Super cute they clean it often great for little kids. You can sit outside and have a drink or snack with the other parents. They have a height/age limit the rides and bounce areas are pretty safe except the front one. You’ll see it when you walk in, a great fun addition to woodfield mall. Has in and out privileges still I believe. Reasonable in price and friendly staff. Overall I would recommend it for dad and the little ones whole mom shops away!

My kids loved the place, and I really appreciated how its tailored to small children under 48 inches. But $15 per kid? So my two kids and niece costed $45, and its not even that big of a place.

My daughter loved playing here she had so much fun and everything is padded nicely. And parents can go on the stuff which is good. And there are employees walking around to help if you need anything.

We were in Schaumburg and pleasantly surprised by this spot. Kids had a blast and we were thrilled with how clean it was, especially during flu season. Our visit was about 3 hrs long and we watched one employee walk around and clean non-stop that entire time. My 2 year old drooled on a slide and the same employee immediately walked over and disinfected the area. As a parent with young kids it is comforting to see such effort in keeping it clean.We will be back!!!

We have been back now since they reopened and have been very impressed. My son is completely obsessed with going there, and gets so excited when he knows it’s planned. Staff is super friendly, help get you in right away (my impatient son is usually rushing to get in). They also consistently have staff on the floor, walking the area to make sure kids are following rules, as well as vacuuming up behind them. Has always been very clean when we’re there.

First time visiting this place today with my 1yo and he did enjoy very much! Also nice how its under 48’’ and our babies dont get hurt too much. Not giving it the other three stars because of the cleaning. Quite dirty. Some places with dust and hair over the place.

My girls (2yrs) love this place. Its clean, staff is very friendly, all cushion around so its safe, and lots of option for my kids to burn energy. Price is not bad especially if you buy the membership card when they have promotions (you save more than 50% on entrance anytime you go). Its also newly renovated which makes it perfect knowing its well kept by the owner. We went on weekends which is more crowded of course, but during the week I like it more for my girls since they have more room to run around and play. No big kids allowed to play but they can definitely be there and maybe just watch over the little siblings. The entrance for Yu Kids is right next to Sears entrance inside the mall on main floor which I like because I always find good parking by Sears. No complaints, my kids love it and I find it perfect for their age. Also, Its rewarding to them after mommy goes shopping to stop here and let them play or run around. I would never leave them alone in here though or any place as such for that matter (just my personal preference). I highly recommend!!

This place is really nice for kids. Families that have kids, under 48 inches, would be expected to enjoy this greatly. Kids above 48 inches are not permitted to play in the area; there are pros and cons to this. Pros being that your kids under 48 inches will not be bothered or hurt by bigger kids, you dont have to worry about bigger kids not giving the smaller kids enough space or their own turn, etc. Cons: when the kids 48 inches and under have siblings or other close family members/friends that are over 48 inches, it becomes quite difficult. My kids, all under 48 inches, love this place. It is very well maintained. It is clean. Theyve updated it by adding more party room areas and updating their restrooms. The staff is very friendly. They make sure to clean the kid areas very often. There have many interesting play options for the little ones. This is a great place for toddler fun time, family time with toddlers (no kids taller than 48in), or toddler parties/birthday parties.

Read before you book a party.I had my son’s birthday party at this place couple weeks ago. Before I paid $100 deposit for the party room N1, the room that my child liked, I requested the invoice. The room N1 had a glassy space for kids to play.I paid a deposit, got the invoice which specified that for the party we booked a room N1.The deposit for a room is mandatory and not refundable.Other rooms had a smaller size, no glassy windows. This is certainly not something I would consider worth paying for.At the morning of the event, I am coming into the room to decorate for the party and room N1 has been decorated for someone’s party.It turns out that the room that I booked was booked for someone else and decorated the day before.My invoice was changed without my consent, words ”room 1” crossed out by someone. Instead, the manager offered a little room without windows. Obviously, management was aware that we have many guests with children and would not say no. Some strangers walked into this party room, which was located very close to the playground’s entrance.This experience is not what I had on my mind when I choose Yu Kids Schaumburg over its competitors. I would not recommend my friends and relatives bring their children for a party or just to play, taking into consideration such a double-booking policy. I am not coming again even for a playground.As for the owner of this place I have a suggestion- dont be cheap and stop hustling. Next person that you would screw over can dispute the credit card transaction or walk away.

Weve been several times to this location. My kids love it. Today my son celebrated his birthday here. Their birthday package was a really good deal.

The only issue I see is that this place needs a deep cleaning! I hope to see improvements cause we really like coming here

Make sure you know how tall the children you are taking are. Children that measure over 48 inches by their measuring device CANNOT enter !! No where on the outside of the entrance does it specify this.We were at the mall with our son and his family. We were right near this location so we thought we would take 6 yr old, 4 yr old and 2 yr old grandchildren. 6 yr old measured just over their measure restriction and couldnt go in. He was upset and crying and then the other children got upset because we decided all play or none play.The measuring was done right there at the register inside the entrance. There is nothing outside to indicate there could be restrictions. They have some signage about booking a birthday party. There isnt any signage outside the entrance to tell you about prices or rules or anything that might influence your decision tenter enter.

I am impressed how well the place is being kept. One of the girls working there is constantly wiping the equipment and vacuuming if possible. I have been to many indoor playgrounds but I havent seen anyone cleaning the place during the day.It is really fun for little ones and I understand why older kids are not allowed. Its design for small kids and it must be safe even if parents have to watch their little ones all the time.The prices are reasonable especially that we can play all day if we wish to.I had my daughter party there and I can highly recommend. Kids have a lot of fun there!

We took our daughter here a few days ago and she had a great time! All the equipment is moving and interactive. My only complaints are that there was only one employee on staff and with so many kids, I feel like there should have been someone supervising the play area. Also there was a ton of dust on the ceiling which looked very unhealthy and just gross. Other then those issues, the place was great!

LOVE this place. The staff goes above and beyond to keep the kids happy. Always moving and CLEANING. Good job to the staff.

Fun place for kids to play at, geared more towards toddler aged kids

What a great place for kids to play. Its super clean and great for ages 1 to 5. Easy to relax while kids run because of the mice set up with bar stools and a table facing the play area. I gave 4 stars because the intake process causes a but of a wait to get in, however, if you fill put the waiver online before you go it will work out better for you. Bought a promo of $50 for 10 visits, which is a great deal because its $12 per child regularly!! Definitely will be back!

My 2 year old loves this place and they had a lot for kids to do. We were there 1.5 hrs and he wasnt bored or wanting to go yet.

I celebrated my daughters birthday party this past weekend at Woodfield location. It’s hard to take the party stuff in from the parking lot. Besides that tini-tiny downfall, it was great! My daughter had fun. The kids that were invited all enjoyed. The family enjoyed the place. Staff helped as much as they could to fix party room. When asked for ANYTHING they willingly attended. The place is being cleaned frequently. I do not regret choosing this place for my 2 year old and I TOTALLY recommend.

The equipment is a bit worn down and overall kind of dirty looking. Its fun for little kids, but my 2.5 year old gets bored within an hour and wants to go. And starting about a month or two ago, they pump the place full of this noxious smelling air freshener. Its so strong it gives me a headache. They claim its an essential oil product of some sort, but I love essential oils and the stuff they are using is nasty and fake smelling.

Kids loved it, I did not like that the bathroom was for one person at a time. I waited over 20 min to change my kids diapers

Brought my two children to play here before never had an issue. They asked to measure my daughter said because she was 49 inches she couldn’t play. She’s a very tall girl who is 5. With that being said she was wearing shoes that made her taller. Explain that to the lady and she saw her shoes to. She could have cared less. Disappointing have to tell my children who have been to this place many times they no longer can come. With that being said we will make sure and let other parents and friends know to go somewhere else. Btw they want to have this 48 inch ridiculous thing but let the parents on top of all the equipment but worry about some siblings being a little over 48 inches, forbid something happens to the equipment .

I was there yesterday; I took my little one and put the stroller on the outside where all the others were. I was about to leave when I saw that my stroller wasn’t there anymore. I looked around and couldn’t find it anywhere. Someone had stolen it, I had my belongings in there, along with my child’s toys. I talked to the manager of Yu Kids and she said that it wasn’t there responsibility, and that they didn’t even have any cameras on the outside to find out who took it. She didn’t help at all. While the playground itself was very enjoyable to my child, I do not recommend leaving your stroller where you cannot see it at all times. Or even maybe bring it in with you, just to be safe.

Really fun place. Super clean. Those girls cleaned the whole time we were there! There were some kids that their parents let them have food and they just threw it on the floor like savages. We told the employees and they took care of it immediately and handled the bad parents. So nice to see they didnt just tolerate the bad behavior.

Its a good place for 2-5 y.o. to play. The playground is great, but there are not many seats for the parents, and this could be a nuisance in busy days. Besides that the kids love it.

Today My Wife came in with Three Kids and Forgot our punch card at home. (Or I Lost it myself ..we will see) They recognized her and realized we have bought many, many, cards and Handled it Very Appropriately.My kids have been coming to the Woodfield Location for years. The Facility is extremely Clean and Its such a nice atmosphere to be when the weather turns and kids need to burn off energy. Our son is almost to the point he will no longer be able to play here anymore due to height, but that being said, We will miss our memories of Yu Kids and will always look fondly at this location. Nothing but kind words for the Staff and Management. Thank You Yu Kids!!!!

Great place to bring a 1.5 year old

I love this place. Great for my niece She loves the upgrades and everyone on staff is always super friendly. The place is friendly, quick, and clean. While my niece is playing I love going to the cafe for the lattes and the variety of snack. Keep it up️

I love this place my daughter 4y and son 17m have so much fun always so excited to go there. They have awesome play area nice employees. The restrooms are clean and fresh. And coffee area its a big plus parents can sit and relax watching kids playing

This is a happy place.Got my 4 year-old here and it was totally worth the $12 admission fee which is for the whole day in and out.

This place is VERY clean and my one and a half year old son loves it here! So many things to do that keeps him very entertained and runs off all that energy of his! We choose this place over any other play place we’ve heard of!

Took my nephew and nieces here they loved it $15 for unlimited hours. Only saw most of the time 1 lady employee cleaning she was the best because while she cleaned/disinfected she also checked on kids who were crying. Will definitely come back.

Its an ok place. My daughter is 5 and it seems like shes to grown for this place! You would think with them closing and remodeling they woulda made it better but literally only made party rooms. And its only a 1 stall bathroom now. And when its busy you will def be standing get run over by everyone trying to get by. And $15 a kid is a ripoff.. not worth it

I hope the owner reads this. My daughter LOVES this place but it is FILTHY. The attendants pretend to clean. Wiping down equipment with method cleaner doesnt mean germs are cleaned. The bathroom floor is disgusting. The top of small ballon play area is filled with dust. The vent next to exit sign by bathroom is caked with dust. The circulation of the place is abhorrent. My daughter and I got sick from coming here, its just a common cold but a 3 year old having a cold means no sleep. Please fix this. Thank you for using a more organic cleaner but seventh generation is better with no off gassing smell. Also there is absolutely no healthy organic options to eat snack or drink from their market. The organic apple juice you sell isnt really organic. Its a Monsanto bought company. Just being honest. I bought the Groupon and wish I didnt till it gets a deep cleaning.

Its very safe, age appropriate and like how can parents be at play área to keep an eye on their kids. Only reason I dont rate 5 stars is because it does need some updates in some play areas. Other than that very friendly staff and clean.

Fun place. They just opened while still having more to do which is fine to understand. They have two locations to manage and have been focusing a lot on this one. Updated with 2 more party rooms a new cafe, TVs, and more stuff to come. 15 for one child on the weekend is reasonable if you understand that is if you take advantage of the fact you can play all day. Consider this, you go to an arcade and play video games for maybe 50 dollars to win tickets for a prize thats worth 5 dollars. This place is good for physical activity and socializing for the kids.

Our son loves playing here. Its usually a lot less crowded than the free play area in the mall, and it has better attractions. They recently renovated to include a climbing/slide attraction that is very nice. They have a lot of sensory oriented activities as well, which is a huge deal for us.

Theres a 48 height limit. I brought my 2 toddlers and my niece, and because my niece was too tall, I decided not to go in. I also witnessed another family walk away because her daughter was too tall. This place is losing customers because of this. Also, this is not a good party place if you are inviting friends with children that have 6 year olds and over. Last time I checked, 6 year olds are still considered kids. They should rename this place since its quite misleading. So disappointed!

I love this place!! its amazing a worker there name Lluvia always plays with with my 6 children. shes a very smiley happy person. Very clean place. they do an amazing job cleaning i notice they clean every 15 mins seems like! always smelling Clean. first time i come and i love it. it can be pricey.. but its all day . i do know i end up wasting more money in chuckey cheese! yukids is worth paying for!! i would so recommend it. My kids leave crying at times. but love the place and the workers/manager shes awesome!! i recommand!

Clean and safe place for kids 2-6. There is a free play place in the mall but this is way better and worth the admission. I dont know about other complaints about cleaning, it was spotless and the staff was attentive when I was there.

Yu kids island is by far the worst place to take your kids. I had decided to leave my child while I went to go run a few errand around the mall and I checked back in on my child every half hour, this was Tuesday morning, and every time I went back to check on my child no one ever had an eye on the children. The Caucasian young lady at the front desk was always on her phone or just not there in general. Their work area was unorganized and unprofessional and to make things even worse when I took my child to the restroom while I was washing my hands I noticed he was giggling and running after something, when I turn around to see what he was chasing after I notice it is a MOUSE. Parents do not bring your children here, it is unsafe and unsanitary. Im never coming back here again.

First let me start off by saying I have been to this place a few times and have always found it to be very clean, and the girls that work there to be very friendly. Yesterday, unfortunately, I found the place to be over-crowded and very concerning. Since the weather wouldn’t permit me to bring my son to the park, I decided to bring him to Yu Kids at Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg. I guess everyone else had the same idea, because the place was jam packed! My 21 month old favors the bouncy and he typically spends most of his time there. Due to the amount of people, I needed to watch my son from a short distance. At the time, I didn’t mind too much as they had 2 members of their staff on the play area, as well as numerous parents. Boy was I mistaken! Because of the fact that the play area was too warm due to it being at capacity, they had the glass doors wide open (to the mall area). There was also a line out the door of people waiting to get in. Long story short, before I could realize it, my son had managed to run out, unstopped by any staff member or parent, past everyone waiting in line to get in, and got lost in the masses walking around Woodfield Mall on a Sunday afternoon. I asked the staff members for help after showing them a picture, but without sympathy they returned to doing what they were doing. When a few parents shared their concerns about the unlocked gate and wide open doors, the cashier, a rude Caucasian woman, bluntly said, “That is why you sign a waiver! You are responsible for watching your own kids!” Oddly enough, her daughter was sitting behind the counter drawing… Their doors are supposed to be closed to the mall and the gate was supposed to be childproofed. Sadly, anyone could have come in from the mall, taken a child and left; and their staff wouldn’t have cared. Needless to say, I will never go back!

Good place for young toddlers and very safe dont have to helicopter

Place is getting really dirty. Management should pay more attention to adults who are stepping on carpet in shoes. Last time I was there top corner was filthy dirty, 3 adults laying down next to their one (yes 1) sibling and blocking whole area for other kids. Place used to be nice, now its getting ready bad. Staff are paying attention that kids dont brake balloons but not paying attention to important things. Clean this place, enforce some rules. Also there should be occupancy limit, this place is so hungry for money that crowding is becoming safety issue specially for toddlers

Friendly staff, clean area, as an adult I enjoy the bonding that Im able to have with my son by playing with him inside.

Awesome place to take your kids...not like the center mall play area with the unsupervised bearfooted jerk kids punching yours in the back of the head as she waits to go down the stickey smelly slide..... this place is constantly being cleaned.... the floors, walls, and stairs are all padded in white vinyl. The entrance is gated and is one way in one way out which is also guarded by an employee its worth the every bit of the 9-10 bucks....
