Snyder Park is a great local park located pretty close to downtown Sherwood.It sits on a hill so the views are spectacular.It has multiple sports fields and courts including a baseball field with a phenomenal artificial-turf infield.And fantastic tennis courts sitting atop a reservoir.There is also a fenced-in off-leash dog park with two separate sides, for small and large dogs.There are great trails that offer a chance to get some steps in while admiring the beauty.

This is such a nice park. Play structures for different ages, large sand box with stream of water that can be turned on and off and big enough to wade in. Doggie area, picnics tables in sun and shady areas, lots of large grassy areas, sports fields

Great open space with picnic tables with/without roof. Didnt have an open bathroom area as far as we could find.From the kiddo, I loved it, it was so cool!

Playgrounds, Dog Park, and Sport fields oh my! Not only is this park perched right above Old Town Sherwood, but it overlooks miles of beautiful scenery. With a play structure in the middle its the perfect place to bring young children for a day at the park. Sports fields include, a soccer turf field, Baseball turf field, basketball court and tennis court. With all of this you can also find a dog park that is fenced in splitting the big dogs from the small dogs keeping your loved furries safe. All in all, this park has it all, feels and looks great, while surrounded by multiple walking trails and sidewalks.

Park-like setting grass trees trails nice

Nicely maintained fenced dog park. Plenty of room to throw toys for dogs. Other dog owners seemed courteous picking up after their dogs, I saw very few piles of poop laying around. The park also has a water bowl thats filled with fresh water as needed, goes empty if not used so dogs always have fresh water to drink.

Great place to come read or relax while kids play or join them in a game of basketball or frisbee. Very spacious. Loved riding our bikes up there too to teach our daughter how to ride a bike.

This is a great park to spend the day. There is a baseball field, soccer, and tennis courts areas. Great well maintained facility.

My boys were an infant, two and four year old when we started coming to this park. Now 11,13,15 and they still love it.

Lots of variable places for shade, great climbing trees and visible locations for sitting and watching your kiddos play. Water, sand, play structure, fields. It has a lot of options for everyone.

Terrific park! Turf fields, playground for ages 2 and up, dog park, water feature, giant sandbox area, covered picnic area with firepits, flush toilets ... And probably more I didnt discover. I think theres a skate park? But didnt venture over that way. Super impressive facilities, very well-maintained. Thumbs way up.

We love this park! It has a good variety of playground toys for all age groups. The sportsfields are always well kept and look great. The water feature wasnt working properly last year, not sure about this year. The button to turn the water on was broken. So the water would randomly turn on. And all the kids would go running for the water! Lol. But overall, its a great park with a little bit of everything for everyone. It even has a dog park!

Best all around park in Sherwood. Theres something for everyone, tennis courts, baseball field, full size artificial turf soccer/lacrosse field, basketball court, kids play area. Great place to walk around for exercise.

Only thing I would say is the soccer nets need to be replaced more often. Other than that wonderful place, lots to do, and a beautiful view of Mt. Hood from certain areas. Great spot.

The view is amazing. Park is very well maintained and has everything for large gatherings.

Always clean and quiet. Nice bathrooms and really nice fields and pavilions. The view from the north side is pretty incredible and the little water feature is sweet. It’s a nice place to be!

This park is great for the whole family! Very accessible and has built in seating that is architecturally pleasing. Water feature and play ground, sand pit and sport fields. I’d highly recommend this as a destination park.

Today was our first visit to the park and I was very impressed. The grounds were immaculate and the views stunning. Love the trails and open grassy areas. Especially enjoyed the fenced off dog park. Thank you grounds keepers!

Very clean and well maintained park. Lots of sidewalk paths to go for walk and lots of play structures for kids of all ages with signs for keeping age groups in their own areas so bigger kids dont bump into little ones and have age appropriate equipment.

Well kept and clean park with variety of play and activities for kids and adults. Easy parking on both sides of the park. Its high up on a hill and provides scenic view of surrounding areas.

One of our favorite park with plenty of shades and lots to do! Love that all the kids area are right next to each other and all surrounding the shelter with tables. The park is so big that we never feel crowed there.

This is our favorite park on the west side. We come here every few weeks and the facilities are perfect for spending a good chunk of the day letting the kids play all over the park. The citys site has a good list of features and photos if youre interested.

I would give it a 5, but it is very steep and even though it has nice walkways, its not an easy walk.

Beautiful location on a beautiful day. Take something to distract the bees and wash the tables.Really a very nice spot.

A great park to meet up at, have a family gathering, or birthday party. There is a large kids play area, and a water feature for kids to play in during the warm months. Large, well taken care of bathrooms, and numerous picnic tables, including a covered area. Walking paths galore, and a turf field used for soccer and lacrosse.

Our best buds had a birthday party here. This is an awesome park with all that you need for a great summer day!

This is a great community park. It is well maintained. Ithas a variety of sports fields. There is a public rest room. It is on a bluff and can be cold and windy.

Love Snyder Park. There is a play area, baseball dimond, water fountain and much more. It is nice to just go sit in the grass and hang out.
