Went here last Saturday to celebrate my birthday and have date night with my hubby. We were immediately seated. Food was fantastic and cooked perfect. Our waitress, Raquel, was absolutely amazing. I will request her every time we come back. Drinks were also very good. We got to enjoy some jello shots which is always fun and we of course played games and overall had a great night.

It was our first time there and there is so much to do so much fun to have the food is great. Will go back

This place is always great all the way up to close. Family friendly during the day and as long as youre in the game area it is OK even late night. They have a full bar and great food as well as billiards but keep in mind - after 10pm the bar is extremely busy, recommend keeping kids towards the games just to avoid any potential near the bar/pool tables

I can not believe the experience me and my fiancé had here last night. This was our second visit here and it was absolutely awful. It wasn’t as busy as usual so there was just a 15 min wait to be seated at the tables. After being seated we were not greeted until 10mins later then the server Jesse greeted us with immediate offering of waters even though we wanted bar drinks. We didn’t get a chance to order these drinks because he had already left after ordering for us. When he finally returned we were able to put in an appetizer order as he tells us we have a 15min time limit to be in his section. We were puzzled as to how can you force someone to eat within a specific timeframe and refuse service if it extends. We were there to eat AND play, which is advertised in every commercial and seems to be the basic principles at Dave n Busters. But we were not afforded that opportunity, so we had to wait for food which took 15-20 mins for the sliders and wings with fries. We bought the highest game play option because we love to have fun but due to the uncomfortable position we were put in by the server we didn’t even get to play more than two games. A manager, Josh, came by as we were checking out because we didn’t even get to order an entree, due to the disrespect and unprofessional manner taken by the server, he was kind and accommodating but didn’t seem to have any regard as to make our experience better but instead offer us return vouchers with no regard for the horrendous time we had. I just expect better because I do better and I pay for the same respect.

The kids and I had a great time celebrating my daughter’s birthday!! First time I’ve ever been and it wasn’t packed full of people. The only up side to COVID You do have to wear a mask at all times while playing.

I had a great time. Youre right. It should have been a five. The bar manager was a great conversationalist. It was clean. Saw employees wiping high traffic areas. It was amazing. Masks were worn. I felt good to be there and not as if i was in a Petri dish like Dunkin Donuts on MLK in Seffner. Five stars it is.

It was fun to play in the arcade area. The gift shop could use more variety. It is loud and boisterous so this is not a quiet place to hang out. Covid protocols are in place such as were a mask and closing the machines right next to each other. Staff were frequently seen wiping down. The restaurant was nice and food food was good. Server was pretty occupied and I had to ask for the same glass of water three times and he was not very personal. Otherwise it was a good time.

Birthday Party was ok! However I ordered Margaritas salted. Served sweetened? Tried 2 send back Manager REFUSED I had 2 stand at side table 2 order my Drink; then bowl Chicken soup served without Nachos on top. I sent it all back.

First I have to say that the games were great and we had a lot of fun in the gaming area the problem was more the restaurant we were given food that was not our order we tried to tell the waitress. But she gave it to us anyway then when our food came out it was in bits and pieces everyone else in my party had been eating for 20 minutes before my food finally came we were not able to eat together and then the kids started leaving the table because they wanted to play and we could not go as a family because our food came out so sporadically our waitress did not even refill our drinks until the end when we were done eating I would say its a great place to go play games we did not eat at the bar so Im not sure how that service is but the kitchen was very disorganized

I took my granddaughter here, we ordered food and it was delicious and our server was awesome! A lot of people did not have masks on but they had sanitizer bottles everywhere so in between games you can sanitize hands. They had a lot of games and it was a perfect to get granddaughter out of the house.

Great Drinks and food!! Nicole & Ben are Awesome Bartenders!! They are very knowledgeable about different drinks!! I will be back because of them!! :)

I had fun here! The establishment was clean, the food and presentation was great. Service was really good too! However the drinks are W-E-A-K. When I say Im not a big drinker and wanted to get a little tipsy tap into my inner child and blow 60 dollars on tokens. I had 1 green tea shot, 1 long island, & another beverage with red bull and some rum I believe. I at no point felt tipsy. They charged 9-11$ a drink.My green tea shot was filled with ice chunks.I dont know until the drinks become better that I will come here to drink again.

Enjoyed the time spent playing. No lines or waiting, and everyone was safe. Will be back :)

Edit; Courtney, the operations manager remedied this situation - we appreciate the customer service provided after incident. Accidents happen.We decided 4 star was fair considering it was my i.d. Good thing it wasnt my bank card. Thank you for fixing this.When I went to return my pool balls, they gave my I.D. away to someone else... that they kept for collateral upon return of their pool balls - I wont know anything more for another couple of days.. Yeah.I also ordered a plant based burger earlier in the evening...we waited over an hour to receive a single patty that was cut it into 4 pieces for sliders. 2 of the 4 sliders were mostly bread.Absolutely ridiculous.This is my second time here and I wont be returning.

Server was great, food not so much . Game area could of been cleaner too. No one really cared if your mask was on or off. Do better.

The only thing good was the service. Our waitress was attentive but the food... I was not impressed. Instead of staying to play games we just went home.

Very fun environment! Lots of activities for children and adults of all ages. Very well maintained and masks were worn mostly by everyone about 90 percent. Great time and great vibes.

I would like to add from the beginning I was completely turned off by my experience. When you mess up Buffalo wings, French fries, and guacamole at a restaurant you have a serious problem... Also if you put on your website Discounts for 1st responders and health care workers then give us all discounts. I believe it is totally inappropriate to make ones job better than the other job when we are all fighting the same fight in Healthcare. There is so much more I could say but I will leave it at that...

Great arcade! A large variety of games, half price on Wednesdays, fun prizes. I dont get there often since its not very close to me but its always a good time when I do.

Love this place it is a shame they didnt make it larger. This would have been a great location for one with a bowling alley and pool tables. But its not big enough.

Our first time there. Lots of games to play. Wasnt expecting kids to be there. Thought it was adults only. But overall had a great time. We will go back.

It was okay. Felt creepy being stared at by employees, but they were helpful overall. They come behind you right after you are done and spray it down so I felt bad even using something lol But, its nice they are staying safe. Some of the games were down, but they were super nice to help is with the claw machine that made the plush stuck. Overall a good time and I will definitely be back, but the price is a little high to justify it. Hubby is just mad I beat him at air hockey. :)

Food and drinks are fantastic. Games are so expensive... many games are between 9 and 20 tickets to play... the small child games are average about 6-9 tickets. You can get 300 for $50.00 which doesnt last long. All around great time, something for everyone...even vintage atari games which I love.

Dave & Busters is a great atmosphere for young teens to adults. Staying in the guidelines for Covid & social distancing there was hand sanitizer stations around the floor and clean bathrooms for easy access to wash hands. My family arrived around 8:30pm, there was a delay in service but our waitress Nicole made sure she handle the situation professionally.

It was very enjoyable there. They have done a good job with the social distancing protocols. A lot of fun and really good food and drinks. Had a great time and I will go back.

THEY ALL USING THEIR BARE HANDS TO HANDLE FOOD AND GLASS WARE. VERY DIGUSTING. WONT BE COMING BACK.. PUT SOME GLOVES ON AND HAVE BETTER ATTITUDES.

Today was my 2nd time. Waitress and service was great. Over 1/2 of our table had ICE COLD food. The manager came out and got loud saying how people are complaining after they ate the food. When the food had been returned. The building did practice social distancing,and was very clean.

Had a great time with friends and family. Boys played games for over an hour while we hung out and ate in peace n quiet. Fun place for all ages.

This looks like it could be a really fun place for both adults and kids once covid is under control. My recent visit was horrifying! Hundreds and hundreds of people on top of each other, ordering food, having drinks and playing video games. Even though most of them had on masks, this was an extremely unhealthy environment during this ongoing pandemic.

Food prices are pretty good. Family entertainment. Fun shop to spend tickets at.

It’s simple. Only come for the games....DONT eat here on your birthday. Our server is obviously ignoring us and I haven’t been able to get a drink for my wife on my birthday for over an hour. It was muggy and warm inside to the point my little kids felt ill. They also cleaned up our table of food and drinks before we finished which was rude since I spent over 200 dollars to be in their warm building. They also had to keep reminding people to wear masks so if people cant comply then maybe I should not go there anymore. I saw no one cleaning any of the equipment except for the virtual reality equipment.

Visited with my sister and my son this evening. We decided to eat 1st and then play games. We were told a 20 minute wait for a table which was fine. We received a text message saying a table was available which was a great idea by the establishment. Our server was okay, a little more interested in a talking with a table of 2 young girls than actually waiting on us. He never brought silverware and only brought drink refills once. Speaking of drinks they were out of mango puree so I wasnt able to get the drink I wanted so I had water instead.The game room was as expected, about 15% of the games said to see and attendant which was a little disappointing. My son had a good time anyway. It was very very loud in there and not all children were with an adult.My sister ordered an impossible burger to go and waited over 45 minutes for it to be prepared . The bartender told her 1 minutes, then 5 minutes, then just disappeared for a while. She finally got the burger after asking several other servers about the wait.Bottom line is, this is a fun place, but skip the food and drinks, the lack of service is frustrating.

I sat at the tables at the bar (self seat). The service was terrible the waiter was not able to answer any of our questions. Our order was missing items (we never complained, just took it as a lesson to never eat here again). He never came back to check on us and when he did come it was to brings us our check and he never asked it we needed anything else. I would come here to play but never to dine again

Some machines were broke and very long wait for a table. Employees at the front, at the hostess station and waitress were excellent and so friendly and calm in all the chaos. I loved that the booths were made out of basketball leather! Great games for all ages.

Food is good enough to eat when youre hungry from playing the arcade games for hours. That being said, you can play arcade games for hours and have a blast there. Had a couple issues with some games that were immediately addressed by the staff by crediting back my points on the card and I was still able to play. The photo booth (which requires money) doesnt mention a height requirement and our 7 year old wasnt tall enough to be in the pictures until we picked her up. She was in 2 out of the 4 pictures and the manager was kind enough to refund our money for the inconvenience.

The food choices were limited. The food choices were all premade, just warm up food items. Taking very little precautions against COVID.

Even though it probably should have been happening all along, the time and attention of the employees cleaning the games was great to see. The food options were very nice. I had the chicken tacos. Even though spicier than expected, they were pretty tasty. Buffalo wings my son had were just the right amount of heat. Decent beer selection as well.

Great place to hang out and have fun with friends. Awesome drinks, and good food. Games are better and have more variety than other places. No physical tickets, it has a point system that is saved to a card you buy in order to play the games.

Great place under normal circumstances. Be aware that the staff are doing all they can to help promote social distancing but other clients may make it very difficult to achieve. Last time I went there right at the door other clients were not respectful and walked very close to me.

The service was exceptional! The wait was excruciating. And food combined with just 1 game card was an extremely expensive family dinner. 3 figures expensive for myself & my 2 elementary aged kids.

The food is a little too expensive for the quality in my opinion. Though, the arcades are actually pretty nice and you can swap your points that you won from playing to food and other prizes which is cool!

Wish the portion sizes were better for the price. Not worth the prices. I wont be back.

Great game selection, my only issue is games that use like 6.8 credits kinda throws off how many games you can play. My son loved it though. Probably will go back.

Very fun place, a bit pricey and the food seems to always take a long time after you order. Food is good. Staff is friendly and helpful. FYI get there early as it become a mad house by noon.

My girlfriend and i had a blast, great food environment, staff and an excellent selection of fun competitive games. Looking foreward to coming back soon.

I had a lovely time with my cousin and my aunt but for some reason my card lost about 60 point thats why it only gets 4 stars.

A little expensive but very fun. Awesome ambience and a ton of fun games to keep you entertained for hours. I would really only recommend to go on Wednesday though due to the prices being HALF OFF, unless your willing to spend $100 bucks for a good time.

Had an awesome time at this place. My husband and I took our 4 and 9 year old and they had a blast. The virtual reality game is a must play but it cost an extra $6 to play that but totally worth it.

Very disappointed at the lack of following guidelines to sanitize and keep the games and highly touched areas clean. Actually seeing the lack of is being nice, there was no cleaning done while we were there. Me and my family were there for 2 hours and we did not see one person clean one machine. I had my family sanitizing our hands, of coarse, but it’s awful the amount of time we spent there and there was zero cleaning done.Two of the workers in the gift store were not wearing gloves (one was) and they were touching all over the toys and prizes while restocking shelves and checking out at the counter.When we sat down to eat there was a horrible and very inappropriate music video playing. The video literally had people in a bed dressed completely inappropriate rolling around and on top of each other. Being advertised as family-friendly this is totally unacceptable. We asked for the channel to be changed.

Its a fun place with lots of people & games. You can enjoy a nice menu of food. The food & drinks are a little pricey but it was all good.

Went to the bar after playing games, ordered a drink and an app. Nicole (the bartender) did not ask to make us another drink after 20 minutes of waiting. As soon as I set money on the bar she came back. I was ready to leave her a $20 tip on a $30 bill but she blew it. Went to chili’s and gave them a $50 tip for keeping the drinks coming. Good customer service is hard to find these days...

I had a lot of fun it was my first time there

The interior was quite up to date and the overall atmosphere is nice. The front desk employees are nice and helpful, however, all other employees inside seemed like they didnt wanna be there. Customer service inside could be improved immensely. Food was also ok, like I wouldnt go out of my way to eat there. I wouldnt mind going back every once in a while.
