Regency Mobile Home Park is the nicest mobile home park in Savannah,Ga. Its not run down any more. The office manager and staff is trying to get everyone to improve their homes and keep their lots clean. They are also going to put in new play grounds for the children. They are not going to put up with violence or anything like that in the park. You do have a few people that doesnt want to follow the rules and regulations in the park, but the manager and staff is weeding them out. Thank God. But all my neighbors are really good people and we look out for each other. I think that its a good place to live and raise a family.

Lived there for 23 years, best trailer park in Savannah. The park is well maintained,And the neighbors are very friendly and look out for each other. The office personalare friendly and helpful.Tamara Perez property manager has came in and cleaned up the park a well maintained and safe place to call home!

They keep towing my families cars away when they come stay for 2-3 hours dont plan to have family over if you want to live here. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH PARKING HERE TO BE PARKING ON THE DAMN STREET This place is the slumlord of the metal trailer tube world.

Its really nice that the lawns all get mowed & the park itself is kept up; very few unsightly or empty trailers.

Lot rent is reasonable must have ownmobile home. Sometimes one will be for sale but not often

I dont even live here or know the park rules,but my grandma stays here. Yall towed my car at 10:30 at night ON A SATURDAY!!! I had left my keys in my vehicle qnd they got locked in, my lights were on also/ so I went home (20min away) and come back and theyre towing my car away! I also explained my situation to both the tow man and guard. Seems they didnt even care. So that means if I werent there to pay the ridiculous drop off price($100) they wouldve kept my vehicle until Monday. You people need to put signs near the front gate to warn guests instead of towing random peoples cars. Its not like yall have the best trailer park anyways so why do this? Also Ive seen the security guard spotting cars for the tow man, so if Im here and see that Im going to warn others so they will lose money and cant tow peoples cars =) . You are a bunch of shady people I swear. The old landlord was better =)

This place was a bad area, but the new manager Kerri and her husband have done a wonderful job cleaning it up. We hope she stays! She works beyond her hours and helps the community out. Finally someone that cares !

This park could be managed much better than it is.. High grass where empty lots are, I see maintenance, but not doing much work. skirts hanging off trailers.... This park needs a whole new staff!!!The ATTITUDES THOU!!!! Our water is currently off, with no warning, called the manager and she stated 30 minutes, that was 12 minutes ago and Im counting...This would be okay if we the residents didnt pay our own Water Bill..COMPENSATION ANYONE? This is a safe place to live, I must admit!!

Not nowhere as bad as FOSS on Quacco Rd.
