Do not go. Will cause you harm because of their poor judgment on who can and cant drive. Then deny messing with the controls

Could’ve been 5 stars but the miscommunication and lack of professionalism among employees exposes the lack of management and leadership in that workplace. Why was my race group shoved with random people when 1. Was never informed that, that can happen. 2. Made us seem like your race group races amongst themselves. And 3. Everyone else was racing amongst their groups. The random racers kept bumping, and just ruining the experience. AND ON TOP OF THAT you fail to give warnings and even eject him from the race due to recklessness. You guys suck

My husband and oldest son love this. It gets their adrenaline pumping, they have fun. And after all the walking through the mall, its nice to be able to sit and rest while watching them have fun.

Another great experience for the kids ar RPM.The entire staff was cleaning in between working with customers. Thank you again!

I took my grandchildren to the RPM Raceway go kart track in Syracuse for the first time last month and they had a fantastic time! My husband and I have been looking for a new and exciting weekend outings and taking them auto racing was the ticket.. Great fun at a great price.

Friendly staff. Lots of fun . Very fast! If you get motion sick, bring your dramamine, you will need it. These things crank!

We tool the whole family to RPM raceway this weekend. They treated us like kings and made our kids feel like real street racers. If you have a need for speed, I cant recommend RPM Raceway in Syracuse enough for a great go kart ride..

We had a great experience at rpm. The lady running the check in process, Miss Dee, was the sweetest. Not only was she super accommodating to our group but she was also hilarious and great at dealing with customers. My only complaint is i feel like rpm as a company makes their pricing confusing on purpose

The staff was friendly, it was all straight forward. My girlfriend and I went to just try it out, we enjoyed ourselves. Carts were quick and agile. I only gave it two stars because 1) they are supposed to give you 14 laps, but they only counted my faster laps and my girlfriend only managed 11 laps, we were the only ones there. 2) the price is crazy $25 per person, I’m not sure how they get repeat customers with that kind of prices, must be upper middle class taking their children there. It’s not a large amount of money in itself but for what it is, it is.Again the staff were friendly and accommodating, my review bears no relevance to the staffs performance.

I had a great time. Karts are fast and handle well. I was lucky enough to have an empty track due to the time we went. But very fun. I cant wait to go back and try again.

We had an awesome time!

It looked really cool. The drivers were zooming by and the ground was shaking. The only thing is I wish I was in a go cart.

Very friendly staff. Largest track of the three Ive been too. Well maintained carts. Interesting track to get the hang of. But it was empty when we went there. Try to go when its busy or bring friends so u are not racing by yourselves. Its also pretty pricy but if you really enjoy it and can go often its worth the membership and sometimes they gave specials for members.

Over a year ago my daughter was sexual assaulted by one of your workers. When I reported this I was assured that the owner would contact me about this assault. Human resources assured me that the matter would be addressed. Not once has the owner called me. My daughter was too ashamed to go to the police. She didnt want anyone to know what their employee did. The low life employee admitted to putting his hand down the front of her shirt. I will continue to leave this type of review randomly so everyone can be warned . l give them one star only so I can leave my review. Crooked staff. Crooked company.

We took our kids mini car racing Syracuse at RPM Raceway last weekend and cant recommend it enough. Racing go karts has been a hobby of ours for about 10 years and our kids love it too. We try to take family trips devoted to it whenever we can. This place is wonderful.

Me and my wife and my brother had a blast the carts are fast for the track and stick to it like glue will definitely go back and do it again and have to due more laps this time around

My wife was looking for go carting companies in Syracuse for my sons birthday party. I came across RPM Raceway and it looked a little high-tech, but Im glad we went. The cars are so realistic and all the kids said they felt like real speed racers. So much fun!

It was extremely fun to do. A bit of a workout if your trying to go fast around the corners. Employees were great and made experience fun.

Don’t wasting your time and money. They will stopping your car all the time! Makes you feel like you are playing a bumper car with babies.

Awesome experience! You cant go just anywhere and have this much fun.

A bit pricey and wait times can be a bit much, but definitely fun and worth the time.

Great fun activity for both adults and younger children.

My sons are big fans of speed racing and grand prix racing. They have been wanting to get behind the wheel but at 10 and 12 years old we are forced to stick to the go karting tracks. Syracuse doesnt have a ton of options, but RPM Raceway was perfect for them! They had so much fun and my husband even got in the speed racer spirit himself!

Been here since 9:11. Was told to be back at 9:45 and it’s 10:20. I dont expect to hit true track for at least two more races (if we don’t get bumped AGAIN). My eight year has been bumped repeatedly for men’s races. I get it, they make your money but there are at least 4 kids for the junior race... c’mon guys! Let’s get the kids race over and carry-on with the men’s races! I won’t come back.

Our nephew convinced my wife and I to go for a go cart ride. Little did I know that wed be singing up for a mini f1 racing track! Ill be honest, we were scared, but the kids were brave and we had a great time in the end racing go karts at RPM Raceways Syracuse facility.

I first started v17 go kart racing in Syracuse last year and have been hooked since. Im in three leagues, but me weekly grand prix race at RPM Raceway is definitely the favorite. Best go cart ride in NY in my opinion hands down.

It was fun but short lived. One of the racers kept hitting the wall so we couldnt go a whole lap without being slowed down.

This place is okay. Fun if you have the joy to do it.

Front desk staff could be more friendly and customer ...lady was on her phone more than paying attention to our questions buying a second race waited 15 mins for service when it was dead .....track staff excellent otherwise a great time well worth the money

According to the business hours this establishment is open until 11 pm. I arrived at 9:45 pm and asked cashier to run two races. She said we are completely booked for the night. I stood outside the racetrack for 30- 40 mins and one person, the same person raced 3 times. No big party showed up. Absolutley no reason i should have been turned away. I spend alot of money at this establsihment throught the year(s). Ever since it opened. I dont want to have to drive to Rochester or Buffalo when Syracuse is in my backyard.

RPM Raceway is so much fun! Even If electric go kart racing doesnt seem like it is for you, they have so many fun things to do. And the go Karts are awesome looking even if youre just there to watch the action.

I really like rpm in buffalo, but here theyre way too eager to slow you down, and they cut our race a lap short. I got two clean laps in the beginning, and every other lap they slowed the karts down.

Perfect place to race during the long winter months.

First time going and driving it was pretty fun

My youngest just got into f1 racing after going to real auto race with his grandfather a few months back. Now all he wants to do is get behind the wheel! We took him to the RPM Raceway go kart track in Syracuse and hasnt stopped talking about it since!

My brother is huge into motorcycle racing and summit racing.I surpriced him this weekend with a trip to RPM raceway for some electric go cart and he loved it ! closest thing to drag racing you can get in syracuse!

Drove over an hour to have them be closed an hour and a half before posted hours. Every employee proceeded to pretend to not see me standing there with a group of people.

Fun place!! Prices need to come down a little, and I would go more often.
