually good too. Full bar with tons of TVs. Only suggestion is they add some cameras and a screen so you can watch the kids play laser tag. Otherwise they have a large window to look into like a peeping Tom.

We had a laser tag party for my 10y daughter everyone loved it including her 15y brother and friends. Its so clean! We will for sure be back.

This place is awesome. Took a big group of students there and the staff made sure everyone had a great experience. Pizza was yummy. Laser tag was unique and different. Also, the bazooka ball was an additional game I had never seen before. They have a ton of fun arcade games too. Lynn was easy to work on the scheduling and payment side and the price was right. Highly recommend.

Great games and the laser tag is fun. It can get expensive as the games require a lot of credits. Laser tag is only about 35-40 minutes of actual playing time after the safety instructions; video to build a background story that isnt worth the time; and ending in time to give back the equipment. Party package is a relatively good deal. A 15% gratuity is automatically included in party package prices (e.g., $45 on the $300 package). Overall, a good place for gaming and laser tag.

Really cool laser tag objectives and cheap and clean

Great place, we played archery tag and it was so fun. I had to take my glasses off because the head gear is not designed for glasses wearers. Arcade games for DAYS. Definitely coming back again sometime in the future.

Great Family Fun! Highly recommend for a night or day of fun! Great variety of games with a mixture of classic arcade games and newer virtual reality games. A fun place for a birthday party. We did 2 of the Hologate games (Angry Birds and Simurai), we would recommend both.

Lots of fun! Finding someone to order food was a bit of a downer but the place was clean and enjoyable.

Been here a few times now and I have to say the customer service is great, all of the employees that Ive seen when I go in are always working hard, being very attentive to guests and helping us with any problems asap. Was only persons there during our second hour of laser tag. Would not work with us to substitute for anything else. Manager was fairly rude when trying to discuss a fair compromise. Hour session was actually only half hour as they made us watch a 10 min video that had nothing to do with safety or playing. Also equipment did not work for one of us and would not reload.Response: Please note I was not asked when I got there to not buy two games. Further what was offered where much less of value than the items we purchased when just looking at the full undiscounted price. We only asked to be given equivalent value to the money we spent. Being a family business you should understand customer service is everything. You should always ask what can we do to resolve this. Not have your manager rudely lay down the law.

My boyfriend and I went for date night and it was one of the best dates weve had. We loved all the games especially the Connect 4 hoops, Space Invaders, and the pinball machines! We also tried out the VR and fought zombies. I even flinched a few times playing. Our Bartender Martin was very friendly. After we played our games, we decided to cash out our tickets. We pulled our winnings and decided to get some original DC and Marvel comic books. One of the comics we pulled ended up being 30 bucks! All the staff was friendly and helpful. I cant wait to come back and try the archery tag and their food!

Last night (October 8th) Me and some friends decided to go out and do something we found laser ops and we saw that they had zombie laser tag so we decided to go. Well we got there around 9:10 or so and the door was locked we knocked a few times. The front let us in. We felt bad because they were basically closed. The front where you pay for everything was gone the computers were shut down. We talked to one of the girls I believe her name was Regan and then she talked to her manager Michelle and they were like yeah we can do zombie laser tag. We also decided to play some arcade games and Regan was helpful doing the process of buying the card and explaining everything. Everyone was amazing Michelle, Regan and all of the zombies. The whole staff was great. Also they had a score board up to. We had an awesome game.Thanks for letting us in we had a blast.

Price is decent. The equipment was very fun, I like the headband more than the vests from others. The laser tag arena however could use some AC. Also not having the scores printable or to lookup later is a buzz kill. Take a picture of your score before exiting the arena, thats the only time you will see them.

What a perfect spot for a birthday. Took my son, his friends, my friends, and grandpa and we all had a blast. The laser tag was like playing c.o.d. in real life. The pizza was actually pretty good, pretty good selection of games, and the vr experience was also fun. Highly recommend and cant wait to go back.

Great indoor entertainment to beat the Tampa heat. They let us play laser tag with our kids for free! It was fun and quite a workout! The food was really good for an arcade. The kids really liked the virtual reality games. Check to see if a Groupon is available. We got a great deal!

We had a blast today at LaserOps. Its a good place for all ages(Our group was late 20s early 30s)..The archery,laser and paintball style game were fun.. The nachos were one of the best Ive had in Tampa, and the bar had a good selection..The only advice would be to train the front desk personnel to be more friendly when customers enter

Everything was great! James and the girl reagan were just so nice ! The food was actually pretty decent for this kinda place ... And $6 beer /wing special was perfect to add with the food offered for the party ! They even had staff cleaning things ! Yes actually disinfecting games and thing people touch ! I was floored never have i ever seen this! We will be back to enjoy thier weekly specials 100% and i would very much recommend this place for a group of any one who loves to be a kid again and have fun for sure!

I had a surprise 40th birthday party for my husband at Laser Ops. It was so much more fun than anyone had expected. The staff was great and so accommodating. We all did laser tag, bazooka ball and archery tag and had the best time! The food and drinks were great. Thank you Laser Ops for a memorable party!

There was only 1 laser tag game per hour, and you couldn’t do the other main activities (bazooka ball, archery) while you where waiting, as you had to pay for those separately. The laser tag arena was too bright and too small. The laser guns were weird because:1: you couldn’t see the laser when you were shooting it, unlike some other laser tag places, instead, it was like shooting dim laser pointers instead where you couldn’t see the physical lasers, You had no idea where you were aiming at2: The laser guns would shoot two lasers out of the barrel, one to the left and right of the barrel, so if you wanted to hit someone’s sensors, it was necessary to aim the gun to the side of the person.I don’t know if the other activities there are good or not, but I would not recommended this place for laser tag.

The staff was amazing especially Reagan. We were on sports court but the time slot got mixed up but she was amazing about I was not upset at all. Also my one of my boys did not want to do the VR game but she encouraged him to try it and now he loves it. Reagan was amazing, I would go just to visit her.

Our company had a team outing here.This place is great. Only qualm in the laser tag room is that theres no differentiating among teams. Sure, everybody has a red or blue visor but when its almost pitch black you cant tell whos on whos team so you end up shooting your own team half the time. Team colors on the visor lights or a vest with team colors might do the trick. The VR game in the arcade is awesome! Good bar. Staff is great. Really fun!

Last week my Son asked to return to Laserops to celebrate his birthday with friends. I booked the Ultimate package and purchased additional 83.00 of food because NO OUTSIDE food is allowed. I purchased 6 additional Laser Tag games. Well over $400.00 for a 10-kid party.My party was unable to use the room for the full One and half hours. We were scheduled for Laser Tag at 1pm which overlapped with our party room time. So, we could not have the cake in the room. We had to relocate our party out to the common area. One of the Party Hosts that I had to pay an additional $53.00 AUTO gratuity for rushed us out of the room to the point my wife expressed her displeasure with the other host who said that we could go back in the room. My wife replied we are already out so I guess you can have the room.Just because it is a nice place does not mean it has pleasant staff.I would not have another party there.

My friends and I wanted to try out this new arcade gaming place. I personally thought it was cool to look at and try it out. We went to Laser Ops after a few days they were open. Everything they had inside the place was all lit up and awesome. All of their games were addicting to play and guest service was really good. Every employee, employer and manager were all polite and welcoming. We also tried their food on our second and third day of coming back. Everything was hot, fresh and ready. Some of their meals do not required oil or the fryer because they use the air fryer, which I think its really cool. I believe that they will be bringing in a lot of businesses from kids to adults.

A bit on the smaller side but they make up for it with their range of games. Their games are all NEW and different from the arcade games you usually see! They also have a ton of virtual games! To top it if they have laser tag and archery games! This place is super interactive. They also have a nice bar for the adults. A great new place for the amount of space.

Purchased the $29/ special for 4 people. Games are overpriced and tokens included were gone in 10 min. In laser tag I missed the whole 2nd round because my gun wasn’t working. They don’t give any totaled scores. It was lame. You don’t even know who won unless you hear one of the kids mention it. Tap beer is almost $8. I won’t be back. Wasn’t worth it at all. I’m very disappointed.

This place is really neat but you will find yourself spending a lot of money. Its nice that they have a bar and everything though.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond for our special needs group. The laser tag and games were a blast. The food was delicious and the facility was modern and clean. We will definitely be back and I would definitely recommend this place.

For a family oriented place the bathrooms where a huge after thought. No changing table in the mens bathroom and one stall that wasnt big enough to even use. The VR games where cool, but everything in there seemed like it was just tossed together. No atmosphere or welcoming feeling from the place, felt like I went into a back alley to play some ski ball and racing, not as welcoming as it could be.Edit: I used the only bathroom I was told about in the back near the larger party rooms.

We loved Laser Ops! Awesome selection of state-of-the-art VR and video games, Bazooka Ball and a really amazing Laser Tag arena. We had so much fun and so many laughs! Not to mention, we were able to watch the college football games in the bar area (and did I mention they have a full liquor bar?). We had a great time and will DEFINITELY be back. The staff was courteous, professional and welcoming. Go check this place out!!!! You’ll love it!

The service was good...all of the employees were very friendly. The video games were fun...everyone enjoyed them. We had dinner there...the food was sub-standard. They offered a BBQ pork sandwich, which had no BBQ sauce or BBQ flavor. It was basically greasy pulled pork that tasted like old oil. Terrible. The other members of our party said their food had little flavor. We played a few rounds of Bazooka Ball, which could have been great, except every players gun ran out of air at some point, so they had to keep stopping the game. They obviously dont keep the guns full. Some players were given a replacement gun, which then also ran out of air within a minute or two. Hopefully these kinks will get worked out. Disappointing.

Very disappointed. We are new to FL only a month. With that being said, we dont have any friends here yet. I prematurely booked a birthday party for my 6 year old son and due to a family situation had to cancel the party, with advanced notice. Furthermore, reading the birthday party reservation details, you have to be over 8 years old to participate in laser tag and archery tag (also why I cancelled). Considering the circumstances, I asked for a refund of the $50 deposit in store credit so that we could come another time, and instead of them trying to gain a new customer that will potentially return again and again in the future, they said no. In return, they lost a customer altogether. And it landed them this review. Smh.

Be very careful when signing up for multiple laser tag games. This company will not refund you if there are no other players. The options presented are reschedule. If youre an out-of-towner they will take your money and not refund it. their idea of a compromise is to offer you a free game play on the VR. The value of the gameplay offered is less than the money you paid. When I ask for a refund they said no. What kind of company does not have the ability to refund a customer. I asked for a game card worth equal value and they would not give me equal value. This facility operates like a bunch of thieves!

Fantastic experience and my boys wanted to go back the next day! It wasnt a really big place but they put a lot in there and I was impressed. It was clean too. Not sure they would be able to handle a crowd but my experience was positive.

It was fun but the laser tag had some faulty equipment were several players had issues with guns not firing or reloading and headsets that just didnt work. Brought the issue to staff and they said it was fine. The VR setup is pretty good but they only have two game modes so not much to be done there.Im glad to see management is involved in addressing issues. If they post what actions they took to look into what causes some head sets to fail to work I will look at coming back for another round.

My company arranged three hours of time to play. I brought my family. It was so much fun! The VR game was the best part. I’ll definitely bring the family back again. The only opportunity for improvement is the food — it was bland and basic.
