This air travel-themed park is hidden in a cornfield out by the airport, but is a lot of fun, especially with a friend. The rocket structure was an immediate draw. My son was climbing it before I even got out of the car. Up top there are 2 chairs for the command module, and the other 2 floors have slides. The giant slide was amazingly fast and fun, as was the little slide. Be careful with the little ones! The modern play structure nearby was your typical fun, but the rocket really is the huge draw here. Folks at the playground were nice and pleasant. I had plenty of room to walk the dog while my son played. Picnic tables and benches were nice for resting. Not a lot of shade.

The park was excellent...we had a Birthday party...for a small kid....the park was clean and well maintained. We were able to Bar B Q...on the parks grill.Tha kids played on the swings and slide.I would recommend this park.We brought a water slide and the kids had fun.They need a clean restroom instead of a portable toilet. You get 4 stars for no good restroom.

The play equipment is amazing. The only downside was the other people who were there. All I kept hearing was Make America White Again. Needless to say I couldnt get my son and myself out of there fast enough. Im hoping this was just a one off and that this group does not frequent the park. We will try again, but certainly not by ourselves.

We really like this park because of the space theme and the fact that you can watch the airplanes take off and land at the airport nearby. I dont like however, that I spend most of our playtime here picking up trash. I think it would help a lot if there were more trash cans available.

Great family park. Open fields, quiet area. Great place for a quick, no-fuas outing with kids or fur babies

Not sure how to rate parks ... this one is near my house ... Large open space; bigger playground and shelter(s) for midsize events.

Awesome neighborhood. Just on the outskirts of Springfield.Very little equipment for kids to play on. Threebaseball diamonds in the soccer field or two. They host a lot of the lake sporting events there.

Ball fields, soccer, unshaded playground equipment but you can see the planes coming in and going up from the airport next door

A small neighborhood park for the Walnut Valley folks. Lots of baseball and soccer games get scheduled during the warmer months. There is a playground for kids and plenty of parking.
