Perfect way to spend a rainy or snowy day while visiting the Great Smoky Mountains. We were only able to enjoy the indoor portion when we visited in January, but the tube slides are a blast with four options. After playing like a kid, you can hydrate at the bar or lounge in beach chairs, then take the heated lazy river outside and enjoy the fresh air. Bar food also available inside the park.

Absolutely loved every moment. I highly recommend it for young and the young at heart. Had never ridden the lazy river man did i miss some fun. I am so glad my best friend whom I love talked me into this wonderful experience. Thank you babe .

Blew ALL of my expectations out of the water!(No Pun Intended) With all the adrenaline pumping slides, friendly and attentive staff, and adult beverages you could need? One of the BEST destinations within the state! 10/10!!!

Currently at the Wilderness for my first time. Im not impressed. The wave pool is closed, and there just isnt much to do in the indoor park. The frozen yogurt shop is also closed due to a broken machine. The hotel feels like a run down tourist trap trying to get you to purchase add ons like the arcade and ropes course. I doubt I will be back.

Friendly and helpful staff.I don’t know about the actually rooms because we did not stay at the resort (walk-in), but both the pool areas (outdoor and indoor) were clean. Tables and chairs are first come first serve and are well maintained. All bathrooms were well kept as well.Finding the entrance to the pool area might be tricky if you are walk-in. As you entered the resort, make a right turn and head straight for the Wild Water Dome entrance. Walk up to the gift shop counter and make the purchase there. Each person over the age of 3 must complete a waiver form which does take a little time.Food price is average. Typical resort price for everything. I spent $20 for dozen wings and a kid’s meal order of chicken tenders (2) with fries and a small fountain drink(its extra small).We didn’t do anything in the arcade room. Average cost to play a game was 8 credits (on high side in my opinion). It was so high we could barely afford to even have a glance.Spent $197 for two adults and two children. It’s on the pricy end but does give you access to all three swim areas.Overall, we spent over $200 for about four hours of entertainment. The outside pool closed due to thunderstorm otherwise we would have stayed all day.We enjoyed our time there as a family and would highly consider coming back another time.

Great family fun. Definately the slides, were awesome! More of for smaller kids. 10 & under but was still fun for the whole family.

We had so much fun here. The children couldnt stop talking about it. Everyone was very friendly clean and helpful. Great rooms, food and staff. We cannot wait until its safe to revist.

The best for the whole family and the area is just full of a lot of other things to do besides being in the water. To us, this was a phenomenal experience.

We stayed for a week at Club Wyndham. The Dome indoor water park was great but showing a little age. My 5 star review is more for an individual than the place. This is our third time staying here and the life guards are all good but one life guard went above and beyond by helping younger children with the Flow Rider. Sarron would help younger children who were intimidated or afraid feel more comfortable and also teach them technique so they would learn how to stay on. You can tell he wasn’t just dialing it in for a paycheck. Well done Saaron!

A great place to visit any time of year! Water park, mini golf, crafts, laser tag, arcade games, and ropes course! My 13 yr old & 4 yr old had a blast. We will be back!

It feels very tropical even though its freezing outside. I love that it is open late and the weather is consistent. The slides were great!! My favorite part is being able to swim in the middle of Feb. Because we got a room for the night, my husband and I could have had a few drinks too. There is alot of food options. We will definitely be coming back. Warning: it a very strong chlorine smell.

The indoor park had so much for the kids to do and they each had a favorite area! Its a great variety and the water slides are awesome! Especially the orange. (Cant remember the name of it) it had a very steep drop! It was so much fun! It was a wonderful time and we cant wait to go back!

I love this place we have been staying here for the past 4 years

My son and I had a wonderful time here. He is 8. I did not see many teens here at all, it seems to be a more enjoyable experience for younger ages. My son wanted to stay here from open to close! The food is pretty expensive. The only thing I didnt like was that there was a sign posted at the hot tub, which is where I was the majority of the time, that stated kids 6 and under were not supposed to be in there. Well there was no one to enforce that rule. There were several groups of children unsupervised running wild in that area. It wasnt so bad tho because it wasnt very crowded during the time that we visited thankfully. But I can see it being an issue during peak times

This place is amazing! So fun, laid back, safe to let the kids have fun on their own. During the week when its less busy is the best time to go. Virtually no wait time for slides, plenty of room in the wave pool.

My Family came from Dover NH and we vacationed here..We paid good money for a weekend. We enjoyed ourself and planning to visit again soon..

Nice little indoor waterpark. This resort is absolutely huge so I think they do a great job of handling the foot traffic that comes through. If you want a chair,etc. Id suggest you get there early. People treat those seats with more admiration than their spouse. My daughters enjoyed the beaver slide (little kids section) and the wave pool. Overall, a really cool spot.

Again.......so much fun and a relaxing fall break. Everything we expected and more. Clean room, fun tube rides inside but it was a little too cold for outside rides to open. Wave pool, giant hot tub and body boarding passes the days pretty fast. Great family trip!

If your doing this just for the water park don’t but as an all in one it’s great!

Love this place the kids did not want to leave there. It was clean they sanitized real well.

This was a fun experience and a great place to go when its cold outside. The bar had great alcoholic drinks and the staff was very friendly. It seemed like a lot of chlorine in the water like to the point of burning your eyes just sitting in the water, but I would rather that than swim in water without chlorine. Overall, it was a lot of fun.

Great indoor play areas for young children, but the lifeguards are not the best. The lifeguard working in the splash area had a jacket with a hood up, to keep there hair dry, which limited there view to the point that they knocked my 2 year old over in the pool.Parents need to be observant because the lifeguards are not.

Would be 5 stars but the indoor waterpark was freezing inside. Most indoor pools or otherwise are hot even in the winter but for some reason it was cold and I froze the whole time. Other than that it is a great place to bring the family.

Great place to visit and great atmosphere.

Lots for children to do no matter their age (baby/kiddie pool for those under age 3, a kids area with slides and a massive water dump bucket, 2single or double rider tube slides, 2 larger indoor slides for a group to enjoy, a huge indoor and outdoor hot tub, and a wave pool). The larger slides a child must be at least 42” tall to ride with an adult or 48” to side solo. There’s even a bar for those of age to enjoy. We enjoy going during the colder months because the indoor waterpark is kept at a warm 80 degrees. There are also lockers for purchase to keep your belongings (keys, wallet, cell phone etc) onsite while swimming. These are available to rent for $10-$20 per unit.

The indoor water park doesn’t have much to do. But the outside water park is so nice! Tickets are a little pricey but you do get access to both the indoor and the outdoor water park. Bathrooms are somewhat clean. I would definitely come back if I’m ever in Tennessee.

Really good experience here. The rooms were really nice, comfortable, and very clean. The restaurant also had good servers, and good food. The water park is huge and the shuttle runs every 5 to 10 minutes very convenient! Overall had a very good stay nothing bad to say about this place! Will definitely be going back!!

I had a great time with my teammates and coach after a dual challenge that didnt turn our so well for us. Is was a great way to finish our trip to Tennessee.

This was our first time here. It was so amazing. Rooms are nice and loves the view. Water park is awesome. My daughter loved it. First time for me on the water slide and I loved it. Love the arcade and different activities you can do. Not to far from town. Definitely want to come back.

Wave pool breaks about every 3 times it comes on. The smell and burn to he eyes from the pool chemicals are rough but over all not bad.

The staff was helpful and friendly. It was not a long waiting period to enter the facility. The entire process went smoothly. Once inside, my children enjoyed The Great Wave pool and all of the other amenities that the indoor park had. It was an all around fun and enjoyable experience.

There was too many children that was super vised too much chlorine in the water in the wave pool and not enough lifeguards around the hot tub area to keep the children under control and a lot of babies in the hot tub

This place is pretty great, however....they need to tighten up on their limit on water park day passes. We spent half a day here, and had enough time to do two water slides after spending over an hour in each line. The kids were disappointed because they wanted to do more, but the wait wasnt worth the 30 second ride (thats what she said). If the place wasnt so busy it would have been an easy 5 stars. If you pull in and have trouble finding parking, I recommend to keep on driving.

This place is amazing. So much to do here. Im being harsh and knocking off 2 stars because the hot springs area is closed for unknown reason. We worked our buns off to come here. Bodies are sore and we were looking so forward to this spring. Closed for unknown reason

$39 per person for the indoor water park at the Wilderness is a big rip off in my opinion. Its features 4 pools and all 4 of them are small. The entire indoor park is small and to find a place to put our belongings was horrendous. I can only imagine how bad it is when it gets warmer and they open up to outdoor park. If you have a look at home or at your hotel, better off going there, not worth $39 per person.

This place is the worst I ever been too. I would never visit this place or stay at there hotels or would never recommend anyone. Here is why:I was driving through the area and my family was there staying over couple of nights. I stopped in to have dinner with them there at the restaurant and it was around 7:30pm. The admission desk stops me tells me I have to pay 32.50 for admission of the water park when the park was closing in a half a hour. Meanwhile everyone is there waiting at the restaurant. And after the desk assistant gets on the phone with management they still wouldnt pro rate the cost or even let me in to eat. To me there shouldnt be a admission to eat at the restaurants. There is no restaurant in the world worth paying an admission to get in on top of the cost of food. It was the worst place I would say to ever visit and after viewing the in park in from the gift shop area I dont think this place has good upkeep on the water and the PH levels. And the rude management and poor customer service ethics and how they treat visitors. It has to be the do not visit place. Anyone who wants to just stop on in to eat at a restaurant there keep this in mind. Its a junk poor over rated place. I ended up just leaving and my family just up and left too. This place is unfriendly and the worst experience ever. Health department should be there to inspect this place. Its dirty and nasty too. The hotel is not taken care of and the poorest rating on rooms cost too after over viewing the rooms. If you want this kind of small low budget hotel rooms you might as well go to low budget one instead of paying the cost of this. The bathrooms were cheap built budget design hotel. Word of advice to consumers. This place is garbage and poor. Its not a place to take your kids. It will get them sick. After stopping in to visit this place. Tennessee is off my travel list.

Love this waterpark. It can get busy at times but came here a week ago and had very little wait. Quality rides and no smell of chlorine cause they use salt I believe. Showers onsite in case youre not staying at the hotel and good snack bar in the dome.

We booked this place for our last two days of vacation. When we got to the front desk, the charges were way more than what I was told on the phone. Also the woman checking us in told every single water slide was closed for maintenance. When we looked confused she said oh no one told you? No we were not told! Why would we stay there then? We had been all week telling our kids about the water slides and how much fun they were going to have. They were so disappointed. I emailed them about it, and never even got a response. The worst place I have ever stayed at in my life. Poor poor customer service.

Nice 3 day vacation for grandkids. Everyone had a good time

Room and shower were dirty!!! Had cob webs in the corner. Patio curtain had chocolate, blood, and other nasty stuff on it. Manager on duty (Pat Sells) was horrible!!!! Was of no help at all!!!! She had the worst attitude I have ever see in a manager! I would fired a person like her. I would expect this from a Red Roof Inn, but not from a resort. Wouldnt go back!

The pool was fun the hot tub was nice and hotThe beds was soft and me my mom and sis and grandma had fun so much and I made friends there to I went on the purple and yellow slide by my self IT WAS FUNand I am going for spring break again this year and week but I am leaving Sunday because spring break ends then I have to go back to school and yeah that is it

There were some lines, but thats the way waterparks are. Regardless, my son loved the slides, wave pool, & surf rider. The place seemed clean and there are shower facilities.

This place is super cool. Indoor and out door water parks that have a ton to offer. Game rooms, arts and crafts, water slides, waxed pools and lazy rivers. What an exciting trip for my family.

The water park is nice enough, but the price for the day pass if you are not staying at the hotel is extortion. Who do they think they are, Six Flags? Also theres nothing to alert you at the entrance to the water park that you have to purchase the day pass all the way back at the front desk at the opposite end of the hotel about 500 yards away. Initially we just walked right in and frankly we could have just changed and went ahead and jumped in the water since nobody said a word or was checking passes or anything.

Indoor water park is clean and family friendly.

Pros: cheaper than Great Wolf Lodge and nice guy working the tube slides. Cons: Very strong chemicals in the water. Also water was dirty (hair, eye lashes and bandaids strewn about). Should consider using salt water with better filters/maintenance. Bathrooms were ok, but public showers are wide open with no privacy like a prison. No coffee available at the pool. Nearest decent quality old Starbucks coffee 1/4 mile walk thru the hotel. Asked if they could get some for pool guests, no one really cared. Poor beer selection at the bar (just 3 drafts and no bottles (was told broken fridge)... Came back to a baby roach crawling in my room on 4th floor.

Well, this last visit was not great. Far from. Our shower was DISGUSTING. Had to go to the desk 3 times and until I got angry, was not taken seriously. The water park was ok, but way overcrowded. A waste of money and time. Ill take them to a public pool instead, at least the water will be cleaner. If you are going to charge such excruciating prices, at least clean the bathtub, so your guests dont have to wait an hour for someone to show up, and with a bad attitude when they do. Lost time and money Ill never get back.

Too much fun

We took our 8 and 4 year old grandsons there for their birthdays. It was completely booked for the weekend and it didnt seem like it. We had a blast. They have an arcade, climbing wall, lazer tag, ropes, climbing tubes and other things besides the indoor water park. We didnt even get to do anything but the water park because it had so much to do with the tube slides, wave pool, body surfing, two playgrounds, regular pool and the huge hot tub. So much fun. The restraunt and little eating places are expensive. We are planning another trip.

I felt they were racist there was this water slide we wanted to do before leaving they said they were closed but were letting other people go and would not let us use our floatys so I can set me 1 and a half yr old down and hold the 4 month old but I had to hold both of them one child that couldnt move and one that was all over the place

We loved it, my whole family went . Tons of kids and adults we had a full kitchen in our room fridge sink dishes table microwave all that pull out bed from the wall and pull out bed from the couch it was amazing ! Only thing I was upset about my kids couldnt get in the hot tub and the outside water park was closed due to reconstruction
