This is the perfect park for my boys! There is a playground, splash pad, swings, basketball court, restrooms, shelter, and pavilion. The park is clean and very well maintained, including the restrooms. Lots of beautiful trees that provide plenty of shade. Parking lot is a decent size. Kids had lots of fun.I definitely recommend this park!

Been coming here since 1993 whats a good place to be with some changes but I still love this Park

You can just smell the chlorine coming from the water works. Its safe to play there. Park is well maintained too. Thank you!

Needs to have separate area for small dogs. Otherwise, very nice.

Its a pretty chill park but if youre a parent thinking about bringing your child I would advise against that cause their is alot of bad influence here

I enjoy time here with my boys. While the atmosphere is very nice I wont give it a five star because of cleanliness. I believe if people clean up after themselves it will fix the problem. Its not extreme however obvious water bottle or chip bag left behind. Now other than that its a great little water park hidden within a beautiful community.

Nice tree-covered space for the playground but the playground is old and rusted. The splash pad is nice although very small. What I disliked most was how much trash and broken pieces of toys and glass all over the park.

There are large groups of men drinking in the morning back by soccer field every morning. Be careful

I stopped here to eat my lunch after going through the fast food drive thru. I parked and sat in my car to eat then looked over to see an overflowing dumpster!! It looks like people are using the parks dumpster for personal use. They need either a better gate around it or locks...its a shame to see all that trash and even furniture outside the dumpster and intruding into the parking lot...As far as the actual park goes it looked mowed and well kept by the City Of Tampa. Maybe a good place to bring kids to play as there did not seem to be any scary looking people hanging out there..just not a good choice to park to eat lunch as the view of an overflowing dumpster does nothing for your appetite!!

I think everyone loves giddens! Everything from the water splash on the endfor the kids.(Which is a GREAT wait for them to cool down!) Nd ITS FREEE! To the one shelter that almost everyone reserves for parties, to the gazebo, which was a nice touch that they added a few years ago! Its centered in a nice neighborhood. Classic neighborhood basketball court! Its been around years. I have played that since the kid and they have definitely stepped up their game. But like a lot of parks in Tampa you never know when their bathrooms are going to be open except when you reserve them

My dog loves this place!!!

This park has a small splash pad and a decent size play area with playgrounds. Seems kept up fairly well. However, there was a group of shady looking adults hanging out there when we went, and the park is in a sketchier part of town. Nothing bad happened, but use common-sense caution.

Decent and pleasant park, has a playable fountain area, good swings, soccer field and basketball court, small jungle gym, gazebo but no exciting playground features for older children or people

Its a nice dog park

Check out the water fountain on a hot day,great for the little ones. Just walk up & feel the water,shorts & tees.

Sometimes people give pedicures in the fountain.

I love how theres many parks in just oneFor example you can play basketball and play in water theres a field to run you can ride you bike around the trails.

I took my baby Queso early so we wouldnt run into any other dogs and we had a blast.... I will definitely be back soon!!

I go to this park to relax, meditate, and enjoy the beauty of its flora. Also used to be one of my favorite places to play B-BALL. Quiet, safe, and clean.

Giddens Park is a relatively small neighborhood park where families go to play, relax & mingle. The playground equipment, water pad, & basketball courts are all very popular. There are lots of shade trees, ample grassy areas, & plenty of picnic tables. The restrooms & entire park are well maintained.

One of the best parks in the city. Great place to relax and have fun.

I love this place, I take my kids here all the time when its hot. It has areas for bike riders, basketball area, playground for Kids, party area, and the sprinklers so the kids can get wet.. wonderful for kids and teenagers.

It smelled weird and was very dirty. And someones dog was running around trying to bite little kids.

Because its a beautiful spot to go to with the kids. It has a playground,waterpark,dog park and a basketball court. So you never run out of fun things to do. Oh yeah it has a shelter and a gazebo. Plus it has a huge field it you wanted to play volley ball etc.

Park has changed a lot in the years but people leave a lot of trash on the ground everywhere when trashcans are everywhere just to lazy to put in cans...

Tampa population is really going fast

Our Seminole Heights dog park. We take our dogs everyday, weather permitting, for a romp in the park. It is large enough for your dogs to exercise but small enough where they dont get lost. Generally clean and well maintained with the grass getting a little long on occasion.

Went to dog park area. They have cleanup baggies and doggie water fountain and room to run!

Great little park. Has a water fountain for youth to play in during the hot summers and a padded playground. There is a gazebo, restrooms, a pavillion w/ a grill, a soccer field, and basketball court. Across the way is a fenced in area for dogs to play with water fountains for man and animal. I wish there were a park like it closer to me.

The good:they have a waterfall thing that the kids can play in and there is a nice size playground.The bad:There are alot ratchet nosey people who like to come here and start drama. I have seen grown women walking half through the water area with no kids. It was so bad that i had to leave the water area because they were women giving me the right in front of my wife. Not a good family environment if you ask me.
