First time visiting today and it’s a fun place for al l ages. Smells pretty clean but here is my beef with the place. Staff made the 5 year old boy wear a mask while there are adults who are walking around without masks on. 5 minutes into me being here I heard an an announcement saying if you’re session is ending you may extend it so I wanted to extend my session before it even started because I could see my son was having fun. Asked a staff member they told me they were sold out. I went online and bought another session with no issues. When it time to go check in for my second session Terrell (one of the managers ) told me I couldn’t extend my session even though I didn’t extend it I bought a second ticket insisted I couldn’t use my ticket. Thankfully I asked for the person he told me he could get and he cleared the air and now we’re still here jumping.Once again awesome please for kids but untrained staff, untrained managers, no masks guidelines being followed.
This was my first time at this location, upon arrival I was greeted my a young gentleman who literally explained every price plan in detail like he wrote it. I was impressed by that, all my needs where met with no problem. Now seating was limited due to COVID-19 and of course people had to keep distance but my kids enjoyed themselves and so did I. The Nachos where delicious and the floor games kept me busy. This is a cool spot closer to DC. I liked my visit, my family will return
My experience was awesome. I went to celebrate my sons birthday and everything was spot on. The kids had a great time, the adults too, and I had amazing customer service. Samara is amazing and exceptional at her job! From the time we came to the time we left, she was very accommodating and generous. Anything we needed she was more than happy to help. From bringing stuff in from my car to setting up the party room. She went over and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of at all times. Everyone had a great time. Customer service was the best. We will definitely be coming back.
Fun trampoline park.Staff are friendly and they are everywhere to watch. Reasonable prices, clean bathrooms.Bit smaller than other places and some areas are under repair for long time.
Its definitely a fun place to go for children and pretty reasonably priced using the Groupon, but the team of young staff need to seriously be trained on COVID procedures. Staff were not wearing masks correctly or even wearing them at all, not enforcing guests to wear masks correctly, and taking temperature on the backside of the wrist. I had fun, but wont return until after COVID.
This fun place is brand new and just recently opened. My first visit with my little ones to the place coincided with the teachers appreciation day, and it would jam packed and a bit chaotic. So, I didn’t want to jump the gun with a bad review. However, our second visit went very well. Special thanks for the great management there. It certainly is a very unique trampoline with much more to do; a perfect spot for a weekend plan for the little ones or even adults. Their main showcase is the Ninja Warrior type of obstacle course which includes a zip liner. It was plenty of fun. I highly recommend this place. They’re also kind enough to swap your socks from another location for free. The only issue I may have is just the prices of these places which I think is a bit on the high end.
I joined this place as a because I really needed a fun and exhausting place in which to wear out my three year old. After a visit or two, I bought thirty day passes for my older two kids (11, 14). It was money well spent on all accounts. The staff of young people is extraorinarily nice and wonderfully professional, and they greet my three year old as though she is a celebrity; in turn, my little one loves them and loves the place. However, my older kids love it too! There are so many ways to get good, healthy exercise and this joint that it will have you jumping for joy! Ok, that line was lame, but seriously this place is clean it is not crowded, and it s super fun and exhausting to boot. Kudos to the staff!
Not a bad place to bring kids to burn off energy, but there should definitely separate spaces for little kids and teenagers. I just saw three teenage boys run an entire group of smaller kids off a trampoline.
This was my first time to this particular location. Although every attraction was not open I still enjoyed my time here. It wasn’t as busy as they typically are and there wasn’t really a lot of staff around either. I personally am not bothered by people not wearing mask or extreme sanitation. But if you are, I would probably stay away. Nobody had on masks and the foam pits etc. are a breeding ground for germs. I don’t really know how they disinfect things there
It was nice not to busy, went to a birthday part for a 4 year old..they all seemed to have fun..so overall I give 4 stars.
This was my first time to this sky zone and since the pandemic, and let me tell you sanitation and social distancing was not here. I’ve been to other sky zones during the pandemic and they had sanitizing stations at every other obstacle. Not to mention the fact that 6 out of the 8 obstacles that were open didn’t have staff monitoring the area. Majority of the staff if not all were eating and talking to each other. I traveled a great distance to try obstacles that the sky zone by my house doesn’t have just to get here and only 8 out of 15 stations were open without a any notice on their website. I will not be returning.
We have been to this place multiple times. Its a great activity place for kids. Just make sure your kid is the right age group so that they may enjoy the activities thoroughly. We have also been part of a few birthday celebrations at this place. The host is very responsive and nice. The party area is big enough for a small crowd, and there is not much decorations needed. If at all, you may bring some balloons, and thats about it.The glow in the dark events are awesome. Kids get a glow t-shirt and they were having a blast.Caution: be careful not to lose track of your kid. Its a big facility!!Overall, a fun packed place for kids to have very constructive play time.
Really fun place to take the kids (and parents ). Great place to get a ton of activity from the basic trampoline park but also has several obstacle courses, climbing walls, climbing structures, and even arcade games. Also, has snack bar and vending machines. The only thing I wished is that they didnt charge the same price for my 4 year old when she wasnt of age to do any of the climbing stuff. She was only able to bounce - no climbing....yet I paid the same price for her as I did for me, my teenage daughter, and a year old son. Its priced on an hourly rate so keep that in mind and plan ahead if its a weekend because it will get very busy.
It’s a good and clean place, the staff are friendly and helpful but most of the equipment are closed. We came late thinking that won’t be a lot of people but there are a lot lol but as general we like it, my son enjoyed the time here.
Fun but definnently not clean by covid standards so dont expect not to get anything
I paid $30, didnt jump because one: theres not order, two, there is no sanitation, three people are rude. I asked for a refund literally right after I paid and they refused. THERE IS NO REFUND HERE which I will call corp because that was not displayed anywhere nor was it mentioned.
Not all sections were open. But the boyz had s blast. Further attention to the restrooms & cafe will be appreciated.
My kids loved this place when we had our annual membership. I dont know if theyll make it after the pandemic.
Extraordinarily nice staff. Children and parents are all friendly. Thank you so much!
Brought my godchildren here and they had a blast! There are so many activities to keep any child busy, not to mention tire them out! As an adult jumper, I also had a great time! Aside from the jumping, there are a bunch of arcade games and a ropes course, as well as an VR game people can play on together! Its a little pricey, and you pay for an amount of time to jump. It is not accessible by public transportation. Will definitely go back!
Its fun and a great place for family, but when was the last time they cleaned the place if ever since opening. There are huge dust ball bunnies all around the top edges of the freestyle jump zone and food wrappers all over the place. Theyd do justice having a full time janitor walking around wiping and cleaning for the amount of traffic the facility creates. Id give 5 stars if it was clean and if the workers were more observant of this.
Went after open only a week, it was in a great location ( right off Braddock exit on 495) and it was very clean. They had the traditional bounce areas, dodgeball w/ a ref. A wipe out cage, whole family loved that! They also had a elevated ropes course for 6 and up. A handful of climbing walls, small obstacle courses and 4 party rooms. We enjoyed it, $20 per person/60 mind gets you access to everything. Can do longer for more.
Inadequate covid measures, completely irresponsible management. Allows unmasked kids up to 10 y.o. to mingle among everyone else. Ignores all we know about the pandemic and its transmission channels through children as much as through adults.
Inside is great! price is all depending on how long you stay .Childrens like to come here to have fun, verity things to play for childerns activity. They have some kind of activity on upstair. They have birthday party here as well. Adults like climbing up the wall, family can spend time together here.
Overall Small, only a few tables, no seating if you wanted to just watch your kids play.No one watching any of the zones, so kids jumping and running all over one another.Maybe work on employee training.Look else where for a jump place.
Everything was not useable. No toddler section.
Very bad place my kids hate this place they want to go to defy more.
Its very nice l love it my daughter is happy
Requires reservation for a time spot and membership holders have priority. You may show up and they are sold out for the rest of the day. Beware of Groupon because you will be lowest priority as explained by the manager and be unlikely to use during the weekend. Front attendants not helpful or friendly. Recommend Flight Fit and Fun in Springfield instead, never had any problems there before.
Overall it was a fun place to take the kids. Theres almost no seating or places to put shoes. Some of the activities were not operating either. If you want to take your kids somewhere to have free reign, I wouldnt suggest here because you have to follow them around to keep an eye on them since it is not an open floor plan. Some of the only seating they had would beep very loudly if you didnt pay to use the massage option on the chairs.
Amazing! Been to more than my share of indoor play spaces, but this one is head and shoulders above. Just a great environment with accessible activities and a fantastic vibe.
Sky Zone Springfield really needs to work on their employee training. I recently booked the “Epic” party package for my son’s 10th birthday. Our first impression upon walking in was that the facility itself looked bright and inviting. We were also excited about the variety of activities on display there. Then little by little, cracks began to appear and disappointments mounted.-Check in was disorderly and understaffed,-Our “dedicated party room host” was not what we had come to expect based on our experiences at other similar event locations (more on this later),-A staff member came in during our party and asked if she could help herself to some of our food while our guests were still eating,-The virtual reality game which we PAID EXTRA for was constantly malfunctioning,-And to top it off, we weren’t offered the party e-invitations before the event and our son didn’t even get his complimentary birthday shirt at the end, which really speaks to the lack of attention to detail at this particular location. Many of these things could have been overlooked had the host “experience” been adequate. While our host was pleasant, she appeared too inexperienced and out of her depth to be handling a birthday party for 15 kids. In our view she did the bare minimum, which was to prepare the table and hand out the pizza and cake. Otherwise, she stood idly by or was at times, nowhere to be found. If this is what Sky Zone intended, they need to state clearly what the host’s duties are and communicate it to the guest. If you want a truly “dedicated party room host”, I would recommend Kid’s Choice in Woodbridge, where the host takes charge of the group of kids, engages with them, and makes sure the parents don’t have to lift a finger.
We went for a birthday party, the staff was super friendly and the kids had a blast playing. The pizza was ok, not anything exceptional. I feel like $20 for 1 hour is to much money for a little bit of time, corporate is really milking it for parents. The kids spend about 10-30 mins of that hour waiting in line with harness on just to climb.
If you have an older kid, dont take them early in the day. Too many little kids. Where in Manassas they have bigger kids. Might be different at night but you better check.
In short, The manager of the place was very rude and racist, the older gray haired man with glasses allowed the customers before and after us in, and told, us specifically, a chinese family, that they were full and we couldn’t go into the park. I walked away, but as we were leaving, we see the family before us paying for their tickets!I thought people were better than this, in today’s society my kids shouldn’t have to worry about racism.
Price is no bad the kids had a cool time. But the VR game is always close and the jumper step is also closed all the time. So you guys will get my 5 stars until you fix that situation.
Fun and clean trampoline park! My daughter loves meeting her friends here. They offer many different bounce type of play options and a zip line as well as coin operated games. The food is also priced well. Great for a day spent indoors. The yearly pass was also a great value and paid for itself after a 2 or 3 visits.
Great trampoline park for school age kids. Dont bring your toddlers here. This place has lots of stairs and toddlers could fall if not supervised at all times.
What a great park! New and clean with lots of fun things to do. Honestly, the lines on the weekend can be offputting... But its the WEEKEND! Terry and Patrick are super friendly, and the staff (most of the time) is attentive, friendly and smiling. We have not had a party here but it looks like a load of fun.
Ann has the world-class customer service skills. We couldn’t have asked for any better party scheduling experience. Highly recommend to all my readers.
One staff member was tending to two different harness requiring games. Long lines because the lack of staff. Staff not rude but not friendly either. Place isnt super clean. My kid loved his time here though
Very poor customer service. They had to close attractions several times because they did not have enough people to monitor them. My kids had to wait to be unattached from the rock climbing ropes while The attendance were carrying on a conversation with another attendant at a different attraction about when they were getting off work. We will most likely not return.
My eighth year old had a blast... A happy son makes for a happier father.
They should stop selling food. I got a pizza and it was so hard and nasty told the worker I purchased from. 1st thing she said no refund. Thats crazy.
We came here for my son to attend a birthday party. The poor mom of the birthday boy was frazzled bc she had been waiting at the desk for 10+ minutes for one of the four teens working there to assist her in getting a name card and socks for my son. When she asked for the party coordinator, he finally came out from the back with attitude. She politely explained they would have stragglers, which I was one of them, and asked if he could please stay out at the register to help those getting to the party a few minutes late. (We were 12 min late) He responded that anyone could help her and that it didn’t have to be him. She did not know that as it was never communicated to her. She made the comment that it was frustrating because she had already been waiting there for over ten minutes and it would have been nice to know. It would have been even nicer if one of the employees standing at the register would have at least asked if they could help her. The party coordinator quickly replied that she had showed up late herself to the party. Birthday boy’s mom was taken aback by this, as was I, but calmly replied that Her and her husband were there on exact time but not ten minutes early. I was really surprised at the lack of professionalism and general business ethics even if you are dealing with mainly teenagers. Any thoughts of doing a party here for my five kids went out the door. The only reason I would choose to do a party elsewhere is for the convenience and freedom you have when someone else is taking care of the details. If you want that kind of experience with less stress than this is NOT the place for your next party. On a good note, the place does have everything you could want in a day for high energy kids. It sports a sky walk, zip line, rock climbing, ninja warrior course, and ample trampoline space and activities. However the customer service and manager experience and professionalism is greatly lacking.
Lots of fun for any age! This location has the ninja warrior course! Lots of kids but fun for 20 something year olds too!
Fun event. Kind of expensive. Bummed they are no longer doing the annual passes. Sometimes the refs are on point watching the kids, many times I watch them just talking to each other or on their phones.
Great place to bring your kids to have fun. We had a birthday party there and it went perfect. Skyzone definitely on another level compared to other trampoline parks. They have more. Even an American Ninja type obstacle course.
This place is small compared to Flight & Launch. Lots of kids but they have the biggest trampoline area closed. There is no place to sit, maybe 5 tables but they quickly get used up with other peoples coats and you cant sit there. I paid for a massage chair and a kid got on one next to me and the kids started keeping really loud, I guess if you dont payit beeps, because the guy told me I had to get up but I still had 1:27 left on what I paid. My son is 5 and can only jump but its to pack, they should have all the trampolines open to accommodate all the kids. Im a parent, Im 39 years old and there is no place to sit, Im sorry but Im to old to be jumping on trampolines, would be nice to have a place to sit instead I stead of standing for 2 hours, my back cant handle that. I wouldnt come back here if it was free.
Love it will b back
Fun and safe place for kids. Lots to do! You can get your fill of trampolines, wall climbing and so many more games.
Good price but the half of park is.closed due some reason. the zip line and other activities are closed and they charged same price.
Very clean. I like the Velcro covers that border each trampoline. They seem safer than the cushion pads used at Flight Trampoline park. There are more obstacle courses and basketball hoops at Skyzone as well.
My kid is only 2 and 6 but. There only the employees is play I think if you have kids you need to be careful with them. I not come back
Skyzone has really raised the bar on a great family experience. It is a little expensive but totally worth every penny. There is a plethora of great experiences with plenty of staff to keep the flow going. Activities are thoughtfully scaled to all levels as so my 6 year old and I, a 32 year old athlete, are challenged in a fun way. Will definitely be back, regularly!
It is a great place for kids to run around, jump, climb and try new skills. Even parents enjoy this place, especially the Sky Trail is exciting. The only negative comment is that it is often dirty, not a clean place. I wish they cleaned it and vacuumed regularly!
Really enjoyed my first experience at Sky Zone. We had my sons 10th birthday here. The kids all loved it. They did the freestyle trampolines, dodgeball, the ninja warrior course and played at the arcade a bit. They had so much fun on those things they didnt even have time to try the virtual reality section and rock climbing. More reason to go back! As for the party, the staff was very friendly and helpful and interacted with the kids, which was a nice extra. Only slight negative I have to say is that the pizza that comes with their party package is not good. If they could fix that, it would be amazing!
Very nice place for the family... Kids loved it... Will come back again
This is the worst place for a birthday party for younger kids (9 years old or less). No paper waivers available, but only half of terminals were operational. Guests didnt get to check in for 20 minutes (out of the 1 hour party time). Extremely long waits for most activities due to lack of smaller size harnesses). Everything is extremely disorganized. Never again.
This Sky Zone is huge, clean and nice. Theres lots of activities for the kids. The only complaint that I have is with the kitchen. You would think for the size that there would be a variety of options but theres not. The staff was good but when they changed over, not so much. I will still take the kids here though.
Waited over 40 mins to check in at time they opened for the day. After 25 mins, asked if we could check in at party checkin because we have membership cards, was told no that we needed to continue to wait in the line. After 30min, it was announced we could check-in at the party check-in with membership cards. Then 1 hour after it was open, bathroom had no toilet paper in 3 or 4 stalls and had No soap at the sinks. Disgusting!!!! Very disappointed in today’s experience at the Springfield va location.
Great place for kids with innovation mini zipline and kids American Warrior and of course Trampolines. It is great for kids all ages. There is a 5 and under special this coming weekend with $5 more for the annual pass.
Great place! Good Trampolines! Great food! Great overall!
Wonderful place for kids. Get the annual pass, its a great value. Places for adults to take a load off plus snacks. Seating for adults is bench style but just fine for 60-90 minutes. Kids have a great time in a safe and uniquely fun environment.
Awesome experience for the kiddos! The management staff is awesome, however the floor staff is young and most of them were not paying attention and I had to ask them multiple times for help. I would recommend more organization of the staff, but overall a great experience!
Sooo much fun for kids and adults
This has to be the most unprofessional place to book a party! I need to reschedule my sons party. They never pick up the phone! So I used the texting service they have in the middle of our conversation the person just stop texting me. So now I have no idea if his party is booked or not.
Enjoyed my time there. The kids had a great time. You only get one hour per day under the pass but you can pay for more time. An hour was enough for me though. Good place to have fun and burn some energy.
Places like this are always pretty fun generally. However, they have a few nickle and dime aspects that take away from the experience. You are required to purchase their socks in order to get the benefit of the admission tickets. They should just include it in the admission price. Also the lockers to place your shoes in are a in an area that creates chaos. All in all my son had a great time though.
Super clean unlike other trampoline parks in the area and friendly staff.
I wonder if they ever clean this place. Bathrooms were disgusting - and we were the first ones there. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned from the day before. Some of the games were closed, including the SkyTrail. They need more manpower here.
Outstanding especially glow night more fun stuff to do
Best trampoline park we have been to. So much more than just jumping. Hours of fun for the kids. Only complaint... they need more staff members to help during peak hours.
A great and fun place for kids and adults that want to be kids!
Very nice place for the family of all ages. Very neat and clean. Get there early.
People that work there so nice and kind the place is awesome so many choices to pick form
I real love it and it is a good place to spend time in
We went here for a birthday party and it was a lot of fun. As an adult i enjoyed myself and so did my young children. The staff was present, attentive and courteous.
It was so much fun food was good service was good everything was GREAT
Had my sons 10th birthday party at Skyzone and it was tons of fun! Will definitely be going back!
Great Customer Service from Derrick!!! Ensured everyone had a great time and when pizza was a little delayed- he overcompensated more than needed!!!!
Awesome! Great fun and exercise for kids and parents alike.
SkyZone is huge! It is clean and there is more than enough to do! The facility is really well done and spaced out. I have a 6 and 7 year old and they both enjoy everything. We have gone 3Times so far and still haven’t seen everything! There is so much to do and we always have a great time. Even better I get my workout in while they are playing. The rock climbing is great, the obstacle course is work but epic! The zip line is so much fun! The fact that I get to lead. H example for my kids is priceless. I climbed the tower and they followed their mama. The Ninja course is great practice, not to mention the many trampolines! It is just epic! My kids are already begging for birthday parties there! I highly recommend the seasonal pass if you plan on going a few times this year. It is a great time, every time!
Tonight glow night was a terrible services very slow i waited on line for 30 minutes and they giving me xl shirt for six years old. That is crazy because you pay for the shirt it is not free and they can not give you the size that you need. Trashcan overflowing. Maybe they need to hire more staff.
My 2 year old sprained his ankle here but the soda was super fizzy so all in all, pretty good time.
So much fun
The place is great for your kids and adults! But the employees can be rude at times but are mainly friendly. Trampolines are great and feel brand new but you won’t get a super high bounce. Some of these rules are confusing because if youre looking to do double flips etc it says you can’t but it also says to perform tricks at your own risk but if youre confused about this ask an employee.
This place is dirty and generally unstaffed. Half the attractions were not operating
Great place to take the kids to let out some of that energy. Friendly helpful staff makes it a great place for cold or rainy days
Great family fun. Friendly staff at check in. Food prices are a little high. Dipoin Dots cost more per pound than rib eye steak. But then this is northern VA.
After a delighted and fun experience at Sky zone, I found the employees to be very genuine including one named Sofia that satisfied my needs as it was my first experience exploring Sky Zone. She was very attentive that I decided to tip her for her cooperation and her dedication to her job. Highly recommend coming back to Sky Zone with your kids and friends in general.
