Great stuffed crust! Was fresh and delicious! Games are semi decent and toy prices are insane. But really colorful now and an overall fun environment!

When my pizza arrived, the pieces were all different shapes. I was confused at first, why would my pizza be different shapes? I wanted to investigate... I decided to take matters in my own hands. I then went into the kitchens and set up cameras to see if they were recycling pizza. What I saw I will never forget... The manager was taking old pizzas and putting them together into one conjoined ugly pizza. Here are some pictures I took of the dirty pizzas.

Great food, entertainment and the employees are super nice. Would recommend it for childrens birthdays or family outings.

A great place to take your kids or have a birthday party. They are pretty well staffed and keep things clean and stocked. There are so many games for kids to try out, and most are only one token/credit. Prizes could be a little more impressive, but the kids still feel like theyve won.

We had my daughters birthday here. Its a great place to bring the family, everyone has fun! Its a clean place, service was good. Only disappointment was that the TV screens that play music videos only came on twice (once for my daughters special birthday song then for another childs a few hours later). Normally they are on all the time. Also Chuck E usually comes out about every hour. This particular night he only appeared twice in the 4 hours we were there.

Went for a birthday party. My son loved playing all the games. Won tons of tickets on the zombie water gun game. My husband tried to get an extra card for my almost 1 yr old but couldnt as there was only one person working the desk and had about 12 people in front of him. Ended up using one card for both kids. Not ideal but it worked. Pizza was great and my cup was never empty.

We had some coupons and they allowed us to get two orders of each coupon we wanted. For our older kids we got them the times cards because we knew they could speed through. With our 6 year old and 4 year old we got the points card and the older kids ended up using the rest up after dinner. We ended up spending $150 which isnt bad for 8 kids, 4 pizzas, 8 drinks, and everyone had a great time. We went on a Monday so it wasnt packed at all. Some of the workers were friendly, Some were not but they werent rude, just not happy. The nice touch that is different than when I was a kid is every once in a while Chuck e cheese comes out for a dance party and when hes done, he throws out free tickets. This added to the fun experience for our kids so it didnt just feel like a big arcade

We celebrated a birthday at Chuck E. Cheeses for my 6 year old. The party host, Kevin was great.Very personal, attentive and accommodating. He kept the party on track and made sure my daughter and her friends had fun. The unlimited tokens on the cards is a great addition to the package. The pizza was good, too.After the recent remodel of this location the cleanliness of this location has improved dramatically. Nice job on the update and keeping it clean.

There are seartan times during the day you can go and you would be the only ones there, but others times you come and play but the kids can’t play with any of the games because it was so crouded. A very loud and exciting hangout for the kids. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Pizza not that exciting but kid friendly. Please give this review and photos a helpful vote.

Updated, clean, and affordable. They did an excellent job with my son’s birthday party.

My 4 year old had a blast and wants to go back everyday... Adults can also enjoy time with the games you can play with your kids.

Pizza is good, salad bar has great choices. Definitely gotten more expensive over the years almost 100$ for 2 90 min play cards, 1 pizza 4 sodas and a salad bar. Lots of games for kids to keep them busy for a while.

We had a fun time playing a whole bunch of games as a family. We had a great deal on my phone to use to play games at a great price. Also very friendly staff

Pizza and customer service were very good.

Went for a bday party, they got 2 hours of unlimited play which my daughter took full advantage of. All other games cost 1 token each play which makes for a great value.

I could have lost my kid! My wife and I showed up at different times, so my hand should have been the only one allowed to take my son out of the place. Nope. The girl checking stamps let him go with my wife! This is not the first time this has happened to me, either.Besides that, theres nowhere for the kids to go and actually play anymore. They took away the tubes to climb in. No little maze under the stage. Just more tables for birthday parties and TVs in between them and the arcade games. Chuck isnt very social when his antics arent choreographed. Just kinda stands there. The staff are rude and then even more rude when they are complaining about customers within customers earshot! I will say this: the mens room was much cleaner than I expected it would be.Go to Billy Beez in Destiny instead. Its probably more expensive and they dont always have something to eat, but you can go to the food court, probably wont lose your kid and theyll actually get exercise instead of just playing more video games like they do at home, anyway.

Took 10 min. to get waited on and we were the only ones in line waiting to get into the seating area.There was a large soda spill on the dance floor and a male staff person sat in a booth and saw the spill and didnt budge to clean it up. Another sent to clean it took another 10 min to clean it after a female employee told him to clean it. He seemed not to know how to begin to clean it. Over all my great grandchild enjoyed herself.

Our experience was good until we were ready to cash out our tickets. Thats where they didnt have enough staff to cover the counter.

I decided to take the toddlers out around 2:00 p.m. for a fun outing without the older kids. There were only two other families their with toddlers! The food was a little slow to come out, but we didnt mind at all. The recent upgrades made a huge difference. Although I miss the beloved ball pit from my era, Im sure we wont miss the germs lol. The coupons are still available online, but they have change a bit. Currently, there are no bundle packages that include food and gaming. You will have to purchase separate packages, but you CAN combine coupons. For example, an outing for 2 adults and 2 kids will cost about $50 to 60....not bad! The kids get to play unlimited games! Thats a steal for the price and they still earn tickets.I loved that the manager on duty still scheduled time for Chucky to come out and play with the kids. The place was empty, so I wasnt expecting it at all. Great time, we plan on visiting again soon.

I was disappointed to see they took out the childrens jungle gym to add in more tables. Its literally the party area and then the few games they got. For the price I wasnt expecting that. Spend a little more and go to Dave and Busters. Youll have a better time and the food there is amazing.

Nice clean restaurant. Very nice employees food is very good. Pizza was best we have had from any Chuck e. Cheese.

The last time I went here with my little guy it took an unreal three hours to get a sloppy pizza that staff told us was still coming every 20 minutes, which we had to scarf down as they closed up, while they forgot our drinks. Tonight it took nearly an hour to just get an order of freezer chicken nuggets, which was handed to us by a hostile woman who neglected to provide a spoon for the side of canned apricots before she disappeared. In neither case were we offered any comps. Every time Ive been here it seems like no one is in charge and the staff are largely unmotivated, overwhelmed, and aimless amidst the squalor and chaos.

3 pizza took an hour to come out. Chuckie didnt seem to like dancing with the kids. Kids did have fun playing the games.

Had my sons birthday party there and we had a blast!! Logan was our host and he did an excellent job. He was on top of everything and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely will go back and do it again.

Dated. Security is not the best. I went in and out with my children without being checked at the stamp booth. I would recommend they heighten security.

The whole place is focused on children and every one of them was having the time of their life I highly recommend Chuck-E-Cheese for the little ones it was a very happy atmosphere especially when Chuck-E-Cheese was dancing with the children

Ive been to a bunch of Chuck E Cheeses and this was the worst.Three quarters of the space is sitting room. No joke.They had maybe 30 games and more than half of them were broken down.It is definitely not worth the card. Maybe a couple bucks in tokens if youre bored.Skip and go to Dave and Busters.

Had a really fun time! Everything was clean the rides were perfect for my 1 1/2 year old to play as well as the older kids. Friendly staff you all did great with the amount of kids running around Ill definitely be back!

Nicely redone... but Chuck E was lazy, not engaging with kids, and just stood there. The new dance music area is nice, but bad audio quality. Games are spaced well, but many were broken or not giving tickets, I alone had to ask for help with a dysfunctional machine 5 times. Food was bad, burnt pizza. Expensive food and drink. We bought a pinata for a birthday party we booked, but when we arrived they informed us that they did not have any pinatas left, our kid was not happy and neither were we. Only giving 2 starts because SOME of the employees were great,helpful, and attentative. Other employees were rude, slow, and basically tried to ignore you. Doubt we will be going back anytime soon. $300 was not worth it.

The birthday seamed rushed all the way through was not to bad but could use work on the pricing and some of the games kept going out of service. Not how I remembered it as a kid.

Love taking my daughter. However we go every weekend and there is always a game or ride not working. I wish the seating and coat hanging was better. Other than that its fine.

I brought my wife and 2 children a month ago. Horrible experience but I decided to give it another chance last weekend. Same experience if not worse. They are always under staffed. We were first in line and waited 10 minutes before there was someone to take care of us. 3 different games the kids wanted to play didn’t work. Then it took 15 minutes in order to cash out our tickets. Absolutely horrible. Go to Dave and busters. They actually appreciate you as a customer.

The grandkids had fun playing games but honestly next time they can play there and well eat elsewhere. The food is overpriced and bad. The employees were however great.

It was the bom our 5yr old, little brother and cousin had a blast.

Great place for kids and Birthday parties.

I remember when Chuck E Cheese was the place to go for birthday parties or just to have some fun on the weekends. Of course this was back in the late 80s/early 90s. The Chuck E Cheese of nowadays is a far cry from those days. Went for a birthday party and wasnt impressed. I actually felt sorry for the parents when they got overcharged from the quote they were given not to mention that everything felt rushed; pizza was late getting out, host couldnt answer the most simplest of questions, not enough cups to go around and short on pitchers. And because of them falling behind there was barely anytime to cut the cake and have a piece before the host magically appeared to say the allotted time was up and you had to vacate because they had another party booked for the table. Poor kids couldnt even watch the birthday boy open up his presents. Seems like Chuck E Cheese should be renamed to Give Me Money. Dont bother throwing a birthday here since this experience has turn me off to this place.

This place is kind of pricey. Had issues with a couple of game consoles and workers were kind of rude and didnt want to help fix games. The stuff they offer for when kids turn in tickets they have earned off games is real cheap junk.

Middle of the road on cleanliness. Food quality is... well... laughable. Its like a restaurant grade Tombstone pizza. Game packages are way overpriced. The only upside to coming here is you can pay a small amount of money to let your kids run around for a few. You can do that other places though too, like Billy Beez in Destiny.Not a bad place, but definitely not trying to be the best place either.

After the revamp I expected a lot more. It was a bit cleaner, however now you pay for game time not play. I started my daughter out on 30 min of game play. 6 games were out of order, and 2 did not give any tickets!!? My daughter hit the 1 in a 1000 jacket on one of the games! Just to have an error code show up and not dispense any tickets!! Told the kid at the door, he said to find a floor worker, looked for 5 minutes to no avail. Then had to wait 5 minutes in line for a game that actually worked, played it, went on to 2 more games and then our time was up!!?? Worked out much better the 10 previous times I brought her there, before the big revamp. Then they had a big build up for Chuckey live. 10 second count-down and then he only appeared on the tv screen!! All in all not impressed. ..on a positive note, I had the overpriced $9 small Italian sub and it was actually quite tasty!

Perfect place for kids ! Would have been better if better organized! Should have better security in place with kids running all over the place. People are supposed to be stamped before entering I got in without a stamp.. There are areas for improvement

New remodel looKs good. Party area is larger and no more dances with Chuck E blocking the entrance. Definitely need more staff, but the staff on hand was very polite and helpful.

1 hour wait for pizza and cold wings, kids unsupervised and stealing from others, managers didnt care that pizza took so long and replied yeah, its been like this all day, tickets jammed in many machines, ticket counters jammed up. A quarter of the games needed service or wouldnt give out tickets on jackpot. Worst $70 Ive ever spent. Next time will be going to Dave and Busters. Much more clean and much better service there.

It’s always nice to entertain your children, however it’s difficult to go back with the lack of enthusiasm. The lackluster customer service is unfortunately passed on to the children. I can deal with poor customer service to myself, but when it effects my kid, and they are disappointed because the employee who is dressing up as Chuck E doesn’t come out on time really upsets me. They are never on the dance floor when the TV builds up anticipation and announces Chuck E’s entrance... so many confused and disappointed kids just because the employees are lazy. The employees also never do the dance that is on the TV like they are supposed to. If you don’t like your job, find a new one! Don’t make kids unhappy that are paying to have a good time and just have fun. Why should us parents have to make up excuses to our kids for your laziness?

Busiest times are Friday-Sunday. My son loves it here! Lots of different games & for the price, you really cant beat it!

The service was lacking there werent enough staff to meet peoples needs. And many of the games didnt work. We encountered at least three games that did not work but took points. Over all it really was about a 2 and 1/2 considering the money spent. Oh and we had to ask for plates. They put our pizza up without any plates or forks. It was a less than expected experience.

This place use to be fun. The children and adults would eat and have fun.They took away the coins and the play house and now it sucks. They play house use to be a substitute for some of the games. When money stated running low the kids could play in the playhouse and still have fun. Now once the money runs out its time to leave. Not good when you are hosting a 2 hour birthday party. The cards also run out so much quicker. I use to bring my children at least once a month. I will not be returning anymore. It was great but now it is no longer a place to bring children if you have 3 or more. It became to expensive.

Been here several times with the kids and always have had a great time. They recently switched from tokens to the cards but the prices are still decent. NEW GAMES TOO. The bathrooms could be kept up a little better. But the staff is polite and attentive.

Decided to go as a surprise to our 6 year old as he loves this place. Recently heard about a grand reopening after renovations. Sorry to say but all I saw was a more crowded playing area and several machines out of order. As parent I am disappointed because it is nothing like I can remember when I was a kid.

The game deal was great. It took 45 minutes to get 2 pizzas for my family. Others where waiting the same time or longer.

I went for a birthday party, but they had changed venues and werent there... however I was really impressed with the friendly staff and how rigid they were with entry and exit for child safety. You can only leave with the child you entered with as they use a blacklight stamp when you entet.

I had two different papers and I said 353 and the other one was 93 and when you add them up it was 446 but when I went to the counter the dude that was there said I only had 260 when I had already previously checked, make sure they tell you the right amount check it ahead of time or take a picture just in case something happens because I have a picture of the papers. Other than that it was fun.

Meh ... pizza was at best of similar quality of dominos... large pizza is really small for $17. The games were fun and worth the cost.

I visited this location on Wednesday January 16, 2019 around 6 pm. I came with a party of 12 people. 6 adults. 6 kids. I came to bring my family who came in from out of town to have a good time. The manager who’s name was JOE. Was absolutely rude and disgusting!! When my cousin and myself were cashing in the tickets for prizes at the end with the kids, the spot where you can get some candy for dropping your game pass in, the manager JOE snatched the little candy bin and said “YOU ONLY GET IF YOU DONATE YOUR PASS!!!” And I told him excuse you we did! And he proceeded to be absolutely rude in tone and threatened to call the cops on us for “being loud” we spent over $120 there today and he wanted to be a complete rude disgusting person! I was absolutely disgusted and this was my first time coming here in years!! I could not believe the attitude of this “manager” I will be writing a letter to corporate I have never been so frustrated in my life especially in front of my family !!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE !!! And the so called manager Joe needs a lesson in customer service!!! When I say disgusted I am absolute disgusted !!!!!

I dont think it was worth the price spent $100 for my daughter n niece to only play for an hr n got a pizza n salad n chuckie was horrible didnt know the dance they shoyld give out tripple the tickets for the games for the price and all the prizes where so high in tickets ridiculous never again i do not recommend anyone to do there unless u like wasting money

When going into the Chuck-E-Cheese I was very underwhelmed. Yes I know its not the 80s and its not the Chuck-E-Cheese I grew up with in Mattydale but still I was not very impressed. After my kids got done playing with their passes and earning their tickets; going up to the ticket counter was a nightmare in its own. There was a birthday party that day and everyone from the birthday party was cutting in line in front of myself my husband and our kids to turn in their tickets and none of the employees said or did anything about it. It took us nearly 45 minutes to make it to the ticket counter with only six people ahead of us when we started. I myself have a broken ankle and to make things easier I used a knee scooter and the employees at the door were friendly and opened and closed it for me however Chuck-E-Cheese is far to compact for me to have done much of anything but sit at the table. Personally I believe it was a waste of an hour and a half drive when I could have just taken the kids to an arcade and pizza here at the local mall.

I was at this location on 9/3/18 at 7pm. I drove an hour and half. I had to pull over 5 times on my way because my daughter was puking after eating there. I called on 9/4/18 to let the manager know of what happened. She girl I spoke to, told me she was the manager. After placing me on hold she gave a number to call but the number she gave me is not a working number. My daughter loves chuck e cheese but she isnt to go back after getting sick. I wasnt too concerned about her getting sick because after she puked she was fine but the fact that the manager gave a wrong number to call is concerning.

Its ok I was also a little hesitant to go but overall its was a decent place to bring kids I recommend that you bring smaller children there

Diningc area was very dirty, serdvuce took forever, games not all worked. Best part of the visit is when my hand stamp wore off, the employee made my two kids identify me before they could leave. Great thinking on their behalf
