I took my kiddos hiking here. The trails were nice and the kids enjoyed the playground after the hike.

Has always been a favorite place to get away for an hour or two.

A small but awesome park. Great for running or walking since there are many winding trails. The far end of the park also connects to the Sangamon Valley Trail near mile marker 3.5.

This is a well kept trail with nice scenery. I go there to ride mountain bike and it is decent for a short ride. The course isnt very challenging, but for those that are just starting to ride, it works well.

I would love to live right next to this place it would be great for trail running walking and of course its awesome for mountain biking I passed a runner and a walker we got along fine as long as youre cautious of others using the place

Nice trails

For a quick hike in the woods in the city limits of Springfield this place is perfect. Lots of birds and wildflowers during their different seasons and well maintained trails.

Hidden gem on the west side of Springfield. A couple miles of relatively easy, well built and maintained trails with a little stream running through the center of the property. Owned and operated by Lewis Memorial Acres Trust.

Nice hike

Great walking and mountain bike trail. Trails are fast and flowy with no real technical sections. Provides a great ride for beginners and people looking to relax.Has a small Pavillion with water fountain and Porta john. Also includes a small playground for children.
