It is great park to visit with your kids. There is one big play ground which has several unique equipment. I have never seen some tools except this park.Around this park is very quiet and low traffic. So it would be much safer.

This is a fun park! When I was a kid there was tunnels here, you could go underground that big dirt Hill thats all the playground sits on. Things have changed there was also a beehive in a tree when I was a child. I guess those things were removed but still pretty cool.

Had a nice play structure, even adults were able to get on and follow children around. Which with a Niece who is visually impaired was nice, we were able to explore the structure together.

We went in to spend a maximum of one hour but ended up staying there over five hours. The playground is huge with fun slides and creative activities. There are multiple trails throughout the park, many if which go through watersheds. Spring time is especially beautiful since everything is blooming and there is a lot of water in the streams. We also saw a lot of wildlife, from squirrels to all kinds of birds and even several nutrias. This park is definitely one of our faves

Very creative park! Parts of the structure include not only the somewhat typical bongo drums and rain sounds but actual electronic keyboard and drums! My three year old loved making songs with the drums. Although I did not use them, I did see a building with bathrooms as well.

Such a great park! Large, expansive play structure that is well built and accomodates kids as young as 2-3 to as old as 8+. Several slides of all sizes, a few swings, plenty of stairs, rock walls, and obstacles to climb for bigger kids plus a large flat ramp for toddler access. Spent over an hour here with my daughter running around loving it.

Excellent park, built on a hillside near Old Downtown Sherwood. Large, beautiful play structure near top of hill (and the street)was recently redone (summer 2018) and is now wheelchair accessible, a major plus. Lots of access for those with vision, hearing, sensory disabilities as well. Note pictures in older reviews are obsolete.Bathrooms are near it, including a family one. A macadam walkway curves down the hill to the bandshell, where there are tables and a picnic shelter. Nature trails lead through a wetlands, along a creek, depending on rainfall and time of year. Parking lot is across the street.Would give 5 stars if the lower park had toilets, hillside was developed more and had level, shaded spaces.
