Im so glad we stopped in last week. We had never been there before.Luckily they had space to let us stay. Call ahead during C-19 times for an appointment. Lovely Lovely -all of it- wine, staff, view, seating. We did 8 wineries and they were our favorite. I will definitely go again.

Had a lovely experience at this picturesque vineyard. I do not drink but the group I was with seemed pretty happy with the fermented grapes.

Fun afternoon at Blakeslee Vineyard! It was a rainy day so we didnt take advantage of the beautiful wading pool but the views were still stunning and the wine, the cheese board and the staff were wonderful. A really lovely place to spend an afternoon.

One of my favorite vineyard properties. This place is stunning. Such a beautiful area, would love to spend every day here. With a pool, firepit, plenty of sitting space and property to walk around, you cant go wrong here. Wine selection was great. Owners were very kind and knowledgeable. Will certainly be coming back.

Excellent wine! Excellent winery! Great customer service! I have really enjoyed my time here. If you have a party of 6 or more please call for a reservation or go to the website and send a email to the staff for a reservation. You can also eat lunch here but before you do go to the website to read the rules. I highly recommend this winery! Open 7 days a week! 11am to 5pm.Tell them Cedric sent you!

Family owned and operated with a very elegant but not stuffy Tasting Room. Gorgeous grounds with landscaping and outdoor seating, a beautiful infinity pool that members can dip their feet into, lots of grass and open areas for kids or picnics. The wine is excellent but not cheap and the overall experience is exceptional. Also one of the easiest tasting rooms to reach just a half-mile from 99 just south of Sherwood.

Day 2 of our visit:We revisited Blakes winery to have a picnic experience and end it with wine tasting. Just as we were wrapping up the picnic and planning to go to the tasting room, Bill Blakeslee, the owner approached us. It was the most horrible experience! He was completely rude and demanded that we buy wine or leave! We were just utterly shocked and taken aback by his rude statements. Bill literally stood right next to us to make a decision to buy wine (which we were planning to do similar to Day 1). We left the premises and we will never visit again. A complete contrast in client service between Sheila and Bill.Day 1 of our visit:I was visiting from New York and on our wine tour in/around the Portland. We visited Blakes winery with my family and really liked the scenic views. We all got glasses of wine and cheese boards and we were well greeted by Sheila Blakeslee. We ended up spending about $200 and decided to revisit again the next day and make a picnic of the experience. What better than a picnic and end it with wine.

Fantastic wines and great atmosphere for adults. We brought our kids today and were treated pretty poorly. We were talked to twice bc apparently our kids were playing in the yard too far out? I still dont get why. And then what really bothered me, was I was waiting in line for the bathroom and people were behind me. They took the adults without kids to another bathroom to go and made me wait with a kid. Even though I was next. Just felt pretty unaccepted here with kids. My husband and I wanted a membership and were fully prepared to sign up but after experiencing this, we chose to not. Super disappointing. Its not family friendly I felt... At least today.

The view is gorgeous but the service is not. We ordered a $25 bounty board and the brie was moldy and the other cheeses had no taste at all. We politely informed the staff and were still charged full price even though we hardley ate any of it. We got the estate pinot noir which was pretty good but not with coming back for. Very disappointed overall.

Awful service, terrible wine, and overpriced. Hours posted are open until 5 daily, however as members we were refused tastings when we arrived to pickup a shipment at 4:40. Another member who arrived at the same time as us was also refused tastings. We cancelled the membership the next day and without notice they charged a $30 early cancellation fee as we were 2 weeks prior to the 12 month minimum. I called to ask for an exception as we’ve purchased quite a bit from them outside our member allocation and they refused. The lady said she would look into it and call me back 20 minutes later, which never happened. There are too many great wineries in the willamette valley that provide excellent service, no need to ever visit here. Go to Belle pente, Cristom, brick house, j Christopher, trisaetum, etc.... AVOID BLAKESLEE

My husband and I came from WA on a winery adventure and ran into this gorgeous place. The atmosphere is absolutely relaxing, beautiful, and comfortable. We sat at the pool side sitting area where we dipped our feet in the 80 degree whether while starring at a beautiful view of Mt. Hood, while also sipping a delicious Chardonnay. The super cute family owned place was warm and a great place for my husband and I. The owner of the property was a sweet and adorable old man, his wife, and of course lil Weiner dog came by to say hello. I cant explain how great it was for us to get away from our nurse lives and children for a mini getaway so close to home but have the delicious Pinot Gris cheese board, Chardonnay, view, relaxing but fun environment. We absolutely loved this place and all staff were super friendly and helpful.

Wine was decent but $20 For a flight of 6?! Thats crazy. I used the restroom there and thought the handsoap and wanted to know where to get it. She just said its soft soap and kind of chuckled at me. I didnt mean the soap inside the bottle, I meant the soap that was in the bottle before filling it with cheap stuff. It was this coconut oil amazing sounding stuff. The views are pretty but I live here and go to many other amazing wineries with equal views and good wine and not feel like Im being made fun of or spend $20 for a sip of wine...

Love these guys wines and hospitality. Ive been a few times and have enjoyed it every time.Great, convenient location, good views and when the weather is nice they have a fantastic outdoor area. The tasting room is a bit on the small side, but dont let that fool you, the wines are some of the best in the valley!

It’s a beautiful location, looking at the Oregon mountains to the east, with a pool deck and patio. Very expensive wine tastings with very poor tasting wines. We have traveled all around the country and never seen such absurd charges for a tasting. none of them were good. Never been to a vineyard where we didn’t like any of the wines.

Beautiful view. Wine tasted great but...They are not kid-friendly. We arrived with our kids and were immediately told where they could NOT be. I was not really given the option to do their flight of wine tastings because they would not come out to the lawn where the kids were allowed to be. They did say I could walk back and forth to get the next pour. However, when I asked if I could take two at a time (to avoid 6 trips) I was given an immediate no with an explanation that the pourer would have no idea which wine to pour next. I guess I didnt look trustworthy enough to be honest on which wine was next on my flight. So I decided to get a glass from their list to avoid further problems. I chose a glass priced at $11 on the list. I was charged $12. When I noted the discrepancy I was told that the wine I was receiving was a $12 glass of wine. I pointed out the discrepancy once more and was given the same answer citing the name of the wine that I chose was not the one on the list but a different one. Im still trying to figure out how I magically picked a wine that was NOT on the list and was more expensive. I guess I didnt get the hint that they were trying to get rid of me.I understand that those without kids would prefer not to be around them but to be treated like I had disease and they just wanted to get rid of me was unnecessary. It is possible to cater to both worlds (those with and without kids) and be kind to all.
