Last night went there with friends, as it is the only place to hang out that is still opened. I arrived a little later than my group, I was told that they were kicked out from the building to wait outside whenever a bay will be available. As it was night and cold they decided to hang a little around and not stay outside waiting for me. Finally I arrived and we got bay to play. Ordered food and drinks and I expected to have nice time. The whole time we spent there, we were watched by the crazy manager Kyle, we played on second floor by the way. He was very rude and mean to us, kept saying put your masks on. Even we had drinks and food on our table and were eating. As my friends dont speak very good English I tried to talk to him, I felt like he disrespected us and we were discriminated because of our language barrier. I told him that I see other people around are without masks, but he doesnt say anything to them. He started to scream at us that my friend lied to him, I dont know about what she lied, and we need to wear masks all the time that we stay there. He kept watching us and as soon as my friend took her mask off to have a drink he came back yelling that she needs to put her mask on. I got very upset and tried to talk to him, he just got mad and yelled at us that he is the manager there and he can do whatever he wants,then he stopped our game before the time even finished. We were charged 3 hours, but played only 2,5h. He gave us the bill and stayed there saying we are not leaving until we pay. At that point we were all frustrated and I told him that we are the customers and he should be more polite to us, and keep social distance as he was too close to me. He kept yelling and called the security guy to watch us as well. We paid the bill and left.Other than that food and drinks were great and our server was really nice.

The place where I hanged out with my friends the most! ️ The quality time we spent with all the fun and joyfulness is the outcome of this great place! I am sure many of us are aware and have visited once!! If not, don’t wait!! Go and enjoy your time with family and friends. Employees are super-nice and will direct you for everything that needs to be done before the fun begins! Hospitality at its best I must say!!

I wish I was able to get more pics of the food but it was tasting so good I couldn’t keep my fingers off of all of the tasty snacks. Service is always good at any top golf to me. But I definitely recommend anybody to try some of the menu options, it’s always good!

Clubs provided. Multiples games to play. TV monitor shows distance and lift of your shot. Sandwiches, appetizers, and drinks come via the waiter who checks on you regularly. Food was excellent. Good fun even for the novice golfer! Everyone enjoyed the outing.

We had such a great time! This was our 1st time at the new location. We had drinks and appetizers it was all really good. Our servers were great! Highly recommend you make reservations a few days in advance to be sure you get a spot. Thank you for having our group!

Went for the first time today and it was a great experience. I reserved my bay ahead of time online so the process was really simple. The facility was clean and modern and beautiful. Honestly the staff was some of the friendliest people Ive ever met. I cant wait to go back again. It was such a fun time!

I love this place, have been lot of times to topgolf in NJ, but first time at this location. All look n feel the same and take good precautions during covid. They clean the equipments after every use.

Im not into golf, Ive been to a driving range once in my life and didnt want to go here. I loved it. It makes golfing fun. You get your own private area with all the clubs you need. Theres an assortment of games to play or you can just shoot for most points. They also have food and beverage service which was great. Will definitely go back.

This place is awesome however I won’t be back until this ridiculous mask nonsense is lifted. Totally cool wearing it inside and around other people but when isolated in your bay and having to wear it at all times it is not worth the $47 an hour.

Great place to go with family and friends. The staff was very friendly and the social distancing was appreciated. The server was really nice even though when he was really busy and take long time to order or ask for something extra.

Great little place, looks very high end. There heat lamps are shared between 2 booths and its rather annoying trying to find a balance of what you like and the person next to you likes heat wise. The drinks are ok and reasonably priced. My main gripe would probably be that the plastic stands that holds the ball is really low and makes it hard to have a good hit with the driver.

Celebrated my daughters 15th birthday this evening. She had a ball and so did we. We will definitely be back.

Social distant, fun and exciting date night! Our first time was great! Definitely recommend this place for date night or a family night of fun. They even have a tool on the bathroom door to open it w/out touching with your hands!!! Good food, good drinks and good customer service.

This location had a great friendly vibe about it! Staff seemed to enjoy their jobs and our server made the experience. Love someone who can have fun at their job. I watched the sanitation of the bay next to us and throughout the facility and they are taking it serious. Truly appreciate the opportunity to return to something fun!

Its a very fun place to go to have a good time. Their food is absolutely delicious. Only problem is you can tell some of the employees arent used to dealing with or interacting with people of a different culture.

Clean, nicely space out. Friendly servers. Perfect for this current covid climate but would be a fun time anytime. Gets a little pricey if you eat and drink... think Dave & Busters. Would be nice if there were some specials or group eats. But otherwise great fun and experience and will definitely be back!

The new upgraded location is fantastic. 3 levels of bays and lots of screens at each of them. Really enjoyed the top shot tracer where you get to see the flight path of the ball along with the distance and peak height. Great place to go for fun or hold a business meeting.

I don’t even like cal slaw if that’s how you spell it but last night I did!!! Also the gentleman who was working the second floor had long hair, couldn’t catch his name but he was very helpful as well, thank you all for everything! Such a good time, three hours flew by in the blink of an eye. Brings out the competitive spirit from you. Great food, alcohol, service, and atmosphere. Kyle was our server and was very interactive and thorough. Great for groups. Six people per booth and all safety rules are followed.

This was the first time being to a Top Golf location, and it was so much fun! Neither my wife or I are golfers, but we had a great time. We used the supplied clubs (we dont own our own), the food / drink service couldve been a little better since I had to flag down our server for each round of drinks. The facility was clean, well thought out, and comfortable to navigate in these covid days. Thanks!

If youve never been to Topgolf but love a golfing experience, youre missing out. Its a different spin on golfing and definitely a family fun favorite also.BEST FOR SMALL PARTIES OF PEOPLE!MAXIMUM 6 PEOPLE PER BOOTH!PLAN AHEAD!For me, I love wailing the ball as far as I can. And Topgolf definitely feels rewarded to the players with trackers in the balls that show you on the screen how far your ball goes!Theres different mini-games for your party to play such as Topdrive where you try to hit the ball as far as you can.Or the classic Topgolf where you rack up points based on which zone you score in on the field.Definitely try asking for a booth on top, it makes a world of a difference in playing, such a different experience. Will come back again!

This location is so the best! Not to mention it’s the newest and most advanced of all of them. It’s a little disappointing that they no longer thanks the cards that I still had money loaded on though. The prices of the bays include the balls and clubs which is great. The cocktails are a lot smaller than they used to be as well. It looks like you get a children’s drink now haha. But overall this place is great!

Great place for a group of friends, family outing or date night! Whether your an experienced golfer or beginner, youll have a blast! There are numerous game modes to choose from depending on how serious you want to take the game. You pay by the hour, so can be a bit pricey, especially for smaller parties. Food is decent and drink selection is alright as well.

So much fun for all ages!!! Our family really enjoyed ourselves. We went for my birthday and we had our kids ages 12, 8 and 3 and they even had a blast!

Very pleasant experience there. The 3 Floors of Golf Pods makes it very efficient to get in and swing. The food was surprisingly above average. (I expected Bowling alley quality food) Definitely will get another visit out of me.

I hadnt been to there in awhile so I was shocked at how expensive it has gotten.. Although Ive only been to this location once I recommend the Wood Dale location. Better service and the staff is more friendly.

It was my first time at Topgolf And I really enjoyed myself! Food was good! They provide you with golf sticks and wipe them down after your done using them! I would definitely recommend to reserve before going because their is a long wait! The only thing was that you have to pay to do more time golfing so it can be a little pricy! But over all I would definitely recommend this place it’s very fun! I had a blast!

One of the worst experiences. Waited 2 hrs only to return without getting a booth. I went to the reception 3 times and every time they said “you’re on top of list NOW”. The manager quietly ignored us and walked away. There was no sense of responsibility or ownership to the business.The server was bad too. She didn’t give us water or silverware. She Expects us to eat with our hands during this pandemic. The food served was cold, not sure if it was fresh or stale food. I had wait 30 mins for her to come back to ask for seconds. When I asked her why it’s taking so long to get a booth she said “you can go down and check with the reception.” Duh! #massivedissapointment

Didnt know they got rid of the wood Dale location but I sure dont miss it. This one is much nicer & updated. I love it. I love smacking those balls as hard as I can

I always enjoy my time at Top Golf. And Im not a golfer. Its for anyone, really. They have decent food, reasonably-priced drinks, and various golf games you can play. Its fun!

Nope they would rather keep you deposit, $125+. Than work with you and schedule or reserve something on the same day.Im incredibly DISAPPOINTED in them. Looks like just another 2020 day in the shorts.

If there is any fear of a pandemic it doesnt seem to scare customers away from this place. Yes, people had masks on however, it was a lot of people including the group I was with. The food I ate was delicious. Only one draw back on service: I had to asked for a refill.

This was my first time at a TopGolf location.Went with my family.Had a great time. Extended the time and played for 2 hours. Price is reasonable too in my understanding.Not a fan of the “membership” fee, but still had lots of fun.Will definitely visit another location where I live.

Made a reservation. Checked in 15 min early per request. Drove 1 hour with son in law in navy who was flying out 4 hours later.At check in there was a walk in couple in front of us...told 2 hour wait.We check in were told we are on the list but will have a short wait. No problem we planned for that. Told to watch for text update in a few min. If we do not get an update return inside. We could wait outside dining (patrons were not taking the health order seriously), outside or in our car.We waited 20 min.Go back in, told we are on the list text will be coming. Go back in a third time, told AT LEAST A 2 HOUR WAIT!!!!????We left!!! So unprofessional. Walk in should be limited on their time if reservations are WAITING (outside in the rain)! I understand this order is new for everyone, we have never had this issue in Naperville and the staff there is friendly. This staff is not at all apologetic.

Had a BLAST !!!! I can not wait to go again. It was well worth the hour drive and the food was pretty good. Its a family friendly environment and the staff was constantly wiping everything down. Well worth the money.

Had a great time. But when I got home I realized I may have left my keys at my bay. I tried calling them at 10pm on 9/30 and I was left on an automated system that told me to call back. So I call the this morning 10/1 and I called 4 times. You have to, once you go through each option. Never once did i reach a person on the phone. Im still trying to find a way to get a hold of them.

First time there and definitely not my last neither, Im not a golf so it was my first time and it was a lot of fun, the food was good and got to enjoy some beer while playing

I hosted my team outing for year end and my team loved it. Despite they had messed up our food orders and all but they took care of really well. Our bay host Omar was awesome and the manager Victor was great along with rest of the crew.Thank you for taking care of us and will be sure to keep you guys in mind for personal and professional events.

It was easy to get in as they explained the procedure when we got there and they have signage posted. Our food was good and the prices were good. Unfortunately our waitress took our food order and we never saw her again. Missing mayo, refills, had to chase her down for the bill. Golfing was fun but there was a problem with the machine and we had to wait again for some help. Made it right by giving us 15 more minutes

A little pricey on the Bar food. This place is so fun! I used to go to the Wood Dale location fairly often, but the new facility is great. The hourly Bay rate works much better too. If you go outside of prime time, the prices are very reasonable. Great outing with friends or family!

Topgolf provides clubs if you dont have any and staff wipes everything down - clubs, tables, screens right after people leave. Staff also wears masks. And Topgolf has a great selection of golf games for those who want to be competitive. One criticism - balls making it to the trough in front of the far screens were not being counted. Not sure if they should be or if just broken.

Had so much fun here. Took our team out on Friday afternoon and will be coming back. Service was amazing, no wait to get in, no rush to get out. Killer top golf experience.

Topgolf is a good place to spend time with family or friends. I took my kids and they enjoyed hitting the golfballs from off top. The food was good just sandwiches and such. Overall we had a great time besides waiting on our reservation but it wasnt too long.

Went here for the first time with some of my friends on a Sunday 7/28/20. First impressions were that they had the place nice and clean, friendly service, overall not too bad.When we got there we were told to wait for 2 hours for our bay to be ready and it was understandable since it was busy that day. Eventually we got our bay 30 minutes earlier than expected and as soon as one of the workers met us there and told us how long we were playing, I got a bit surprised when she told us the prices..It turns out that the more later you come, the more expensive they will charge you and we were there by 7:30 PM and I feel like the price to play just an hour of Topgolf was a bit overpriced, either way we were already there so we just paid $47 eachThe food was a bit pricey too as well.Overall, TopGolf is a nice recreational place to pass time but the only issue are the prices.We will try coming back on Tuesdays since they mentioned in their website that each hour is half price

Went there for a birthday celebration and it was a blast. Much more than the driving range I thought it was. High tech tracking, games and more.

I have never been to Top Golf before. Had no idea what to expect. This place is awesome, you get a chance to hit some balls at some funky targets, while airplanes are taking off from ORD. And you can order food and drinks right to your table. Its a great experience and awesome way to catch up with friends. Staff is top notch!

Don’t even bother trying to call their number. Terrible at even answering the phone. Was told to wait (by the automated voice) 2-15 minutes to speak to someone. Waited on hold for 20 minutes, I then hung up and called back just to be told “no workers are able to take your call, call back later”. You’re telling me there’s no one working to answer a phone regarding questions? Unbelievable.

Enjoyed Top Golf on Father’s Day with my adult daughter and her boyfriend and my husband. They accept both reservations and walk-ins with an estimated wait time. Service and food were terrific. They are taking serious precautions with COVID; vinyl sheeting between tables, sanitizing clubs and tables between patrons, and wearing masks. Highly recommend it!

Let’s start with golf, when signing up you have the option to pay $1 for a one day membership or $5 for lifetime. The top golf worker assumes everyone wants the $5 membership without asking anyone so instead of $3 for 3 people it’s $15 plus how long you decide to play for.The nacho appetizer is 2 chips for a party of four.For your dinner you get 3 ketchup packets each for your burger and fries

Beautiful facility with a modern bar. Their system is completely automated and you can hit as many balls as you want (pay by the hour). I went on a chilly day with flurries in the air and I was surprisingly kept warm by the overhead heating system. Ill definitely go back; I need to try the food!

Fun night, staff was friendly and welcoming. He helped us step by step and getting us set up. It was a chilly night but we honestly didnt feel no sort of cold at all with the overhead heaters. At some points it even got too hot! Which in my opinion I didnt mind at all, since all we had to do was move slightly closer to the range and the breeze kicked in. We were surprised that we didnt feel somewhat chilled, Top Golf did an amazing job to keep guests comfortable even during chilly nights like when we went. Well for sure be coming back in the future. Ohh almost forgot the food was good. Cant go wrong with taters and a chicken sandwich which was juicy and crispy.

Amazing place to visit with a group of friends or family friends. Make sure to space at least 1 hour to spend there as it will take time for everyone to play shots.

What great place to take a date, enjoy some family time, or to get in some mid-winter practice. Comfortable heated indoor/outdoor spaces. Play the games on the game console or just hit. Food was delicious and not over-priced. Get the mimosas in the bucket, which is a bottle of champagne with 3 types of juice mixers. This is not your fathers driving range. This facility could put to shame some fancy restaurants. The employees are unbelievably helpful and friendly. Before you go check the website for offers & coupons. So 4 golfers, mimosa bucket, nachos, pretzel bites with dips, 3.5 hours, and 700 balls hit for $110. Very surprised and happy with everything. Definitely will return.

Multi-level driving range with lots of automation for analyzing the flight of every hit ball. Along with the golf are convenient food and bar options. Heated outdoor area for driving makes it enjoyable even in the cold.

New and very trendy facility. We went for a company event. Hitting the balls was fun and very high tech ball tracking technology. We had buffet style Mexican food. Food was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had over head heaters which felt like being out in summer. Cannot comment oin the prices as it was all paid by the company. Three floors and plenty of bays.

Kinda pricey but its SO MUCH FUN. The food is really good and they have a big but simple menu. They feature a few different games to keep it interesting. It was my first time visiting and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The girl at the little host stand was super sweet. Definitely visiting again!
