The speed posts on the floor are really big, if you are not really carefull youll damega de bottom of your vehicle and the road is full of holes.

This place is filthy. I literally wanted a shower after viewing a home. Management must be out of their minds.

This place has been here since I was a child. They have decent lot rates. Keep the yards clean and everything is up to date.

Roads need to be fixed desperately. Dirty place unlike other mobile communities. No good curbside appeal, they need to invest on adding grass and trees. They love to raise rent annually but dont use it for the community. Too much crime, they again refuse to invest in cameras.

Seems like a nice place to live in!

The place has become a little more slummy with the passing years, which is sad because it could be so much better. Slow down to crawl when driving through or the speedbumps will eat your exhaust

My mother lived here for 18 years. I remember coming to visit her and seeing every yard nice, all trailers nice, no trash or lose pets running around, lots of families. I came back last year to see her and was horrified, trash, run down trailers, loud music all the time, no kids playing, just tons of teenaged punks. This place has gone to s**t.

Very bad costumer services at Franlin Co and office always closed and highly lot rent and ballroom everything highly cost for the poor service and old looking place. They went higher on rent for the second time in less than one year. Loud music and kids cant because its not safe with people driving 25-35 mph

I really wish they could fix the roads. Its getting bad with the potholes and I suggest at least filling them for now until you could repave. Other then that its decent.

The new ownership is less than desirable. I would not recommend this park if other options are available.
