Had a BLAST!!! A date night that was chill with the wife. Not many people which was fantastic and everything we did was fun! The staff was friendly and kind and the facility was clean. There was a big jug of hand sanitizer at the entrance which we visited multiple times. Only suggestion is to have sanitizer stations throughout the building. But we love it!! Two hours was not enough time
This place cares for all their customers! I appreciate the facts that they accept my daughters medical mask exemption and didnt shame us for it.
We have been to Rush multiple times over the years, but we will not be returning again. Management has displayed a blatant disregard for COVID precautionary procedures and shows that they care little for the health and well-being of their patrons and employees.A little background: this is about a week after the State of Utah has implemented a mask mandate due to a spike in the COVID cases across the state with nearly 4,000 new COVID cases per day. I am not one that actively tries to find businesses that are operating against guidelines and I feel that the vast majority of local businesses have put forth great effort to keep their establishments clean and compliant, within reason. Rush Funplex has been the most egregious exception in my experience! Not only do they put their employees and patrons at risk, they show a callous attitude while doing so. One employee we talked to actually asked us to report Rush to the Health Department because the employee didnt feel safe working there. And they felt like their job would be threatened if they said anything about it.Our experience was bowling at Rush on a Saturday night. We called ahead to ask what their COVID procedures were. We were told masks are required and they have heightened cleaning procedures throughout their building. This seemed very much in line with what everyone else has been doing. Once we got there, however, we found out that this was just lip service. None of these things are actually happening. While we were there, I counted 52 people bowling and only 12 people wearing masks (and 6 were my family). We asked an employee if they were requiring masks, and the response was that technically they require patrons to wear masks, but that the employees have been told that they cannot ask anyone to wear a mask. They were told if someone complains that employees have asked them to wear a mask, then the employee could be fired. Before I jumped to conclusions, I messaged the company and asked if this was accurate. I was sent a very condescending response that basically told me that no, they do not require masks. They did mention their additional cleaning, which I do not believe is happening either. I didnt see any of the bowling equipment or areas being cleaned after people left and as new parties arrived. In the message I was told that if I dont feel safe in their environment, perhaps the best decision is to stay home. I will take their advice and avoid Rush Funplex like the plague...because it might be just that! And based on the way this company treats its patrons and employees, I will not be returning even after the pandemic is over.
This is hands down the funnest place to take my daughter! The atmosphere is kid and adult friendly! We all have a great time here playing on everything they have. Its never been crowed enough to not have fun, its that BIG! The staff are amazing and super friendly. Its a dang good price if you want to have fun all day! You come and go as you please! They have tons of food and beverage choices as well! Everyone could have a blast here!
In the middle of a pandemic, you’d think businesses would be more cautious. Before coming here I thought this establishment was taking precautions like every other place. Boy was I wrong! Most people don’t wear a mask including employees. I never once saw anything sanitized. This is just a pool of germs. Not to mention, They still have their foam pit open!! They are just asking for their customers to get sick. Honestly, if they can’t stick to simple procedures, they should not be open during a pandemic.I have never wanted to report a business for this, but I left soon after seeing the carelessness for their employees, and patrons. If you’re immune compromised or have family that is. Do NOT come here. They have no regard for their customers health.
So much fun! I cannot believe how cheap this place is for everything you get to do in a few hours! Tuesdays is $12 for 2 hours and they are so nice and friendly they are cleaning constantly making sure your staying safe! We did laser tag, go carts, bumper cars twice, roller skating, mini golf and we went rock climbing all in those 2 hours and we didnt rush at all! My boys and me and my mom and aunt went and had so much fun cant wait to visit again.
Great fun! Lots of activities for kids to do. $25 for 2 hr. Great when its cold outside.
Over all ok experience but I probably wouldnt have went there if I knew they were so careless with Covid-19. Only about half of the people (customers and employees) were whereing masks, hardly saw any of the arcade machines wiped down, etc. Im not a huge covid freak either, I just think all businesses should follow the governors rules during these covid spikes.
I love how much you get here for the price (Unlimited attractions for $25). This place is so much fun! There is so much to do including bowling, an arcade, mini golf, laser tag, go carts for adults and kids, rock climbing, a foam pit, bounce houses, really cool bumper cars, rollerblading, and even a place to get food!! The food was pretty cheep too for how big the portions were, I got the cheese fries. The reason I’m giving this place four stars though is because the employees for the most part were very rude and grumpy.
Absolutely no one wore masks. I doubt the even disinfect the surfaces. They don’t enforce masks. There wasn’t much to do, & the customer service was terrible. I will NOT be coming back to this establishment.update: I got tested positive for covid, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT COME HERE. Me & my family always take precautions everywhere we go. Our symptoms started a week after our visit to this disgusting place. They don’t sanitize anything. The only thing they sanitized was the go karts. Not even the vests for laser tag. Not even the arcade games. No one wore masks or gloves while handling our food. Come to this place at your own risk.
Great place to take the kids to unwind them reasonable prices. Very clean staff very friendly. I would recommend to family and friends
So much fun! Very reasonably priced and there’s tons of different things to do for all ages. We love going to rush
Very expensive 25 per kid to play on a go karts that take for ever to get in the ride to go skate and to go to a mini golf that is super boring and laser tag that never change...the only good thing is the bowling thats why 2 stars because the bowling is good.. all the arcade games you must paid another 20 dollars for like 4 games... so on my case I have 3 kids I spend 45 dollars for each kid so 145 for just go and find out is not worth it
We stopped in with our three children for two hours (ages 10, 7, and 2). Our bill for five passes was approximately $95. We had a ton of fun. My 10 year old loved the black light mini golf. My 7 year old loved the trapeze and foam pit. My 2 year old loved the bounce houses. We were amazed at all of the indoor activities including lazer tag, bowling, bumper cars, video games, roller skating, rock climbing and go carts. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to return!
Skeptic at first then a believer. Was a bit leery that I would not be able to entertain my young ones on a 3 hour pass. They had a blast and so did the adults. True family entertainment for all ages. Kids go karts, bumper cars that spin, foam pit with climbing wall. Separate climbing walls. Glow in the dark golf. Laser tag. A race track in the dark. AND bounce houses, roller skating and bowling (we didn’t even get to these!)They have arcades we didn’t try but they appear extremely over priced.Loved the race track that allows for a driver and one rider. Not there is a height restriction for the rider so this one was a little restricted for smaller ones.We had a great time and stayed busy the whole time. Highly recommend for family fun
Great place to go and hangout with friends or family for the day or even a few hours. I do have to say the covid-19 precautions are next to nothing. I had to ask to get a table wiped and I didnt see them clean anything after it was used.
Took our son for his birthday and loved it. The games get a bit pricey but everything else you can do is great! Both my kids had a blast and we even got to get in on the fun with them! Well probably go back and have a date actually lol. Food was reasonably priced for an arcade place as well.
Indoor glow in the dark go carts, bumper cars and minigolf are great for winter in Utah. Bowling alley was renovated and looks great.
Really fun to go to. Have lots of fun activities to do for the family and to do on a date night
Very friendly staff. Lots to do and lots included with the pass. Kids and adults of all ages would like this. I know mine did.
Great place for family fun and first dates or fifty first. Its great for kids and couples. Single people and more. Do it! Go have fun. And with great military discounts there is no reason to say no!
Had so much fun at the arcade with my kids. Also had some yummy cheese fries.
No one was wearing masks so I guess covid-19 just doesnt go there. Not sure if they blessed it away or if just not turning the news on in a place prevents the further spread..
I had maybe 30 minutes to check things out so I wasnt able to see everything available. I will be happy to go back at a later date and explore a bit when I have more time.
It was fun but I still prefer jumping then go karts and rollerblading etc I did like the trapeze though I learned my back full off that
Very disappointed that they are not following ANY COVID guidelines. No one is wearing masks. Their go carts are not disinfected after racers race, when you mini golf you are using DIRTY clubs. I’m sure the laser tag guns and vests are disinfected either. The employee at the food stand wasn’t wearing a mask until we walked over to talk to him. Thanks for not making this a safe environment for my kids.
They charge by the hour and the employees dont know how to tell time! The girl tried to put 50 minutes instead of 60. I told her you need to fix this immediately and she got an attitude and said it was only 5 minutes. It was 10 minutes proving again not only could she not tell time she also is unaware there are 60 minutes in an hour. It was 5 and she tried to put 5:50. Maybe if rush reads these which I doubt maybe you can teach your employees how to tell time or not hire people who cant! Thank you and you are welcome for the 1 star but Google doesnt offer 0 or you would have got what was deserved.
Its really cool that you have so many things to do for kids of every age.
Lots of fun games and things to do. Great atmosphere and clean.
Its the best it has lazer tag and battle which is where you have a RIFLE and it has a sight to look through so many things go there and try it they also let you choose if you wear a mask
Its really fun and can keep you entertained for hours, the only downsides are its a little bit pricey and it can get busy. But overall i would reccomend checking it out
We brought our nine-year-old here for his birthday. We felt like $17/person was pretty reasonable for two hours of unlimited do-whatever-you-want. They were generous in their rounding up of the time we should be finished, too, which felt even more worth it. We liked the unlimited pass because it really rolls with how kids are— they like to jump from thing to thing kind of quickly. With a wristband, we didn’t have to try to manage that. Even Dad had fun, and we was definitely skeptical before we tried it out.
Fun place, fair price, friendly staff, especially the laser tag and mini golf monitor.
Best place to have a lot of fun for cheeeper prices great food. Come see to much to describe. Well worth the time and something for everyone
Variety things to do keep kids on the go.Great place to have parties too.
Rush Funplex is a amazing place for people of all ages! They have things for smaller kids such as bounce houses and a mini race track, things for teens such as a race track for cars and an arcade and much more! I enjoyed my time here and will certainly come again! In my opinion, the Funplex is like a indoor Boondocks, Classic Fun Center, and Fatcats! Very fun place to go with family and friends, employees were very nice and helpful. They also have 9/10 food! This is a super cool place!
Took my kids here and had a blast it was so much fun and not a bad price either.
The rush Funplex has everything you want to play it has laser tag, mini golf, bowling, pool, rock climbing, and Go-Kart riding so I think its very awesome.
Great facility, a little bit of everything there. Theyre great to work with for private events, my boss was able to rent it out for a Sunday and everyone enjoyed themselves and employees had good attitudes.
Super upset with our experience there today. We tried to go bowling but the pins kept being replaced wrong. Had to ask the employee to fix it 6+ times, which took too long (paid for an hour) and messed up the scoring on our game. Waste of money. Wouldn’t give us a refund. Too crowded. Not worth your time or money.
This is the absolute worst place to ever go! The people who work there are required to go to work even when they are sick. During a pandemic when the cdc and health department has asked people to stay home if they are sick. The rush doesnt accept employees staying home when Ill. Dont take your kids here if you want them to stay healthy.
No masks or social distancing. Not even the employees wear masks. If you value your health, do not go in 2020
Super fun place to go with friends or family
Lots of fun. Sold food choices, that arent over priced for what you get.
Had so much fun with bowling, bumper cars, rock climbing, laser tag. They have amazing and cheap deals! Love this place!
Fun spot and affordable for the average fun center, best thing going doe them is its all indoor so when its cold like now you can still go have fun, downside lots of immature young employees like you would expect but the laziness to customer service really stands out here kinda the nature of the beast for a place like this overall a fun spot would go again.
What an awesome place! And they have a really cool photo booth ; )
There are so many fun things to do here for kids and adults. Also, come on at Thursday for sure! They have buy one get one free deals on the one, two, and three hour passes :) I was impressed in particular with the go-karts, rock climbing walls, and the laser tag. Have fun!
Came here with family for a work event. The staff were all friendly and the place was clean. A lot of fun activities to do here. We played a round of mini golf and a round of bowling. The mini golf area was set up nicely. Great music playing and the pizza was great. Will definitely be back!
Its a one stop shop kind of place. Everyone can join in on the fun together. You dont have to separate the family for every activity. Theyre almost completely all age appropriate, but still manage to be fun for adults teens and younger kids at the same time.
There is a million things to do at this place, but its the staff that makes it such a good experience. My eight-year-old son didnt have anyone to play laser tag with tonight and a male staff member- I think he was management- took the time to actually play a game with him. I was very grateful and my son was in absolute heaven! Very well run, safe, and super family friendly.
Really fun place, especially the climbing wall. Go carts are really fun, but the wait times are super long, theres no room to pass, and if anyone accidentally bumps another cart, they stop all of the carts to yell at them.Theres lots to do here, but the price is pretty steep per hour. Use a coupon or go when they have a special.
Cash grab! They will take advantage of your kids birthday by not allowing you to bring in your kids birthday cake unless you pay $30 AN HOUR for a private room. Go to CLASSIC SKATING instead. They let you bring the cake in for free.Other than that, the place is fun.
So much fun for the whole family. We love the go carts. Youre gonna wanna purchase at least a 3 hour pass if you can because there is a lot to do.
Fun as always but it was sooooo hot when I visited!
Rush was fun. I went with a group from work. We bowled for a while, rode go-carts, and played lazertag. Its like a smaller, all indoors version of Boondocks. This made it a better idea in the winter. There were other activities but we only slotted a couple hours. So if you have more time, you can do lots more.
Super nice staff! Lots to do for all ages and great food for a great price!
First time it hasnt been understaffed in a long time. The 40% price increase in the first hour was a big disappointment. The kids love Classic Skating just as much and with specials and coupons its much more affordable. The climbing wall and foam pit are unique and allow for some fun and exercise. The bumper cars and go karts are just okay.
Had a great time at Rush Funplex. There were a lot more activities than I was expecting, all of which were quite entertaining. There are two different styles of lazer tag, both of which are a lot of fun but I enjoyed the battle rifles more. The mini golf course is good, there are two bowling alleys and a huge arcade down stairs. The electric go carts upstairs are sure to be a good time, its a good size track for being indoors. Most surprising was the rock wall, the foam pit, and then the mix of the two, certainly one of the best parts of the complex. Whatever activity it is you like to do, the Rush Funplex is a good stop for the whole family to enjoy.
Very fun, my kids loved it. We are looking forward to going back. There are so many fun things for the kids to do there. They were entertained the whole time!!
We came for a family party with 23 people. The staff were very friendly and the place was clean and well organized. We played Lazer tag, bowling, mini golf, racecars, roller skating, played in the foam pit, climbed on the rock wall, and did flips off the trapeze swings. What a fun time for our family party. Would definitely recommend this place to others. We had pizza for lunch and I would say the only bad things off the day were the mental breakdowns from the kids from being utterly exhausted and we didnt realize the cheese bread was the size of a 16 pizza! We had ordered 2 cheese breads for our group and easily could have done with just one, but it made for tasty treats later!
A super fun place to go. They have some really fun things to do. The bowling lanes are awesome and the laser tag is the best. Their food is extremely expensive and they charged me for cheese I didn’t ask for. I wish they would work on their food a bit more. The burgers aren’t the best. But overall this place is pretty fun.
Lots of fun for our kids. We loved it!
There is a lot to do here, very fun and would recommend
Fun place for the whole family. Good service as well.
Such a fun place for the whole family.. especially with the new roller skating rink, kids race cars, two rock walls, new bouncy area, and a foam pit!
Our first time, and it was awesome! We had a ton of fun roller skating. Good, fun, clean atmosphere and reasonable prices. We are definitely coming back here!
3rd birthday and 8 year old had a blast. The go karts toy have to be a certain height or you can only ride with someone who is tall enough. The bounce house was free for my 3 year old and she got to do the bumper car which she was super happy when she got off of the ride. Miniature golf was fun and we did not bowl or do the arcade but used every minute of the 3 hour pass with the laser tag and the above mentioned. The three hour pass was well worth it.
We came there with intentions to play in the arcade and got 40 dollars of arcade credit and played one machine off and on all night( most of our credits in that machine) to try and get the jackpot and finally got it and of course the machine didn’t work for that time and didn’t load those credits on our card and all we were told was we can’t give you those credits because they weren’t there to witness it? Number 1 do I need to have an attendant with me while I’m playing games? And number 2 you couldn’t just give me the benefit of doubt and give me the credits that’s gonna get me like 2 dollars in candy anyway and make a happy customer so that I will come back again? I’ve been there probably a dozen times now and won’t be going again
Love this place, especially the blacklight go karts! Employees are friendly! Great value on the unlimited wristband.
Ive never had a bad experience at rush. I mainly get the 3 hour pass because I jump around from one thing to another.
They I liked it it was fun I went there on school trip and they did not have everything open but i liked it
Theres a ton to do here! My kids love it! Bowling, Rockwall climbing, mini golf, food/drinks, skating, go carts, and more...... Theyre reasonably priced for activities and on food/drinks the price you see is what you pay.
Lots to do and tons of fun activities for the kids. I miss the pool, but they made the most out of that space with the rock climbing and roller skating! Food is pretty decent too! The arcade is like most, not worth the cost for the length of time you get to spend playing.
Great place for all around fun. So many different things to do (all listed on their website). Docking a star because I personally think their prices could be a little more competitive, and their bowling alley is pretty old and rundown.
This is THE biggest fun center that we have been to in Utah AND their prices seem to be pretty reasonable...$17 for 2 hours unlimited play. My kids especially love the giant foam pit with trapeze type swings and the go cart race tracks...they have everything!
I imagine it is better for younger kids. I went here a few months ago with job corps, and it was okay. Not really much to do if you dont have a bunch to money to spend on games, etc.
Ive been to this establishment many times in my life, and theyve always pleased. Theyre an amazing place to go to, and I would recommend to anyone.
Teacher Appreciation day was great. Our whole family got in for free. The kids played for hours in the foam pit, loved the bumper cars and mini go karts they could ride, bouncy houses, etc. I was a bit surprised how engaged they were, loving it. We liked their go-kart track. My advice for adults is wear comfortable shoes, budget for some food/snacks, and take it slow. Your kids will have energy to keep playing long after you are tired.
My sister was wrongfully accused by bumping by a rude worker and made it so she had to sit out for an hour and missed the rest of the birthday. the rude worker wouldnt listen to us while we tried to explain what happened and he sent us away. this place is worth it most of the time but the workers are so rude and inconsiderate. it deserves a 1 star rating.
Recently remodeled. The haunted mini golf is super awesome. New arcade games added, good value for the activities. The staff is really friendly, and the pizza is delicious. This is my sons favorite place to go.
The Rush is a really fun place to go for how cheap it is. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, but it sure beats any bowling alley or arcade I’ve been to. The customer service is usually pretty good, there are a ton of things to do, and they have the best laser tag I’ve ever played!
Loads of fun here! Plenty of activities and games to keep your family occupied for hours. Theres bowling, mini golf, gocarts, laser battles, and much more! The location is easy to spot from the road, and staff is friendly enough. This place is a go!
The prices are pretty expensive, but its to be expected. Great local place. Go karts, bowling, Mini golf, ect.
The Rush Funplex has a lot of fun activities - all indoors! My sons favorite is the go cart racing. Highly recommend.
This place so many fun activities to do! Definitely going back for my kids birthday!
Had a really good time. So much to do.
This place was a pleasant get out of the house time with our daughters. We had never been before, so we will do it differently next time. Unless you plan on doing just one or two activities, pay for longer than an hour. We didnt eat there, but probably will next time as the food looked much better than typical bowling alley/arcade fare. Im not sure if I would say this place is 100% better than Boondocks, but having everything inside is definitely a plus for the winter.
Theyre laser tag and bumper cars are the best things there IMO, but sometimes theres a long line for the bumper cars, good to go with a tight group that could have fun just talking.
Lots of fun! Grandkids enjoyed it all. Use coupons for best deals.
Okay place, lots to do. I felt like they needed more staff. It was hard to find someone to help with what activities you wanted to do that required assistance. It seemed pretty clean, and the little staff they did have was really nice. I will be coming back to enjoy some more fun.
Great price with friendly staff. Great place for your teenager to get a job. So many different things for your kids to explore. The only problem I see is they need to do a deep cleen on the rock wall and foam pit.
It used to be more fun. They used to have a great bounce house selection you see in the pictures, the pool is gone too. Now it’s geared toward bigger kids only.
Fun place great atmosphere. Plenty for the kids to do without going broke.
Great place to spend the day and have fun. I loved the all inclusive day pass includes everything and equipment needed, only thing not covered is the arcade which is of course pay per play. Lots of different activities to do for all ages. 4 stars because it does get rather warm in the building. Turn up the AC!
Your employees gonna catch these hands if they don’t fix there attitude and act professional.
Nice place for a wedding.
