Well COVID 2020 continues to take its toll on our fun. No shows were available...the park just didn’t feel the same! However at least it’s open and we got to ride on some pretty thrilling coasters. We know just by it being open we are one step closer to normal. Be glad when we are completely back to normal! But it’s gonna take time sadly.
Im a big fan of the Williamsburg, VA Busch Gardens so I thought since I was visiting Orlando why not use my yearly active duty passes? I loved seeing all the animals and probably got the closest Ive ever been to real rhinos. Got to ride most of the roller coasters. All were very fun! The Falcons Fury was definitely the most insane ride that made me question whether Id ever do it again.
We started out disappointed because many of our favorite coasters were shut down, and added to that, the social distancing made the remainder of the rides at half capacity at best. Even though there was low numbers of people on Black Friday, the ride wait times were still over one hour for most rides. Maintenance and cleaning caused even more delays. One bright spot was the holiday lighting! You need to stay after dark to really appreciate the beauty of it.
Busch Gardens is much more than just roller coasters and themed rides. Busch Gardens is more like a scientific park where you will discover your discovery and adventure side where you will be learning about the animals and appreciate discovering about different countries. It is definitely one of my most favorite parks in Florida, but I must say that nothing beats Busch Gardens funnel cake and turkey leg.
Great day at Bush Gardens. Not to crowded. Had to make a reservation. They are doing a great job of sanitizing all the rides. Made you feel safe with all the signs as well as constantly reminding you to keep social distancing and wash your hands.Wearing a mask is a pain but necessary. Was not as bad as I thought it would be. Everyone was doing there part to stay safe and have some fun.
Went for Christmas Town and it was amazing. This is only a tiny bit of their set up. So glad I went and cant wait to go again!!
Great variety of animals and rides. The rides seemed short compared to other theme parks I’ve been too. 1/2 of the rides were shut down and as always food was ridiculously expensive. 1 beer plus 2 soft pretzels is around $27.
A great place to go if you are into animals and roller coasters. Definitely take the train ride for an up close and personal look at giraffes, zebras and all kinds of other animals of the Serengeti. The conductor is very knowledgeable and share interesting facts in the tour. The Smokehouse restaurant has some excellent chicken and brisket and icy cold beer. A must do is the kangaroo interactive exhibit.
We absolutely LOVE Busch Gardens. We plan to start going monthly. Theyre taking the virus seriously and added more precautions to make sure people stay safe.
Protip: Feed the parrots in the morning, they get full at the end of the day and dont want to eat the nectar you buy.Great day for my 7 year old niece.Lots of high-touch areas were closed, the tree fort type stuff. Sheikra was closed. Sky tram or whatever was closed. The rest of the roller coasters were open.A lot of the items that were closed dont really make sense because every ride has handrails all over the place that people are touching. Just as high-touch and risky.Lots of chin diaper masks but most people were good about masks. We had the quick pass and were a bit frustrated towards afternoon and end of day because the even the fast pass lines had long waits, too. Thats mostly our fault though, it was the weekend after Thanksgiving. The Christmas lights and everything once it got dark were really nice.
Lots of things closed due to covid restrictions (we went in a weekday though) or because the park wasnt busy enough but it was still a great experience. I went on Cheetah Hunt (best coaster Ive ever been on) and we went on the Safari tour (additional cost).Everyone wore masks and the park was nit even remotely full so it never felt like we were at risk of catching anything, very well done. This was the first time I had gone to Busch Gardens in Tampa but it was worth it for the safari and Cheetah Hunt alone. I mean, its a zoo with a bunch of awesome rides!
We love this park so much. A lot of family memories here, this amusement park is so much more than roller coasters. Yes is a lot of fun riding the coasters, but everything from the service, the musical shows, the food, the animals, the seasonal decorations, they put so much effort on making the visit a lifetime memory. We appreciate your work so much.
Although COVID is taking a toll, this park is fun. If youre an adult looking for thrills, this is the best amusement park in Florida easily. And for Halloween, I personally think Howl-O-Scream is a much more enjoyable event than Hallow Horror Nights at their competitors park.
We had a blasting on the rides. What we mostly enjoyed in the park also the gospel/ Christian songs. Really lift up and filled my heart of joy. I think all places should start doing that to spread peace, kind, hope and JESUS word. Our world needs more of GOD!
Had a great time. The only thing was that, of course I would assume due to covid, some rides and shows are suspended. There was 1 show that was using the distancing seating a little bit exaggerated where they couldve allowed a few more people to be seated. Then another show allowed a closer seating arrangement as long as they of course had theyre face covered and lots more people could enjoy it. Thats my only reason for not having a 5 star rating. All in all we had a great time.
The quality is not there anymore. Stay away from the meal plans. The food was very disappointing and of very poor quality. My suggestion would be to eat before you go in the park. The rides are great though!
I really enjoyed the park. It is a great mix of a wildlife exhibit and a theme park. I really didnt know much about it but I was pleasantly surprised. There are 4-5 really good thrill rides and some great attractions for younger children as well. I would definitely recommend if you are on the FL west coast
I have been here with my wife for my birthday and enjoyed the every rides and safari tour.It was nice place for me to test my new camera as well.It was very quite day which allows us to get on every ride without waiting much.Everything was so nice till we got hungry and tried to eat somewhere in there.People doesn’t look happy at all who works in food and beverage department they look like they don’t wanna be there.Slow service in a slow day doesn’t look good. It’s make me feel like I was bothering them ordering stuff.Employees working for rides were really attentive and nice.
Very clean nd well decorated for the holidays. Seemed very understaffed and with the amount of rides and attractions that were closed everything took forever. Food was very good but food lines were long due to only one register being open this happened at 2 locations. 3 coasters were closed making ride times very long. If a coaster showed a 60 minutes wait time it was usually off by 30 minutes and would take 90 minutes. Animal attractions were very nice and very clean.
Great place for everyone to enjoy. Its a bit $$$. They have many things to see and do with friends and family. They also have a place for your pets to stay. We loved it for the first time yesterday (11-15-2020) Yes we had to wear a mask and everywhere you looked, there was hand sanitizer station. Go and I promise you will have a great time.
The rides are great and the animal exhibits were all interesting to look at! During Covid a lot of attractions arent open so dont expect to see some live shows. SheiKra was closed for maintenance along with some other rides.Overall, a fun way to spend the day with friends/family!
Very enjoyable park. Some animals out today. Pass upgrade due to park closures are great. Some changes in food for the better. Pizza is bigger, good crispy crust and flavor overall. Chicken tenders are good. Fries are now seasoned and a little on the sweet side, very yummy. Lots of new merchandise available. Good variety. Hygiene changes due to covid were lax today. A lot of hand sanitizer pumps were empty and i didnt really see anyone cleaning the rides (but I dont at other parks either) good amount of cool down areas. Overall good experience
This rating is for the ice show only (I mean the other stuff is nice and all). The show was incredible and dancers are extremely talented. The outfits were amazing. Not what I was expecting.
Many rides are closed, and those open have an hour and a half wait, way too crowded for covid, and the refills arent allowed anymore yet they still sell the cups stating 99 cent refills with purchase. Staff was good with keeping peoples masks on, but its so populated that its hard to stay away from anyone
Horror nights at Busch gardens was amazing! They really went above and beyond in a year where everything is so strange. Social distancing and mask wearing was well enforced. There was even social distancing on the rides. It was a great time as well as a safe time.
Wow what a fantastic job Bush Gardens is doing with social distancing and sterilizing of the park. You must wear a mask they are really on you about that you must cover your nose and mouth. They also take everyones temperature before entering the park they have a special machine also they are sanitizing the rides in between running them, all bathrooms have an attendant in it constantly cleaning and sanitizing. When youre on a ride its every other seat plus right now you need to make a reservation to enter the park. The longest we waited for a ride was 30 minutes of course we went on a Friday not sure how the weekend would be. Had a great day today at Busch Gardens.
Ive always loved Busch gardens, but during covid its significantly less fun. A lot of rides are closed, almost all of the drink stations are closed and the worst part, the kids play areas are closed. Its not very kid friendly right now with nowhere for them to play. Pics with Santa require a mask even though your standing 6 feet away and outside. I understand the precautions, but its definitely not fun with kids right now .
11/07/20. Purchased 5 tickets, 2 meal passes, parking, & made reservations online. Cost: $700. The capacity was @ 75%. Several rides were closed. We stood in line 1-2hrs per ride. Guess how many rides we were able to go on. 4... in 8hrs. We didn’t even have time to cover the whole park... in 8hrs. Restaurants & street vendors started closing @ 5pm although the park didnt close until 6pm. I still can’t believe we spent that much money for this experience. I rated 2 stars because the roller coasters we were able to ride were so good. Not for $700, though.
I love Busch Gardens and have been there several times. This would be a 5 star review but today I went there with my husband and they played Christian worship music all day long. I know its Christmas time, and honestly I wouldnt have minded hearing some Christmas music throughout the day. It was so annoying hearing song after song praising Jesus, when we are not religious. A mix of Christmas music and regular top hits wouldve been so much more delightful.
Went to howl-o-scream at busch gardens and had an absolute blast. Riding roller coasters in the dark put it on a new level. They also had several haunted areas to make the experience better. Plus it was from 7pm to midnight so it wasnt to hot. Lines were still 20 to 40 minutes but most of the rides were worth the wait. Definitely recommend going this time of year.
The coasters are normally amazing, but three of them were closed today. Food was insanely overpriced and low quality. The Christmas music was WAY too loud, and half the time it was blaring church music. We were considering coming back later this week, but the Christmas music alone is the reason were staying away. Grateful its open during Covid, but the experience could have easily been better.
Very disappointing. No music. No sky ride. Long lines. No water ride. Waited in line for the train at least 45 minutes. Very few animals, and they were far away. Very few places to eat. Inflated prices. No ice show. I wish I had not bought the silver season pass. I am sick that I threw away $225.00. They even made us park in preferred parking, and we had to walk a half mile to the gate. General parking is much better as it is a short walk to the tram station. What must one day pass holders think? What a rip off for them. What must visitors from other countries think? They entrance fee should be less or they should close til covid is gone. So sad. I have been a season pass holder for at least 15 years.
Such a GREAT amusement park. Highly recommend for the entire family. They played family friendly Christian music all day, great Christmas decor, awesome wildlife and incredible rides that are all very distinct.
They dont do well enforcing social distancing but are strict with masks. It was pretty clean and because of that the lines moved super slow. It was a great day though.
Just about half the rides are open. Seems to be slacking with decorations this year for Christmas much better last year. Lines over an hour long half the rides closed makes no sense. A lot of the animals, we were not able to see. A disappointing trip. The employees were nice and courteous as usual.
Absolutely Amazing..hands sanitizer everywhere the staff is making sure mask are worn w had a blast
Great place to bring your family. Get the city pass it will save you money and you can go more places. Giving you a better vacation. Youll thank me later.
Not impressed with Covid-19 protocol. Still packed with people and did not feel safe. Also, for the love of God, why do you feel it necessary to have the music so loud throughout the entire park? You have to shout in order for anyone visiting with you to hear you.
Great park. Tips1. Get there early as they are screening for temperature and you need to either walk far or take a ride on a trolley to get to the entrance, plus temp screening. Plus ticket entrance with reservation check. We got there 20 minutes after it opened and it took about 40 minutes from car to inside park. Get there 20 minutes or more before it opens!2. Buy quick queue tickets, they arent cheap $20-$60 per person. But if you are a person that would rather pay $10 than lose an hour waiting in line, it is soooo worth it! You get to ride more and eliminates all stress! Remember long lines dont mean lots of people at the park since the rides only go out half full due to social distancing requirements.3. Go 3 days and try and hit Aquatica and Seaworld as well. Great savings on tickets if you combine. Great parks!Great park for animals, roller coasters, and kid rides, and much shorter lines than Magic Kingdom for little ones 2-5 years old.
Very fun. Lines not very long. Awesome rides. Awesome sights! Foods a bit pricey but it is at any other theme park . Beer is OUTRAGEOUS
Fun place that is run well with amazing experiences
Great time but make sure to wear a mask. Its open air i really dont see the big issues but wear a mask.
Good visit. Plenty of sanitizer to use. Spacing was good. They need some more-better rides for the in between age children.
A lot closed, have to wear masks all the time. Still a great break from stress to enjoy some beautiful Florida sunshine.
Made our reservations and went on week day, took the kids out of school for the day. Best time ever. Awesome rides and no lines. Beware, no water rides on weekdays.
Zero social distance, no enforcement of masks. This plus a 2 hour wait at the gait to be told there is a glitch on our tickets and no one wants to help. At the ticket window the manager refused to talk to me.No wiping of frequently touched computer screens. Bathroom was messy and crowded.I’m a frequent customer, was there in August and it was great. Not today.
Majority of the shops closed. Quick queue pass is worth it. DO NOT get the $8 multi ride locker it said my account code expired after one ride they do not have the boxes no more near the rides, but $2/ 2 hours for a locker is high. Limited food places and shows also. No more pro-photos for tours or rides.
Great amusement park. Difficult to enjoy with Covid causes many parts and rides to be shutdown. Extremely long lines (think 2 hours plus) and very few people abide by the 6 foot stickers while waiting in line.
Fun park but they need to enforce their COVID protocols better. We saw many people not wearing masks or wearing them improperly. People used social distancing as an invitation to cut in line. Employees did nothing about it. One family cut in front of a long line at the Rudolph meet and greet, and gave the finger to another little girl. Again employees did nothing. Their child swap is a great feature and a much better system than even Disneys.
They offer veterans and active duty up to 4 free tickets each year, I went during the pandemic which is amazing. No lines, no craziness, but unfortunately some areas are shut down due to that. Beer prices are highway robbery level so I would recommend pregaming before arriving. If youre like me, you can easily rack up a $100 beer tab in a couple hrs, seeing as how a regular beer is almost $11 after tax.
Sheikra was closed today. Some rides are equipped with cubbies for personal items, others are not. Due to covid I do understand the absence of the cubbies, but I do think free locker usage should be available/discounted?Penguin enclosure is quite small and sad.The monkeys didnt look happy ):I feel as if we should get some back stories on these animals and know their names.Maybe I missed the signs with the information?Rides were great perusal!
Most major rides were open, park closes at 6pm during Hall-o-scream. Lots of little vendors (ie-food, henna, souvenirs, animal exhibit)are closed. You must wear your mask around the park while not eating. They are still offering Safari adventures.
Lot of rides are available and at a same time you can see animals and birds. Good place to spend time with your family; there is fun for any ages children.About food, I would recommend buying only snacks.....I would recommend safari experience; it is inexpensive yet sooooo fun!
Very family friendly place. I recommend getting a season pass and an all day dining pass. Went 2 times and never got to do the safari, books way too fast. Must make reservations for everything. Concerned about the cheetah ride breaking down...
Rides are fun, food was good but the park its self is starting to look a little rundown. Needs some fresh paint and some tlc. Post pandemic cleanliness is excellent and lots of sanitizer stations and guidelines in place
We Loved busch gardens, Every roller coaster is Awesome!! I really Loved the elephant an the cheetah and hippo !! The flamingos were so pretty too .The staff was so friendly and gave good directions and not 1 person was ill or had a bad attitude. Great job Busch Gardens !! The food was awesome and the All day dining is a must, if not you will pay 50-60$ for 2 small meals ! And must try twisted tails Key lime cider and pretzel dog !! I will definitely be back, I thiught it was better than Universal by far .
This year I did not attend this amusement park due to the pandemic. I have contacted customer support regarding a refund for the months I was charged for EZ Pay and was initially denied. After much hassle on my end, I was given a refund for 3 out if the 4 months charged. Charging for an unprovided service during a pandemic is unethical business practice. To those considering EZ Pay for their passes, make sure to read the fine print because the contract does not change, regardless of the situation.
Overall super fun and super enjoyable. The mask patrol was VERY over the top. Felt as if I couldnt get a breathing break. Also took my refillable cup there and lots of bees were around the soda dispenser. The she proceeded to spray the bees with something which immediately killed them. When I asked about her spraying the dispenser nozzles, she told me it was just water and was fine to spray on the drink dispenser. When she was done filling my cup she gave it to me and there was a dead bee in my drink. We went to another fill up station and told the lady what happened. She informed us that what they were spraying was peroxide mixture and it kills the bees. The workers completely lied to us at the first station. Overall pretty fun but they might try to spray for bees.
Sadly, for the park, there werent many visitors. But the staff was helpful and friendly. We had one ride break down at the very end, which keep us in our seats for about 45 minutes. But the staff was incredible. They kept us updated, and eventually had to bring out the emergency platforms to help us disembark. They have water while we waited and then try comp tickets. One for a head of the line pass and the then, amazingly, a free meal ticket. I was overwhelmed with the whole process. It was our first visit, but now it wont be our last.
Is the best park I have ever gone to. It has the best rides ever but it doesnt matter the lines are long is about the fun if u go enjoy because I know you gonna enjoy
Fun time. Lines can get long. Quick queue is the way to go if you want to ride all the rides and also enjoy the other attractions the park has to offer. Otherwise youll be waiting in line all day.
I like Busch Gardens and got a great deal on tickets buy 1 get 1 so I took my husband for his birthday. Life is a crazy place right now but they took reservations to keep it to a certain number. A lot of things were closed because of covid so it was disappointing for a first timer but overall Im so glad we went I had a blast. Also there were no lines on anything they kept the crowd size down but we waited for nothing lol so that was nice. Lots of great animal pics
Great park . With different animals. Their specialty are the roller coaster. The ice skating show it’s wow. Covid: They sanitize the rides, all the staff ask to the people to respect the social distancing, etc. All the animals are fine and the Space they have is fine except for the hyppo: the pool is very small .
Experience unpleasant.Visit its park today... in the middle of the pandemic (COVID19) and is incredible see as the people walking without the use correct of the mask or without mask and the staff don’t says nothing ... I visit sea world the last week and was a experience wonderful, all the visitors using its mask correctly and multiple staff properly identified for monitor that the visitors meet with the guideline. Two park of a same company with a marked difference in security and supervisión.
The rides were amazing, the attractions were awesome and what really surprised me was the staff! They were so nice and helpful it really made the whole experience.
Brought our grandchildren there. None of the water rides were running. Again. None of the shows were available. We ended up walking around so we could eat again to get our money out of the eat all day. Sat alot. Heat with the mask doesnt work.
My first time going and honestly the rides were all well maintained and comfortable to ride. Also a wide variety of attractions and coaters. I will definitely be returning but recommend getting a quick que pass. Most if not all the rides have an hour plus wait times with some rides being maintained while your in the line waiting. We did the Christmas town event as well, but deeply recommend going to sea world for this event. There was just too many people crammed into a tiny area and a smaller variety of food as where sea world is all spread out. But as mentioned definitely going back.
3 rides open, which they closed every time it rained. (Its Florida, we get rain.) Wait times were over 2 hours per ride. Minimal staff, so there were people smoking in animal exhibit areas. .The animal.part was nice but couldnt take train cause -you guessed it- closed due to rain.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! they sanatized the rides made everyone but babies under 2 things are closed but it was still a blast definitely worth it..... And since they arent letting as many people in their was hardly ever a wait the longest we waited was 15-20 min and it was for sanitizing
Howl-o-scream was amazing! I loved the characters. I do wish that the employees were nicer. We are so used to the amazing sweet CMs at Disney that we expected the same level of service. Most were amazing this evening but a small handful were not as nice and probably just had a bad day, so I still rate 5 ☆s.
This place is nice to share with the family, its roller coasters, its safari, everything in general is very beautiful and interesting, its shops have everything you can get food, you must make your reservation to go to the place since you cannot go because of COV 19 Without it, try to get up early because many people go by so many reservations this month they have a Halloween event which is very special.
It was a amazing time. I had so much fun at Busch gardens I do remember to anyone how has not been there. Overall it was a great experience. It is also Riley good for kids because they get to learn more about the animal.
Picked to go for one day and did not regret! Amazing rides and food and a fun filled day with the family without breaking the budget!
Respect to the hard work each person has put to make Busch Gardens safer and still an amazing place. My wife and I were hesitant about going and buying season ticket... untill we walked up to température checks, hand wash and hand sanitizing stations. Social distancing. And the effort put by guests and employees. We bought season tickets.Love this magical placeThank you Busch Gardens for the work you have done and for finding the safest way to have the fun, scary and exciting Howl-O-Scream. You guys are amazing we have to complement how much effort and genuine service each team member of Busch Gardens. You have to stop at the Beur Garden to try the latest beer and get the best customer service. We are totally amazed on the energy the actors have after hours in the florida weather and croweds. 10 out of 10 !!
This has been our fourth visit to Busch Gardens Tampa since the beginning of this year and this last visit was the best visit for us so far.Busch Gardens is a really big park but we made a full day of our visit. When I say its a big park its a BIG park. I do recommend that you plan a multi-day visit in order to see everything. You will be guaranteed to see something different and new every time you come. They also have some awesome world class coasters. My favorite coaster is Shiekra it will give you amazing views of downtown Tampa and the surrounding area at the top. Be sure not to miss out on Montu, Kumba and Cheetah Hunt. For a leisurely trip be sure to take a trip on the serengeti train for a view of the animals in the serengeti plain. Theres lots of animal exhibits spread out throughout the park.Be sure arrive before the park opens so that you can ride the major coasters when the lines are short.
Busch Gardens on Thanksgiving was great and the Christmas ice skating show was Fantastic.Beef brisket dinner was Delicious. The whole day was one to remember!!!
Went on a weekday and had several rides to ourselves, never waited more than 10 minutes for the bigger coasters. Park felt super clean, sanitizer everywhere and masks enforced. We loved every minute. So much to do and see.
Awesome place to visit, very good COVID-19 precautions. Lines were not bad are all. Lost a watch there, hoping to hear back from Busch Gardens about it.
No one to get questions answered. Big signs and internet push for hiring but will not rehire the people they laid off. Waited 30 minutes to get help and their answer was I do not know. Bring back the staff you had. They were helpful and great. Been a Passholder for 29 years and this is not worth it any more
It was really good. Very friendly staff! Great food options for the all day dining! Animals were awesome!
Awesome experience all over. I visited them from Miami Florida with my daughter and purchased the bushgarden plans with ticket and hotel and it was worth it.The rides where very fun. My vest advice to people is to get there early. Ride the vest rides first and leave the rest for last. We missed 2 big rides but wasnt going to last 135 minutes in a line with an 8 year old. Other than that park was cool
Great family experience thanks to their support of military families! Physical distancing was promoted well, as was wearing masks. It was very hot, but thats just the weather Ride lines were not long, and cleaning/sanitizing in between riders was good. Only wish more could have been opened, but considering its 2020, they did fantastic!
I’ve been here a few times. Sketchy location as to where the park is located. The wait was about 50 min per adult rides & 30 min for kiddie rides as of today. Usually the wait times are outrageous, but it’s a busy theme park, what do you expect. Overall me and my children had a great time here! We even ate at Panda Express that was located in the dining area, food was great but beware the prices are double/triple then what you would normally pay to eat at the same locations located outside the park.
First of all, I love Busch Gardens, been a platinum member for years. While here, stepping into the park, there was no social distancing in lines, even at their main entrance outpost purchasing center inside the park. After speaking with the two employees at the window and pointing out the issue, all they said was it was securities job...they did not even call security to point out the issue. Same problem noticed through out the park. Just keep that in mind when deciding if you want to go.....
Best place ive been in a while for families great food..rides..and african jungle scene
Busch Gardens is a great park, but they are atruggling a bit with Covid-19. The plans and protocols are good, but guests dont always follow them. I am unsure what they are capping capacity at, but it was very crowded, making it difficult to stay away from others when not on rides or in shows.
This was the best time to go! Busch gardens is usually SUPER packed during the summer months. The usual wait line for rides in the summer before the pandemic used to be 1 hour or more!!!!I went on a Monday last week and it was wonderful! You do need masks at the park but at least there’s no mask police! I heard at Disney that they are on top of people wearing masks every second you’re there. No one needs to wear a mask if they’re not next to people! At least Busch gardens let us breath fresh air! There’s also plenty of hand sanitizers everywhere. The usual wait time is 30 minutes! Amazing. Busch gardens is even prettier than before :) I love the decorations and beautiful flowers.I am going again next week! Don’t listen to bad reviews
Great park all around. It’s a great zoo with rollercoasters. Best coasters in Florida
Amazing as soon as you get through the ticket area. Not a big fan of rides had a lot of animals up close foe you to see. I liked it more than Sea World.
I think that Busch Gardens Tampa Bay does a great job of taking care of and presenting the animals within the park. I especially like the Serengeti acreage where the animals are in a more natural environment and free to interact with other species. It was surprising that so many were active during our visit given the high heat and humidity. I also appreciated the free entrance for my wife and me. I give them many thanks for their annual recognition of US veterans through the free ticket offer.
I was taken here for my birthday and it was awesome. Everyone was friendly, the rides were great. I had the all day dining wrist band for food and drinks every hour and it’s definitely worth it. I certainly ate some good food, enjoyed the show and much more. We got there about and hour before they opened and got in there in no time. Had a wonderful time. Beautiful animals, nice train ride too. I rode every roller coasters they have, even the fastest one too. Everything was awesome. I’d love to go again one day. Florida in February is great, weather was perfect. I loved Busch Garden’s. ️
I absolutely enjoyed Christmas Town this year, the light display and Christian music really made my night. It was fun going on the train at night seeing giraffes and Zebras as well.
Excellent, but lots of bad changes for guest. Due to pandemic I guess? But happy we can still enjoy.
I might be biased because Ive been going to Busch Gardens all my life but this park is, by far, the standard bearer! In terms of entertainment, rides, and animals, no other park in FL compares! Definitely bring a little extra $$ for unique animal experiences!
Absolutely amazing place to visit. The rides are amazing, the themes to each ride is amazing, with stunning scenes. The park feels extremely clean and there is so much space, you never feel crammed in unlike other parks. In comparison to parks on the UK, American parks are out of this world. Food prices are what you would expect but the portions are huge, could easily share between two. Access to each of the parks is easy with tons of car parking spaces and transport links to and within the park. Overall, amazing, stunning, breathtaking. One of my favourite and most underrated parks to visit.
Great but too busy in this time of the year. No social distancing at all. To many people and very long lines for the rides and the food.
We had a great day! The rides are awesome, everyone was masked, rides were cleaned routinely.
