My visit was fun. Playing in the casino is just about always amazing and I love that they have continuous sanitation going on throughout the casino. The only reason I only have then four stars is because they are very unaccommodating over the phone and in person at the hard rock casino hotel on the properties site. Apparently if the hotel has available rooms, and you have a complimentary stay, they still wont book you, if theyve already filled the complimentary rooms that theyve reserved. So instead of making a guest happy, and encouraging them to continue spending money in food drinks, room service, the spa and shops, theyd rather turn you Away entirely, or tell you, no we dont have the complimentary rooms available any longer, but we can give you a discounted room, when the room still costs $139+ per night. Thats not only deceitful advertising, it is blatantly intentional false advertising and fraudulent misinformation.

Our first time staying at the Hard Rock. What a amazing stay. Had a blast and the entire place was clean and staff was great.

Lovely room. Room was completely sanitized. No housekeeping services once youre in room. Additional towels, etc available upon request. Food good as well as service-very pleasant. Casino beyond huge. Great assortment of machines. Entire property covid protected-staff cleaning areas of eating, gaming, restrooms. Comfortable visit.

Had a lotta fun at this place. Food was great. The casino was glitzy and fun. The decor is Great! The music played was great. The waitress was awesome. Safe distancing was enforced. A really great fun experience.

Very clean. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. With the pandemic going on they go above and beyond to keep it clean and sanitary. You always see them spraying down the machines or tables. They also have people who bring drink around which is a very nice touch. We will definitely be coming back soon!

The Hard Rock is a really great place to stay. The decor is very cool and entertaining to look at and the restaurants I got to try have good food. We especially liked the Noodle Bar there and the alcoholic ice cream was a unique and tasty experience Ive never had before. This is not even mentioning that the rooms are very nice and clean and the staff is very polite and helpful. Everything was pretty sanitary and I felt fairly confident that it was safe to be in the casinos with the precautions they took to social distance.The only thing that kind of hindered me personally is that people can smoke in the down stairs casino. It made moving around or being downstairs a bit troublesome as a person who has sensitive lungs. Its the bigger area and its right outside the only main access point to the rooms for guests as far as I know. Not to mention a lot of the restaurants and stores line the outside of the main floor, so its practically unavoidable if you want to experience some of the hotels amenities (other than the pool and spa and a few places to eat which I didnt get to use this time around.) They had a smoke free casino upstairs which is something I appreciated, but its smaller and it kind of seemed like there were a few more expensive slot machines were upstairs.If you have asthma or sensitive lungs like me just remember theres a lot to do on the second floor too and maybe stick to the edges of the bottom floor when going places unless youd rather take a shortcut through the casino. Its a really big hotel and I honestly have no idea how the employees manage to breathe through all that smoke and zip around with their masks on all day.

The hotel is nice. However it was cool the days I stayed and the pool really wasnt heated and there is no Hot Tub either. So compared to other casinos Ive stayed at it was lacking in those areas.

This is a fun casino to play at. A lot of machines to play. The thing I miss the most is the live tables, like Craps, where you physically throw dice and the excitement of the table. Unfortunately you lose that excitement when everything is computerized. Still had a really good time here. Next trip out I would like to try one of the restaurants.

The whole place is very nice, clean and well taken care of. The staff are helpful and friendly. You can eat, shop or play games all is available. Security (Anthony) are also nice and helpful. Enjoy your visit or stay.

If youre lookin for a getaway for a weekend or even more, I suggest it fully. Plenty to do. Theres even new pools(which are BEAUTIFUL). ITs also not too far from The beach if youre comin from outta town...but trust me theres plenty to do here at the Hotel!! A++++

This was the best place I have ever stayed. It is super fun at night the guitar shape of it lights up really cool colors and music they are all super nice there. I love the pool it was so big. For my daughter she got a birthday cake. It was amazing food. I got Steak and Crab. Amazing place you should definitely go there!️

There was a disagreement over the check out. It was paid. But could not hear through the plexiglass and both clerk and manager were wearing mask. I understand about all the precaution concerning covid but the music didnt help either. Manager should have offered to take us some were she could have explained it better. It was our first time there and probably our last. Everything else was fine just dissatisfied with hotel management.

For my mothers 55th birthday we stayed in the hotel from 8/29-9/2. Everything was wonderful! We enjoyed the SugarFactory & the Hardrock Cafe which is on premises and the service was outstanding. We ordered breakfast in bed almost everyday from in-room dining. In-room dining is prepared by the Rise Kitchen & Bakery and it is delicious. We booked a Deluxe Room 2 queen beds overlooking the pools and the view is very beautiful. Being able to see all 3 pools lit up at night is wonderful.If you are concerned about the sanitation due to COVID, upon entry the hotel does a digital temperature check & provides mask if you do not have one. The casino floor is regularly sanitized and cleaned. Definitely recommend!

Visited this past week and had a very nice time. I am older and admittedly very needy but Jonathan Russell made me feel like I was the only one in the casino. He was so busy and such a hard worker but attended to my every need with a smile. Great guy! My first review, but Jonathan deserves to be recognized, wish there were more out there like him :)

Great place to visit while in Tampa.I was unlucky at the casino but my mother in law was super lucky.We enjoyed our time here. The place is massive with so many options for slots. I did not stay in the hotel so my review is only for the casino. The golden piano was the one Elvis Presley had and generally they have many celebrity pieces. I recommend visiting this casino!

Offers a smoke free casino above their main casino floor which is great. My mom went there while I went to the roulette tables. Had a good time and made some money. The problem is they werent wiping stuff down. Just clearing drinks and emptying ashtrays. Fun environment and found good parking.

Very disappointed that smoking is allowed in the majority of the casino. Yes, there are a couple of smoke free areas, but there are very few penny machines in those areas. Noticed numerous people with masks down while playing, and while eating and drinking. I did like the plexiglass screens between machines and the fact that some machines were turned off to help with the spread of germs. Several sanitizing stations available which is nice Don’t see how allowing smokers to exhale smoke is safe!

We LOVE the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. They have a fantastic selection of High Limit slot machines. We love the link games and they have the new Dragon Link & high limit Lightning Links games. Rooms are beautiful, YES they have room service!!! Great Selections of eateries from a casual food court to super fancy steak house. Cant wait to come back!!!

I was shocked how well they did in efforts to keep people safe from coronavirus. The body temperature scanners were cool, they even took time to show me how they work!

I would love to give this place a five star review, but the conditions dont warrant it. Checked into our suite, for our anniversary, and the room was still dirty. Went down to the desk told the manager (who helped the best he could) and he informed house keeping to clean again. We went back to the room after housekeeping cleaned the second time. Still dirty. The manager of housekeeping Elvin ended up coming to the room personally to resolve the issues, but after 3 times I was thoroughly annoyed. We live near, but came to stay so we could drink and play responsibly. We may go back to play some tables, but never again will we waste 800 on a filthy room.

This place is awesome! Great ambience and memorabilia. Lots of fun and excitement here. Service is good and the restaurants are superb. Bars everywhere to grab a pricey cocktail but u can also bring a cooler to your room and pour your own drinks and walk around the casino with a solo cup. No one cares! Can’t wait to go back. Won a few bucks night one and gave it all back in the morning but had a blast doing it.

Quick getaway. Have a amazing time. The room was nice, bed very comfortable. to die for. We ate the Rez. Blackened scallops, collar greens with black eye peas tossed in a vinaigrette dressing. Omg, my daughter had the blue salad. Played some slots won some loss some. But had a blast. Will be back. They have a upgrade on tier credits where they will match your other casino level.

We love to go to the Hard rock any channce we get. There is on restaurant we always eat at called Jubao Noodle Bar. The food is always fresh and and one can actually watch them cook. The kitchen is basically front and center of the dinning area. They have fresh roasted duck, spare ribs, different noodle soups. You pick what noosles you want and the meats youd like. The soup is always my go to dish!

This casino rocks from morning till night. Slot were hitting too. Great food court, and the have a noodle bar that stays open till 4am!!! Nice spot to cool off in on a hot summer night for sure! Parking was free too.

The hotel room was excellent, the smoking I didnt care care for. They did not have any breakfast place open that was worthwhile eating at. And the crazy part is theres no place you can get coffee. Of course theres only place to go gambling so cant really judge it compared to another place. If you book on a Thursday you can get a great rate there. But its not worth $300 a night. I paid $160. If you go I wish you good luck . I give you a little hint the best way to win money is not to play at all.

Love the shops and the restaurants, but they have no true quarter slots and no $5 black jack tables. I dont like the penny slots and I dont really play the $1 or higher slots. I got to play for a little and feel good about it and what I spend, cant do that without having those.

My wife and I went for her birthday weekend. The hotel was very nice. The room was very clean and spacious. We had fun at the casino winning and losing lol. We had an amazing couples spa day. The Council Oak restaurant was amazing. By far the best steak Ive ever had. We look forward to going back.

Nice place but pay attention to where you park!!!!!! There are 4 parking decks and one of the decks was only marked in half of the casino. Other than that.... typical Hard Rock casino.... love the memorabilia!

Prices on rooms are finally back down, plus no extra resort or parking fees. Odds are not in your favor on the slots, but they never are. They provide very comfy masks, I almost forgot I had one on. Music is great. Place is beautiful, and a whole lot of fun. Trying out the spa next time!!!

Its like another world in there. Time stops and its so big you could get lost. Only 4 stars though because of all the smoking. The whole first floor smells of cigarette smoke. People sitting right next to you or walking right past you blowing smoke. The upper floor is one fourth of the size of the main floor and it is non smoking. Guess they dont know that smoke rises. This should be flipped. Make the smokers go to the smaller floor and let the non smokers have the main floor.

Always a fun time, especially if you are winning. The Covid restrictions are annoying but understandable given the current environment and them trying to stay open. Realize you have to wear a stupid mask. Its part of it for now. I personally hate it but it is the price to play.

I would love to put a 5 star review, but due to coronavirus the buffet was closed. That is not the fault of the facility. The new complex is huge with tons of casino floor space. There is smoking and non smoking casinos. Social distancing promotion is incredible. Every other seat is closed. Masks are required except when seated and drinking or smoking. Everything is very clean with hand sanitizer stations placed throughout. Overall experience was awesome.

This casino is larger than u think. Gaming galore! Many restaurants to choose from and believe me there is something for every one. Delish! There are plenty of stores to shop. The rooms are spacious, clean, lots of modern lighting and shower is big enough for two. The pools are very nice. Dont wait to visit. Was able to enter. My husband was wearing the shield because he has COPD. They said he needed to wear a mask along with the shield. CDC says if you have a medical problem, wearing the shield meets with the guidelines. Wont be going there any. Thats ok, they just saved me money

I checked out the new expansion and it was nicely done. The pool area is well laid out and inviting. The lobby area is open and easy on the eyes. I could not check out the new 1500 seat event center, as they call it, because there was a function going on. I would really like to see that at some point. The chefs always do a wonderful job at the Harvest.

Great fun, but the only downside is the smoke. It’s absolutely atrocious. I love coming here, but it sucks because you smell like a garbage can afterwards. Comp dollars are pretty weak for card holders.

All provided services excellent..hotel rooms comfortable safe and clean..hotel and casino and dining personnel professional and friendly. Always a great experience at Seminole Hard Rock in Tampa. They are truly keeping everyone’s health and safety first.Returned two weeks later this weekend after our first trip with an offer from Hard Rock comp’ing us Friday/Saturday nights at the Sheraton. We did very well and had a great experience once again. Definitely, you need to get your Wild card loyalty program setup first. They definitely have great offers. You can get up to $200 back in free play. We ate at The Rez again because it was so amazing the first trip. Definitely make reservations ahead of time. This place gets busy on the weekends. We played many slots and did very well. The High limit room still gives complementary cocktails. Table games are typically $25 min. We also enjoyed the poker room. My girlfriend had a great night going up $900 in $1/$2. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Make sure you you tip when you can. Everyone there is working super hard. Thanks again Hard Rock Tampa for your hospitality.

I enjoyed playing the slot machines! They have a variety of restaurants to choose from. The food was really good! The service was wonderful! All staff were very accommodating! The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The spa services are wonderful! I cant wait to go back again! We had a great time. And they are practicing social distancing, wearing masks, and keeping everything very clean!

Huge Casino with countless slots and table games. Plenty of places to eat and shop. Parking was a challenge due to enormous crowd. Take photo of where you park and the name of the parking lot because you will get lost like me. Upscale and absolutely fabulous! Cant wait to return. This place has everything!

It has become and surpassed in size any mega resort hotel Casino in Las Vegas or any other major gambling City destination... Once again as Ive said in the past the thing that separates huge mega chain resorts or other destinations like department stores or restaurants is the way you are treated by customer service... this casino.. the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tampa... is second to none ...everyone is friendly in every way possible... and they bend over backwards to make sure that each and every one of their guests has a phenomenally good time ...and will go out of their way to provide you with anything necessary to make sure you have the greatest time possible... I would fully recommend anyone to even go out of their way to visit this hotel and casino... even if you have the chance to go to one of the many other locations ... Make sure you come here to Tampa as not only is the customer service excellent but theyve recently expanded this casino with the new tower and new pool area and new workout facilities spa and VIP services and it is absolutely extraordinary and you will love every minute of your stay here

Good selection of games. Slots not so loose. New guest Comps dont exist as this was my first trip and just got a players card. Me and wifey lost and that soured the experience lol

If you like gambling then its the place for you. Its very nice but for someone who doesnt care for that stuff its not a place for me. Also it isnt a smoke free place. There are smoke free areas but no one follows the rules so it smells like an ash tray.

There is a nice selection of machines here. Plenty of fun machines in the down stairs High Roller section. I would recommend a stroll through. I do have one disappointment, which is never being invited into the downstairs private High Roller section despite winning tens of thousands on multiple visits to the regular High Rollers. Invite me in!!! :)

Had so much fun here! The restaurants inside are so nice! Everything is upscale at this place! The only thing is drinks seemed a little high! Paid over 50$ for a gin&tonic, sprite, and a Michelob Ultra at the casino bar. The restaurant drinks were better priced. Still would come back regardless such s beautiful place!

Went with my gf and had an awful time. We spent $600 here and barely anyone there! I was new to the machines and before I realized it I bet away hundreds before even realizing the stake. When I asked the employees for help I was told 2 times that it wasnt there dept. As a new casino goer, this will be my last and only attempt, I would expect more professionalism and assistance in a place this luxurious.. really wish it was the friendly helpful experience advertised constantly...

Loved it. Waitress service was great all through the early morning hours. Usually after 2am its hard to find a waitress at most casinos. Cleaning was seen being done frequently. Music was not extremely loud. I will be a frequent flier.

I attempted to order martini, but was told they were out if glasses and could not serve in a different glass.Salad was drenched in dressing.Chicken and waffles good flavor, we just thought it would have been tenders.Reservation was made however we still waited about 45 minutes to be seated.Otherwise, great!

I actually had alot of fun. I came here with my parents, I expected to play a few slot machines, eat some food, have a few drinks and then head home. I, no doubt, did all of those things, but I had way more fun than I expected. My stepdad ended up winning $2000 and we got margaritas to celebrate! I went to the Hard Rock restaurant (sorry, I cant remember the specific name) and had the Impossible Burger, and took up our waiters recommendation of the Bahama Mama cocktail, which I fell in love with. My parents enjoyed their meals as well, though we did get a tad bit lost on our way out.I love the options in things to play, I personally had alot of fun playing The Lord of the Rings machine.If I had to rate this place, Id give it a 9000/10 (dbz reference if you dont get it)Seriously, this place was awesome, and hopefully Ill get to bring more people with me next time I visit.Stay Happy and Healthy!

I personally love this pool atea. My boyfriend loves rhe casino. It is a rooftop pool area wirh an adjoining barPool side has seating for everyone... Lounge chairs in the water. Cabamas for shade or big comfy chairs with umbrellas.

I love it, great shopping the most delicious restaurants from upscale to the best buffet ever. The gaming is very fair 90% of the time I am winner. Its just only 50% of the time I leave with my winnings. Lol! Seminole Hard Rock Tampa is by far my favorite Casino and I have visit quite a few.

ELVIS!!! I love the grand piano, his guitar from Elvis and Me and of course its super cool to see all the wardrobes. The food is amazing, esp cafe on the first floor, and the staff was super friendly. So many CoVID enforcers! I dont care for smoke so that was alot to take. The upstairs is smokefree but there is only a small room. I would like to see this place on a slower night maybe. I will totally be coming back to try the restaurant.

Clean, spacious, entertaining. I was treated royally, and I liked that. Room service was prompt, the food was delicious and the portions were unbelievable. They all truly try to make the whole experience enjoyable.

I was so disappointed with the service we received. I booked a East wing room for the weekend for my daughters Birthday. We enjoy swimming and viewing the pool. 3 pm check in was a joke because 7 pm our room was not ready. We ended up on the West wing. I wanted to cry, the sheets were as wrinkled as the shower curtain. The room was not worth the price and the view of the pool was obstructed by the roof. I expected more and better service than this. I will book with a surrounding Hotel and take the shuttle to the Casino. We enjoyed shopping and the steakhouse.

I do love to go here to have a drink and play some slots. The slots are not “loose” by no means, so go in planning on how much you will play and loose. I love Vegas so this gives me a taste of it. Wish they had free drinks when you gamble like in Vegas and also craps tables.

Outstanding rooms. For real. But bring your LONG JOHNS,lol. You cant control heat or AC. My room always Cold. No one ever did a thing. Set temperature on 80°..still COLD. Never ever got to 74°..always 72°..

I had such an amazing time at this casino with my son! I could rent a scooter so I could get all around I cant even tell you how much fun I had I would give it 10 Stars if I could!

I am very disappointed with their comp. system. if you have a balance on your card they will absolutely refuse to add anymore monies to your card. and on more than one occasion some of the pit bosses were really rude when questioned. I spend a lot of money at their establishment and I expect to be treated better.

Had dinner at The Rez Grill. The food was amazing! King crab appetizer followed by the shortrib dinner. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. Definitely one of my favorite dinner spots in Tampa. I just wish they were open more often!

To get to your room you have to walk thru the casino - the smoke is nauseating!! Pool is nice, but the pool bar attendants would rather wait by the bar then walk around the pool offering beverages. We ate at Cypress - it would also rate it a one star. Food was barely passable and service was below adequate.

I am so happy I live close to this place. Fun atmosphere and even if you lost a few bucks, theres those comp dollars for some yummy food. The place could use a little more shopping places thought like Vegas has.

It was nice. I hate all the cigarette smoke. All else was nice though. Its very pretty inside. They were cleaning and sanitizing very often which is a plus.

Extremely nice establishment and atmosphere is great, people are great, staff is great, I just cant say enough good things about it. Five stars is not nearly enough I would give them 10 Stars hands down and I will definitely continue to go and recommend my friends and family to do so as well. Oh and they do enforce the Covid-19 rules so dont forget to bring your mask but dont worry if you forget it, they will provide you with a new disposable mask if you need one upon entry.

$500 a night for the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We called specifically asking for a smoking room or balcony and paid extra for the upgrade. When we got to the room we noticed that there were no ash trays so we called the front desk. We were not in a smoking room.They could not accommodate us with a smoking room but promised a $50 refund, which I still have not received. The hotel staff isnt very helpful. The room numbers have 5 digits and the floor number is the 2nd and 3rd digit. For some reason, the person checking keys in front of the elevator does not know this so we just guessed the floor until we finally found it.If you stay here, get used to the staff saying I dont know. You will have to ask guests to get answers. This was a terrible experience.
