Easily the best priced place around! The staff was AMAZING with my 8 year old and helping him get buckled, explaining the rules, and making him feel like a big boy! Not only that but he got to DRIVE the big boy carts! It made his vacation, and since we are fairly close, will be frequenting on our day trips with our kids!

We enjoy this track and come every year. The price is great for what you get to do. Dont forget the putt-putt courses. They have been resurfaced and are really nice.However, when we came this year they did not have enough staff to maintain safe operations. At the beginning of the day they were cleaning the cars in between rides and things were working well. When we came back after dinner it was crowded. They no longer cleaned between rides, staff didnt go over the rules before each ride. There was only one staffer per track and rules were not being enforced. Typically they have at least two staff per track. Kids were reckless, going to fast on the pit area, and one hit my son who was parked at fill force in the pits. After seeing the lack of supervision and lack of COVID cleaning, we decided it was no longer safe enough to continue so we left.

It’s a cool place, but the lines are so long and the workers clearly are not in a hurry to get the lines down. We were there for about 5 hours and only got to do two kart rides. There’s a reason you get unlimited rides... you spend the majority of your time waiting. We did one of the mini golf courses and it was actually super nice and fun. We had a good time but I wouldn’t go back.

Took the whole family( 3 kids : ages 4,11,12 and 3 adults) Cost right at 200$ for the unlimited wrist bands. We got there at 11:30 am and left at 6:30.... not from boredom but because we were absolutely exhausted. There were different tracks for go-karts and rides for all ages. We didnt use the arcade but there was a wide selection of games inside. I highly recommend this place. Souvenir cups are about 8$ and you get free refills. We had a great experience and the guys on the tracks were all great. We went during the pandemic and a few things were shutdown but there was plenty of things to do.

This is one of the best places to visit while in here. The all day unlimited ride pass as well as the shorter lines, due to the cooling weather, makes this such a no brainier. The people who work here know what customer service is about. They treat each customer as a member of the family they havent seen in a long while.I would recommend getting the free refill glass as all day means all day. I was $16 dollars to purchase two. but so worth is as even on a cool day you work up a thirst while driving these little carts

A family member had a crash on one of the tracks that resulted in an ambulance ride to the hospital. The staff was INCREDIBLY slow in responding to an emergency. The staff members refused to call EMS until their bosses arrived on the scene even though a head injury had occurred. (In CPR and first aid certification training, you learn that you always call EMS if a head injury occurs) It is very clear that the staff members are not trained in case of emergencies and are most definitely not CPR and first aid certified of an emergency happens. The tracks were fun but after witnessing first hand, their inability to respond swiftly and effectively during an emergency, I would never recommend this place to family or friends.

This place is advertised as best deal in the smokies. If all rides were being operated I would agree. The few staff they have are very courteous. Multiple attractions were staffed by one person. Will not come back. Paid for all rides and the ones they comp you with arent staffed so they are unable to be used. Prices should be reduced until all attractions are available.

They have racetracks for all ages! The unlimited pass is nice. You can also come and go as you want for the day! Huge arcade and indoor bumper cars. Only downfall is the lines. Great place for the fam!

Not bad. Having all the different courses makes it good for a family. Especially good for anyone who isnt really that into racing or go karts in general. For my family, the intimidator and competitor tracks were the best even over the “Smokey Mountain Speedway” course that you have to be 16 to drive on. Theres no competition on the big oval course because theres no corners or turns and all the karts go the same speed.

We had a great time despite the current restrictions. The low crowds were a big plus to get on what was open. The variety of different race tracks was the highlight! My 6 and 9 year old found lots of rides for both their desired levels of excitement as did the parents. We hope to come back when COVID allows the big track and other thrill rides to be open again.

Good deal if you want to ride a lot of go karts, however lines make it a little slow going. We waited in line an hour for the fast ones which have been turned down to 21 mph now. 2 of the fast ones were very slow, 2 of them were slightly faster than the rest. It wasnt much of a race as you pretty much stay in the same spot they were rough too. The other tracks were fun and a little more evenly matched though there were several slow cars you may end up with there as well. Would have been nice to see a little more variety in the track styles.

Kids favorite part of our trip. Only bad thing is there was only one attendant or pit crew per track. This made getting people In and off track slow. Plus no one cared if you wrecked someone else. On first ride our oldest got hammered in the back waiting to get out of car. This led to her not being able to ride anymore. Manager was awesome and did refund us for that child. If you go just remember it not for wusses. You will get spun out. You will get hit after you stopped racing and pit crew will not do anything about it.

It was great I spent the day with my boyfriend and waiting on my son and his new wife to get there and it got hot. But we got there early and the lines wasnt but an hour long and we had fun ride gocarts and played putt-putt we had a blast. Yes I would come back

This place is great we were able to ride all day on several go cart tracks for the price of 20$ a person. Use putt putt, bumper boats, and several other rides... very good deal and lots of fun.

Go-karts work but thats about it. The Staff are young and dont care about their job as expected. When put in a situation like having to clean the track from water after a rain, they certainly dont hurry in trying to get you back riding. We only got to ride 4 times in 3 hours because of slow staff. It might be a better experience with another shift but I dont really care to find out.

VERY pricey. You have to buy an all day pass only. Better off going down the a couple miles where the other fast tracks are and by per ride, about $7 bucks a turn. Fun️

This place is a joke! 1 poor guy trying to run 3 or more rides. Only 1 order spot open for snack bar and they choose the one by main entrance to have open its like trying to push through cattle to get past. When I said to manager that you dont have enough people to run your rides but yet you charge for them all! I will NEVER bring my 3 boys back!! And would highly recommend to avoid it!!!!

You get a lot of stuff with the unlimited pass this is true. If you dont care about the speed of the go carts this place is perfect for you. We however prefer faster tracks. I was also rather upset that a ticket for a 3yr old was basically the same cost as an adult ticket when they dont have nearly as much they can do. During our visit they also had only 1 employee working all of the rides available for my daughter therefore we were waiting forever to do different rides do to the fact that one employee had to bounce back and forth between the rides to try and accommodate all the kids and lines he was having to maintain. Also keep in mind due to covid some rides are closed.

27 a person for all you can ride. A few smaller tracks and little kids and double carts for the bigger track. Belt extenders available for larger people too! Great place for anyone that can ride and wants to!

The all day pass was good for the money. Some of the throttles need to be adjusted so they are the same. They also need a faster track or cars.

Kids loved it, but it was not clean at all. Floors had drinks and pieces of food and napkins on them. Watched an employee wipe only about half of a table after people left it, and there were still pieces of food visible from a good distance after he was done. I only stayed in the building because it was so hot outside today, and I already have some sunburn. Only about half of the people wore masks, and some that did wear them didnt have other good personal hygiene. For what its worth, thats about what Im seeing everywhere in the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge areas. Still not an excuse for the lack of cleanliness at this place.

We went on Saturday 9/25. They were applying safety precautions and we had a great time. On the Intimidator track, my son noticed a worker, Jamal Weaver, and told me “That guy really enjoys his job! I want to be like him when I grow up!” I agreed and shared with my son that you never know who is watching and noticing the little things. This young man certainly made our day brighter. We love that at the NASCAR SpeedPark has so many tracks that our 9 year old is able to ride.

The carts are in poor condition. Races were not competitive.. at all. You can scout the faster cars and hope to get your pick. Otherwise, sit back and enjoy getting passed and there is nothing can be done about it. The main track only had 2 decent cars and the rest were terrible. I would not recommend if youre expecting competitve fun.

Full day pass... went early then came back later. Whole family had a blast!!!

Everyone loves the race track. The go carts are fast and fun and they actually let you race. The video games are OK they don’t have some of the ones that I like but overall they’re in good shape and work great. They have restaurants such as pizza and nachos and french fries etc. You can get slushy’s or popcorn and you can just sit and watch or you can and join in. You can use the rock climbing wall. And it’s a big open place that is smoke-free and family friendly. We liked it a lot.

We had a blast on the Go Karts and the bumper cars! We went in as a group of 12 and everyone was friendly! Thomas at one of the tracks was awesome, super friendly and polite!

Such a great value, especially for go karts, mini golf, and a few amusement park type rides.

Its 27.99 per person and thats unlimited, however theres hardly anything open. The rock wall, virtual reality, kids water bumper cars were all closed and a few rides as well. So basically we were able to do tracks and the indoor bumper cars. The arcade is extra. Oh, and the bathrooms are disgusting!!!

Weekend is the only time that the big track is open, all others during the week. Golf is ok, the course to the left is more fun, with more obstacles. The right coarse is pretty much straight with dinner rocks and breaks.There are 2 slow tanks that are good for 44 tall+ kids that would be good for kids that would get nervous on the faster tracks.Probably 3/4 of the tracks have 2- person carts.Arcade not too bad... VR headset is cool.Food is what is to be expected from an arcade/cart track.

Great spot to hang out play games and have a bite with your significant other or the kids.

To much money to wait your turn. Some of the help was lifeless for the smaller kids rides, making the littles do it with no direction at all. Needs new management. Great potential.

Extremely disappointed! My husband brought me here’s to celebrate our 1 year anniversary AND his birthday. We paid 60$ for two bracelets. Which I thought was high since we just paid 25$ at the other place up the street the day before, but we purchased them anyhow. When we first walked through the building we thought it was ok. Once we got outside we realized most of the tracks were closed off. We went to the other side and seen they only have 2 tracks that the adults can drive and actually kinda enjoy. We stood in line 1-2 hours for each track. Workers didn’t get in any hurry to sanitize anything but complained of his back hurting the whole time! Not great customer service at all! Long lines! Not enough tracks! Prices very unreasonable!

Our 4 and 6 year old had a blast here (so did the adults)! Staff were nice and tracks were super fun. Some of the karts weren’t in the best shape and you had to avoid the slower karts if you wanted to be fast. They were obviously short staffed but appeared to be making up for it by working as fast as possible. Would definitely come back.

Great rides, great atmosphere and I would have nothing but great things to say about this place. But theres one huge problem.THERES ENTIRELY TOO MANY PEOPLE LINE JUMPING.1 person here or there can easily be tolerated, but 3 to 4 people in almost every line is a different story.

Good place for the whole family to have fun. We spent time in the indoor part, as well as out doors riding the go-carts. It was a good day. The only downside was not enough carts on the tracks to make the lines move along a little faster.

The price is reasonable according what the park offer. The mini golf is so cool!

It wasn’t as fun as it used to be, there was low energy. Sluggish and boring. The only thing that I did was ride a few carts and go in the arcade. Which isn’t fun, half the stuff isn’t worth the credits you buy. They definitely need new attractions. The carts were fun but going around in a circle for five minutes didn’t exactly make a good time. The food was nasty not worth the price.

This is a fun place but they do not have posted on the website about the rock wall being shut down and we were informed after purchasing our tickets that the smokey mountain speedway was shut down. This was the main reason we had drove over 2 hours to be here and had spent over $300 since we had a group of youth with us. No discounted price was offered with the closing of certain attractions of the park. Call ahead to make sure you get what you are paying for.

Be sure to check the hours before purchasing you tickets. Fun was had but all the cars are showing their age.

Brought our son for his bday. We had such a great time. Even my 5 year old got to drive a cart. She loved it, we all did. Staff is great. They disinfect the carts every ride. Awesome experience.

We have been and previously enjoyed this place. However, we came today and were disappointed to see that the rock wall and roller coaster were closed, apparently due to COVID. No discount is offered in lieu of not having the whole park operational. Other venues have their rock walls open so this seems to be a cost cutting exercise on the part of the speed park.

Overall a great time! Adults and children had a blast. Something to do for everyone. You could tell they were short staffed as they had to bounce around on little kid rides, but they were super polite and great with the kids.

Arrived when they opened. Grand time had by all. I am 72 and loved the speed.

Guys let me tell you something this place is best we are getting married tomorrow afternoon we spent the day here. We been here since noon we rode everything that we was allowed to the staff here is amazing we even got the unlimited wristbands. The manager here Jeff was very nice to us. We even got souvenir cups which is $7.99 with unlimited refills on fountain drinks. We only spent $63.00 for the 2 adult armbands but you get your moneys worth plus they gave us $10 in game tokens so if your looking for something to do for yourself or family come see these great people tell them that we sent u our pics are in this post. Don’t go until the COVID restrictions are loosened. They have the good tracks closed that are actually worth paying so much for go karts and aren’t offering discounted rates or announcing this on their website so you know before you arrive. Not worth $30 to drive 30 year old beat up karts around a kiddie track IMO.

My family and I went to this park (been once before) and will NEVER return. I understand kids will be kids but there we 2 groups of teens that were unbearable. Tried to find a manager with no avail to complain about how aggressive they were and some did not have wrist bands on to even ride. The pit crew did what they could but there was no stopping them. I was not the only to complain. Other than that the prices are high on everything and the lines were very long. Not worth the money at all.

Had alot of fun. Some friendly employees there made the experience even more fun for our kids. Recommend going early in the day and purchasing the unlimited riding band.

June 15, 2018My husband, my son, my youngest daughter, myself and 2 family friends decided to check this out. My son actually picked it to do in our vacation. It was awesome!!! I loved riding the go carts, watching my daughter climb the rock wall, and watching my son race a go cart for the first time! It was so cool!! I definitely recommend this to anyone!! Well worth the money!! I lost my phone that night... I called it and one of the workers answered. He let me come back (the park was already closed) and get my phone!! They were so amazingly nice!! Hope we can go again next year!!

The overall experience was bad and I’ll never go back. We waited in line for over 1 hr for one ride and there was less than 40 people in front of us. The workers at this particular station were in no hurry to speed up the process. Stay away and speed a little more money going to Dollywood.

This place used to be so much fun a long time ago. Now its run down and in serious need of a makeover.

So, I stars because they are super busy and dont have a lot of staff on hand and the bathrooms are awful. A few of the go karts were busted up and sucked but they still had us use them. All in all, my kid was happy but as an adult, it was not all that. Its not that I have high expectations but I feel paying 278 bucks for a week pass, they have the money to fix it up and get better go karts.

Bought $30 wrist bands .. Dont do it. Waste of money. Lots of things not open. And go carts not that fast. Waste of time. Other go cart rides better in pigeon forge...

Great prices youll spend around $65 for two people to ride but you get to ride all day, literally all day.

My son got to drive his own race car. he absolutely loves it. there were other things to do there also. the prices were a little steep but he had a lot of fun.

Best family value in TN! Plenty to do for kids and adults of all ages. Their double cars are as fast, and in some cases even faster than the regular cars - a rarity! Miniature golf course could use a little attention. Not sure how they recruit, but their Pit Crew (staff) is from all over the world!

Friendly staff and at a good price. The only negative I saw was they appeared to be under staffed when it came to running some of the rides for the younger kids. But I would go back.

Great day! It was worth the cost of the bracelet, even for my 3 year old. He was tall enough to drive his own go kart. My little brother loves it here and he was tall enough to get a few new tracks under his belt. The kid rides were great. The staff was super friendly and patient. We may not go every time were down there (depends on length of trip), but it was a great experience. My dad even raced!

Excellent experience, several tracks to choose from, they also have miniature golf, bumper boats, several rides and an awesome arcade, as well as food and drinks. WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK.

Great variety and fun for the whole family. To make it worth it, plan on spending the day there. There are a few different tracks for different ages.They have an arcade, climbing wall and a few rides including a small coaster that you can do as well. Wrist bands get you everything but the arcade.They even have tickets for the week. They also have food court you can eat at during your stay.
