AMAZING time at Mastermind Escape Games! The staff, Jason, Jackson and Alexis were incredible, took great care of us and were so much fun. The escape rooms themselves were perfect and the best we’ve ever experienced! Well done, safe according to CDC regulations and 5 stars all the way. Thank you, Mastermind team! We will be back for sure!

I had been an escape room virgin and when my brothers surprise party was set to be here I had mixed feelings. The staff explained everything really well and after a few minutes in the room, we were off to a great start. The scenario was challenging but we quickly were working together, what a great experience. If you are able to get a group of people together, it is well worth the play.

Jason was awesome! Clearly explained the game that was very logical and fun! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun, thrilling and thought provoking escape! The sound effects and codes were easy to follow we chose the hardest one but it was a lot of fun would love to go back every week if I could!

Went with some friends for my birthday and we had a private group setup. It was a blast.We were a little lost at first in regards to where to start but we did had one of the harder level rooms (that’s what was available).With that many people in the room it will be tempting for people to veer off and figure out clues in different parts of the room. Don’t do this! If you don’t go in order, this will set you back and you’ll have to retrace steps, losing a ton of time.Definitely want to try it again.

The puzzles were challenging but manageable. Just the right level for a group of 6 adults wanting to have fun!! Also, they spaced the groups well and emphasized hand sanitizing to help prevent the spread of covid. Thank you for being a good host, Jake!

We had the best time as a family! Our three kids absolutely loved it and it was awesome to hear everyone working together! Our guide, Jason, was so great with the kids and made the whole experience so so fun! The entire staff was also very attentive to safety and cleanliness. We will for sure be back!

Amazing experience! It was my first escape room ever and I felt right at home. Definitely plan on going back to do the rest. Interesting plot lines for the rooms and not too hard that its extremely frustrating. Jackson was the best host and did an amazing job. If youre looking for something fun to do during these crazy times, Mastermind Escape Games is the place to go.

Fun activity with the whole family. Clean and safe, Jason, Alex, and Jackson were very helpful getting us through all three different rooms. The rooms were well done and decorated. We will be back again to do the other rooms.

I really enjoyed this escape room! This was my second time coming here - we did the Sorcerers Secret and enjoyed ourselves so much we signed up for another room too! Jason was our gamemaster and he was REALLY FUN!!!! Shoutout to Jason again - thanks so much for an awesome experience! Mastermind Escape Games was awesome and fun... it makes you put on your Thinking Cap. I really liked the Themes and having to look for clues to solve the mystery. I will definitely go back there again and give recommendations for anyone to go there. when looking for excitement on a Friday and Saturday date or just being with family.

Jason was great at explaining everything and helping us out. We had a blast! Lots of laughs at the different puzzles to solve and tasks to complete. Very fun! We look forward to our next escape room adventure.

We had a great time at Mastermind Escape. Jason and Dre were our hosts and met us outside for COVID safety. Everything was clean and made us feel safe doing a fun family activity together. Was a bit worried about our skill level given we were four 2 kids (ages 12 and 9) and 2 adults but they made the game fun letting us radio for clues when we were super stumped. We escaped! My son wanted to do another right away. A great family activity. Highly recommend it- we cant wait to go again.

Super fun family night at Mastermind Escape in Schaumburg! The Bank Heist room had a lot of cool features and was really challenging. Loved all the moving parts and the way we had to ask for clues. Very interactive, rooms are super clean. Would highly recommend and we’re excited to try more!

Mastermind escape game really made us think! Bank heist was challenging yet fun! Jason was an amazing maze master that gave amazing hints without giving away the answers. Great teamwork helped us make it out with minutes to spare!

It was my first time with an escape room and it was extremely fun! Super challenging and I had a great time with my friends! The host Alexis was very helpful and very outgoing so it made the experience better! Definitely looking forward to doing this again.

We went here for my Aunts bday. All I have to say is so much fun. We did the lost in time one. It is the easiest one but it was still challenging. We did get out with a few minutes extra time. Matt is so helpful and nice. This is such a great escape room and they really try to help you get out. We have been to many escape rooms which some have not been so great but this one was definitely our favorite one. Definitely recommend this one!

Jason, Jackson, and Alexis were awesome!! They paid very close attention to our progress and could give us information when we needed it. The rooms were complex in the best way possible, with lots of surprises along the way!

My wife and I make it a point to find an escape room whenever we go out of town. This one is hands down one of our instant favorites. The customer service was awesome. The room we’d chosen was absolutely wonderful, It kept us on our toes and that’s what we really love. We will most definitely be back. Thank you so much for this mid day Sunday date experience.

We did two rooms (2 people). Even though we got the top times in both, the rooms were challenging, and we did some ‘puzzles’ that we had not seen before.Jason was our game master, and did an excellent job during our time there. He helped guide us through some areas we struggled with.Will definitely be back to do the other rooms.Also, would recommend this location to others looking to do escape rooms

I had a fantastic time!James our game master, was quite a character and quite entertaining.There was only one small snafu during our game. One of the required pieces was left out of the room accidentally. So we couldnt solve one of the puzzles. But it was handled very tactfully by James! He did give us a few extra minutes to complete our room.Thank you very much!

I truly had an amazing experience. This was our first time doing an escape room and JASON was truly a GEM. We couldnt have did it without him. I will definitely be back soon. We did the outbreak room.

Great place (we did the Outbreak room). My group has done many escape rooms and this is one place we would go back to. The clues were challenging but doable (the hard ones were balanced with the easy ones). There were some direction on clues as to what to look for next. There was even some misdirection to keep us on our toes. We found the cure with 2 minutes remaining. Jason was animated and energetic which started our experience on the right note.

Top notch service and entertainment from Jason! He clearly explained all the rules and the importance of our safety! He made us feel right at home as I recommend this escape room to the entire Chicago land

My son and I went for a mother/son date. It was a lot of fun! It was our very first experience in an escape room. Even though it was a little hard we loved it and want to do it again with the whole family.
