An experience I’ll never forget. This tour was a blast first of all. Bumping around in the mountains, awesome! Secondly, it was incredibly beautiful. I cannot express the joy in my soul from this experience. It is so enriching to look at the earth without power lines and houses on the way and see how beautiful it is. I was simply in awe. Lastly, it was educational and mentally enriching. Our guide taught us about the plants and wildlife around. His words were, “By the end of this, trip you could survive out here.” I cannot get over how much I enjoyed this experience. Go here, and be reminded of the glory of creation.

We took the cliffhanger Hummer ride today. Roman was our driver. Now I off road a lot on dirt bikes a, ATVs and UTVs so the ride wasnt the most thrilling to me . But I tell you it was super fun and being in the Hummer on the trails was fabulous. Roman did an excellent job of driving and telling us all about the life in and of the desert. He told us about the Apaches and about every plant and tree and animal in the desert. So no matter what thrill seeking you do and may not think this will entertain you. Rest assured in will.

Initially I thought the price for this tour seemed a little expensive and almost didnt do it.I was 100% wrong! Our tour guide was a reitred outdoorsman who had nothing but passion for his job. He was extremely knowledgeable and had tons of facts about historical points along the trail. The trail itself was absolutely amazing! You go 2000 sq feet of elevation and the views you get are gorgeous. Pictures do not do it justice, this tour is worth every penny and I would do the exact same tour if I went back to Sedona. One word of caution. It can get a little chilly if youre going in the evening when the sunsets so carry a sweater. Also the ride is bumpy and rough at times. I enjoyed it and was fun but it you have a bad back or neck pain Id imagine it would be quite uncomfortable.Enjoy the ride and take lots of pictures!

MUCH better than Pink Jeep as the seats face forward here not sideways! Great fun! Had a fun 2 hour early morning tour with Phil. Was a great tour through roads you could never do on your own. Lots of info about the plants, animals and rock formations. Good scenery. He even had blankets to keep us warm. Do in the AM if you can.

Incredibly sweet, kind people. Dawn really hooked me and my friend up with an amazing tour and is truly one of the most passionate people to talk about Sedona with. We were told information about all the spots to check out and take pictures and feel at one with Mother Earth. I highly recommend this place and can’t give it enough praise.

This was more than just a tour! This was a very fun experience for the whole family! Very spacious vehicle with 11 seats. The vehicles can go through any thing. The ride is a bit bumpy, but it makes it fun. Very comfortable the entire time. Our guide made the trip even more fun, he told great stories and was very very kind! We got to see wonderful views of Sedona, and also learn a little bit of the history of Sedona. Great for anyone!!

Charles our tour guide is the Best!! Highly recommend him. It was by far one of the best off-road tours I have ever been on!! He was very knowledgeable of the local history and topography. It felt as if you were riding with a friend versus a tour guide. We had so many laughs and he completely made the experience an unforgettable one.We will definitely be booking another tour with him soon!On another note: who ever the manager was on the day we booked our tour, a brunette with glasses, she really needs to reevaluate her position as a leader of people. She was reprimanding employees in a very inappropriate manner, in front of us and other paying customers. One lady she was speaking to was shaking. Its one thing to coach in the moment and another to purposely embarrass, especially in front of paying clientele.

We loved our Hummer off road adventure in Sedona because our driver, Anne was totally radical!! I have never laughed with joy so much in my life! We took the Cliff Hanger tour and it was so exciting and exhilarating and fun. I couldn’t believe we had so much fun for such a low price.

Loved this place! Anne, our driver, was amazing and really showed us around Sedona. We learned alot about the area (people, points of interest, flora and fauna, town lore) and saw some really beautiful places (and learned of places to check out later, her recommendations were great!). Tour had a stop in the middle where we got to look back at an amazing Vista of the area, really makes you appreciate the area! I really like the fact that the company is locally owned too.

What a great experience. I highly recommend a more rugged trail for the more adventurous type. This was definitely the best way to see Sedona. I cant wait to go and try another trail. Definitely worth it, and our guide made it so enjoyable. The Hummer tours are definitely the best way to go, they are alot better than the Jeep tours IMHO.

It is really really really good!!! If you guys travel to Sedona, this is the thing that you must be try. They have the most comfortable jeeps, the service is excellent, the routes are well designed and the commentators are humorous.Personally, if you like excitement, you can choose the one that lasts for the first 2 hours, the one that goes up the hill. Its definitely something youll never forget, and its a lot of fun.Oh, dont forget to fasten your seat belts, my last word of advice.Have fun.

Horrible customer service - SamanthaI stopped by their kiosk in Tlaquepaque Village in Sedona and spoke to Samantha about their tours. I told her of my interest in a tour for my wife and me, the following day. I asked if we would be in our own vehicle or be sharing one with others. She said that she didnt know. I thought perhaps she was just filling in and asked if she worked for the tour company. She said she was not interested in talking to me and told me to MOVE ON. Shocking customer service for someone serving the public and soliciting business. Avoidable companys representative.

I believe that the first representative that answers the phone for any company, is the face of the company. Therefore, should be polite and respectful to any one that calls in. That was not my experience with Sedona Jeep Tours, unfortunately. And if the quality of customer service was poor, then how would my Jeep-Tour adventure turn out? I didnt even bother to find out. Ill try someone else. I hope the best for this company, as there is always room for improvement.

On Saturday April 22, 2017, I was looking for things for our Scout troop to do in Sedona. This company was one of the companies we were considering a group activity with. But no way!!! On Saturday, I was driving down Schnebly Hill Road as one of their Hummers, full of tourists, were coming up. The driver waved for me to slow down and decided to steer into my path to stop me with a 400 foot drop off. He risked my life, my wifes life as well as the lives of this companies paid passengers. What his ego didnt know, is that my brakes were out while he was risking all involved. Fortunately, when he blocked my path with his passengers, I veered around him as he tried to block my passage way. We safely made it down the mountain and have tried unsuccessfully to reach management. I would never get into a vehicle with this company.

Toured a great area and was even shown areas not on the tour officially. Driver (Karl) was great. Very talkative and knowledgeable of the area. Told us stories of experiences in the area of Sedona. One complaint would be the back seats of the vehicle. Cant see things upwards from the front, hard to access, and knees (with shorts on) rubbed on metal causing slight irritation (enough to make me cover them with one of the provided blankets).

I looked for the hours of operation so I could see about booking, but didnt see the hours. I had walked about 5 yards when I turned around to ask about the hours. The SJT Employee was watching me, but immediately closed her window and busied herself with something. I walked up anyway since it was literally less than seconds since our exchange. We looked online to see the hours of operation are advertised as 8am to 8pm. My sister called the number to inquire about booking and was told the last tour is booked at 6pm. Can you believe it???
