My childhood park, my old age park. Put your kayak in, aggravate the muscovy ducks, appreciate the whistling black bellied ducks and other river life- you can see the fish jumping! Watch out for the gator.

Small little park right on Hillsborough River. Dog pot stands and benches all over. Very pretty.

Cute scenery. A couple was doing yoga together and another gentleman was enjoying a nap in a hammock. Very quiet and tranquil. Ducks quacking about. Seating and concrete park benches.

Except for the litter, which is humans, this is a wonderful park. Plenty of trash cans unused. Nice signs as well...

A wonderful local park, with beautiful views of the river. Recommended in the evenings as the sun sets on the far side of the riverIts a small, quiet park. Very picturesque. Great place to walk the dog, or just sit and watch the boats go by.The ground at the southern end is a little wet, but if you walk either side you can avoid squelching through it!

Very small, no parking, not a good park.

Epps Park is like the little romantic spot that you didnt know existed and you riding by looking at houses as Im sure most people find the spot and its just a beautiful view over the water can just sit down relax you can walk the trail with your dogs and just its just a common place a nice place to disco Take 5 and relax

I lived three blocks from this park. When I would walked my dog we always end our long walks there enjoying the Hillsborough river. It is also dog friendly. She loved it there!

OK would have liked to have seen more or spent more time

We take our kids, Dodge, and Chichi and it is so nice where the dogs go every Saturday morning at 10 am

So this park is in the middle of downtown and its a popular spot for the homeless hang out so if youre homeless not a bad place to be or if youre looking to feed the homeless if the great place to go its relatively safe cuz the the group that hangs out there are all pretty level headed and happened to maybe just be kind of down on their luck at the moment or happy to be where they are.

Along the Riverside in a neighborhood it is a lovely little strip of a park 2 spend some time in between errands

The oak tree canopy along the Hillsborough River makes this a great spot to rest. If youre walking your dog and he/she needs water then youre in luck because they have a water spigot.

We love it, but thats because we live in the neighborhood. Epps Park isnt really a park, exactly. It is a park, but it is more like the lawn behind some houses by the Hillsborough River. It is nice to sit and watch the river go by, and possibly watch the sun set over the other side of the river, but not really a destination, more like a passing through park.
