Ive been visiting this arena for a lasertag tournament in February. Its equipped with the latest generation of laserforce vests ( Gen8 ), recent software updates and the arena is very well designed keeping competitive play in mind as well. Prices for everything ( incl. drinks and snacks ) are fair and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit :)

We brought our 2 teenage nieces to their Friday night, all you can play for $20 6pm to 11pm and had a great time! The laser tag games are different each time so the objectives of the games change so keeps it interesting and engaging. The staff is very friendly and inclusive and explain things very well. Really fun for all ages!

It was pretty great with different gamemodes and fast paced games. The gamemodes were super fun to play and I had a great time overall. I would definitely recommend this place.

This place is awesome. Great place for a kids birthday party. The Lazer Tag equipment and room are fantastic. The staff does a great job of scheduling games of tag in between pizza, cake, presents, etc. When the kids arent in the laser tag arena, there are plenty it video game cabinets to keep them occupied.

Had my sons birthday party here. Great staff, great price, and the laser tag room is a lot of fun. Its a nice setup with arcade games to play in between laser tag games. Definitely worth a visit.

Good clean fun. Inexpensive Dated, true. (I actually love the selection of old nostalgic arcade games). Would recommend an update with laser tag perhaps some raised platforms like fun junction had, makes for more variety. Still had a lot of fun with the kiddos. Staff seemed to need a bit more assistance though (reason not 5 stars). Transitions from one laser tag group to another seemed to be a bit held up due to only 2 staff and large crowd. Otherwise no complaints.

I’ve been here quite a few times, within the past two years. As of tonight I was very disappointed when the store manager informed me my son was too little to play and told us we weren’t allowed to play laser tag at all after having already been there for an hour or more playing. Traveling two hours to get there from our home. And In addition to the fact He’s been there several times within the two year span with me and always played right by my side never was an issue. Even wore a vest a few times. Never was there any comment or concern to his age, even being that there were several kids right around my sons height and age maybe a couple inches taller and a year or two older that were allowed to play. Why all of a sudden one night out of the many I’ve brought him to play is there a restriction to just him? Out of curiosity being that nowhere within the store, brochure or website is it posted that there’s an age restriction, or height restriction, why one night there all of a sudden was ? You’re clearly advertised as “fun for all ages” ?

The kids had a ton of fun at my 8 year olds birthday party today! The staff is helpful and flexible (we waited to start our first game until alllll of the kiddos arrived). There isnt a party attendant, so it seemed a little chaotic wrangling them all up, but its so much fun. Next time we would plan better to make sure we get the kids moving on eating so we could make the next game. Parents can play, too! Highly recommend!

I have been coming here for over 5 years, driving multiple hours to go and play laser tag here. I have hosted numerous parties and had them host a few private events for me as well. The staff and management is top notch and is by far the best entertainment center I have ever been to. If you havent visited The Fun Warehouse, youre truly missing out!

Amazing. Fun junction in Shoppingtown mall was really good and they closed. This is a great accomodation for that. Lazer tag was amazing and the arcade was really nice. All the people working there were really nice. (One guy is a certified Lazer tager in the U.S. hes really good) there is also good and drink available to purchase. I really recommend it!

Great place to take kids and have a party!

The place is a little dingy. The arcade area is ok but there’s a lot to be desired. The laser tag is decent but pretty expensive. I don’t like that there’s a bar next door with people standing outside smoking as kids walk into the “fun warehouse.”

Love fun Warehouse. They had ap great deal for the winter break and we brought our 4 boys ot for a great day of Laser Tag. Now they are sleepy in the car! Parenting win!

These guys are GREAT!! Highly recommend for laser tag. Ive visited a couple different times and both we’re great experiences. Not to mention they’re extremely helpful and kind. Id definitely go back.

Had a great time with the kids and grand kids. This grand dad won for the red team 1st game. And was in first place for a while in the second game until they ganged up on grand pa. Very fun exercise too

Great 80s feel in the arcade, kicked the boys butt in air hockey. didnt try the laser tag, but am already planning our next visit. Highly recommend for a good family outing.

Place was fun but they should have a limit on kids playin lazertag with the adults and how many people go in. It was to much.

Best laser tag place we have been to yet! Was a little bit of a wait but worth it! Location is about 1 1/2 hour drive from our home but we were in town for Lion King musical and this was a great idea to go to after sitting for so long. We played two rounds and its a pretty big space to play for the four of us which was great. We could hide on each other and shoot each others home base for more points. It was fun! Staff was wonderful. Just might go again next time we are in town!

I am completely distraught with the disassociation of my gender within the confines of this establishment. See the story began way before this incident occurred. There was no customizable vest therefore I am in disbelief in the American weight loss system. The biggest size wouldn’t even fit my dog. I am 5’5 and 450 lbs and the worker said that I cannot be refunded because this is my fault. The guy also wouldn’t change the colors to assist my eyes in my colorblindess; he could of just shown me where the other players were. Never coming back and I play overseas in a pro laser tag team.

I swear, these people run the best game in town. Friday and Saturday nights have a 5 hour block for $18. It comes out to about 10 games, which makes it an awesome deal. If you are an adult, it also makes for a great workout. Ive worn a heart rate monitor and found it to be the equivalent doing 15 minute intervals for 5 hours. Hence, its also a great workout.

I didnt like it some kids were racist there so i will like for that to never happen.

A little on the expensive side, not many arcade games and some dont work. The front area where the arcade, food area and party areas arent the cleanest. But overall still great with the laser tag!

The arcade area is quite dated and limited in options. Would love to see some fresh paint go up and maybe update the games. Regardless, weve done a birthday party here and have come back a couple of times because the price is affordable and the kids have a great time with the laser tag!

Found my second family here. Ive been playing tag for the better part of 6 years now and have completed in many Laserforce tournaments that have been held here. Stop in and play a game or two, youll love it! A great place for ages 5+. They also have a full arcade!

Had a freaking blast here. Brought my wife and daughters and got the Family and Friends Fun Pack which got us 5 hours of unlimited laser tag, 4 drinks and a large pizza delivered from some local joint (and it was pretty good!). That ran me $85 and I wasnt mad about it in the slightest. They also had an arcade complete with ticket exchange counter. The staff was friendly and accommodating and all the game equipment worked very well. We played a few different types of games through the evening and we could bug the guy running the games to play certain versions. Im rambling but it was a really good way to spend an evening with my family.

I took my kids (13 and 11) here. It was a little bare bones - a little seamy - threadbare. The kids enjoyed it but theres not a whole lot to do.

Their laser tag is better than fun junction. You can find them on Groupon.

Kid running laser tag did not enforce the rules that he said we should all follow. Someone actually pushed my gun down twice. Kind of a scary atmosphere. Will never go back, I dont care how cheap it is...

We spent 3 hours and $30 here and never saw a single employee the entire time we were there. Im pretty sure the newest game there was released in 1997. Almost every game is $1 per play. Its dirty and dark, and the entry way, along with the first 50 feet from the door stunk like a dirty ash tray. They have two air hockey tables and one has so many dead spots you almost cant play unless you have arms that are 4 ft long. As an adult if I was looking for a place to hang out with friends, this place would be ok, but to bring my wife or kids (which I made the mistake of doing) I wouldnt recommend it.

Most the staff has been friendly and the wait times for playing laser tag arent horrible.

Clean and friendly environment. One of the best lazer tag places in cny. If you have kids that are just a little to small to play bring them anyways there are plenty of video games they can play. Fridays Saturday and Sunday are always busy. Check out there Facebook page for upcoming specials.
