Its a great small course and very popular! It could use some upkeep...signs, a portable potty.

A nice sized park with a 9 hole disc golf course. The playground area is a little small, but it does have a playground area. There are a lot of picnic tables and all of them are under trees. The trees are large, so there is plenty of shade.

Love the Frisbee gold course and great place for kids and adults to hang out and play.

I would come to this park every early am and evening with my dog. Until 10/31/20 never had any issues and then in 10/31 my car was broken into, i was robbed. No park rangers hardly ever present. Safety needs to increase.

Very nice place to go and set in your car to eat a 30 min. work lunch. Also great to get in a 30 min walk during your lunch break. Very clean and quiet. You feel safe sitting in your car eating your lunch, reading a book, or getting out to walk off some energy before heading back to the office.

Oak Grove Park is a great place/park for both children and adults with the option to play a great 9 hole Frisby golf course... Also a playground, sandbox (BIG) and a full size basketball court. Thats just the outside of the park. There is also an indoor pro size basketball court where great games are played. Oak Grove Park also has 3rd parties such as tyikwondo and other events held there. Great little 9 hole disc golf course. Baskets are usable but are in desperate need of repair. But the holes are all short making this a great choice for beginners or those looking to play a quick round. Theres also a good selection of playground obstacles for the little ones to play.

Cute little park, has picnic tables and grills. Also has a basketball court. Only thing bad is the neighbors always let their dogs run free and they bug people at the park.

Could use a little better upkeep but other than that it was pretty fun.

Nice little park. Some of the equipment needs to be updated and it would be nice if they laud something other than wood chips under the play equipment. Its a relatively clean place with lots of room to run and play.

Oak Grove has a tendency to get really busy, but if you like disc golf mixed with nostalgic history, youll like it. I give it three stars because the golf is not difficult. However Ed Headrick himself put this course in decades ago, and these are as far as I know still the original baskets. Give it a go.

My favorite place to play disc golf

Other than lack of a proper bathroom (they do have a portaJohn), this place is beautiful, well kept, and has play equipment for all ages. They also have a water fountain. If going on a warm, sunny day, have the kids wear long pants as the slides are in the sun most of the day and do get quite hot.

Not the best park Ive been to. Tons of mosquitoes and the playground equipment is sort of old.

A great Park with lots of equipment and swings with lots of trees and a sandbox great for adults to sit on a bench and relax and watch their kids and its great for kids to play on the jungle gym

Good assortment of playground equipment including some metal old school ones from 40 years ago that I remember! (This I really appreciate!) Very long, shaded park with frisbee golf course in the back and ample picnic tables and trash cans.

Great if you have little ones but not much else. Tucked away. Mostly a bunch of hippies playing frisbee golf but a pretty nice playground for children near the parking lot.

Fun to take your kids

Hard to see from the street, but a nice park in a nice neighborhood. Has a disc golf course, playground, basketball court and picnic tables. There’s also a community center that has events.

It is a great disc golf course for an all day outting or a quick round. Also there are toys for the kids and picnic tables available there.
