This is a small but decent mobile home park, especially in consideration to its price range. Located conveniently off Quacco Road, its a fairly quick shot to in town Savannah or the Pooler Parkway. People here seem friendly enough and they mind their own, which is always a plus.

Drama, also maintenance was stealing money from drop box. Good place other wise.

Needs alot of work to make it decent. I heard the rent there is rediculous as well.

Lived there for a few years; moved, thankfully. Pure cancer. Make it a Walmart plez.
