Well it used to be run down, bad roads, trash every where but the roads are better look like they cleaned up and got rid of some of the junky trailers. Still got a way to go but at least its a lot better than it used to be.

For 17 years of being in azalea Ive been through mr Rick, ms liz, and now ms robin, I can say with confidence Ive never seen azalea look so good, its all the reasons I love pembroke, a bright green environment with kids running around having fun everyday, and maybe THE DAY robin got here I seen a huge difference in appearance and the kids can actually run around without parents worrying 24/7 all I have to say is robin is an astonishing manager. And has made a huge difference on the face of Azalea

You know I lived here for about 5-6 years and Ive seen SOOO much but sense the new manager came in alot of changes have happen over night, and Ive been through so much drama fighting and rude strangers from the chevron, but I never once seen the management stupe to there level, always been on there toes ready to help, I know theres rumors going around about her husband but all i have to say is just talk to the guy, all he cares about is the kids here. And the smell of cut grass is all over the park, trash is just disappearing they must hired new maintenance

Robin is such an amazing park manager. Since she has taken over management the park is cleaner and easier to live in. Nothing is forgotten if called in. She literally is the reason I still live here. Thank you management!

I think management is great. There is many issues fixed park look great. But there are some things that need still fixed the mánager Robin is working on them.

I have lived Here throughout 4 landlords. My neighborhood has improved dramatically thanks to our Robin. She has made a community out of a trailer park . The park is looking better than ever. Weve recently found out our family is growing by one more and Robin was so helpful in getting us moved into a place big enough for our needs. The roads are looking great. The park is staying clean. We will definitely be here for years to come! Thank you Robin for all you do.

In the 4 years I’ve lived here I’ve seen this park go through 4 managers and through it all Robin is the best I’ve seen and has changed this park so much in a good way made it feel more like a home and a community. I’ve seen people also be rude and disrespectful to her and Bri and no matter what they still keep a smile on their face and still be so positive and professional. Robins helped change this park so much getting out and doing work on the grounds and more, building relationships with the residents. The park is so much cleaner and has such a positive atmosphere. Thank you for all the things you guys do for this park even though it’s not said every day we do appreciate it a lot

That place is horrible

Ive been living here since February 22nd 2018 I found this place by calling it recently went under new management a year ago and miss Liz is awesome not only the fact she fixes everything like shes supposed to but she dont take no s*** from anybody shes in the process of cleaning up the park. She was very understanding of my situation she held the mobile home for me and my children Miss Liz keep up the good work youre awesome.

When I first moved there were so many issues with this park but now it has been cleaned up nicely . It is a quiet place to live and raise a family.So many times have I been in the office and the staff were so polite and respectful. You drive threw the park and you see the property manager and maintenance cleaning the grounds and repairing issues so things would be better for the kids in the park.

This is a great place to live at . The landlord is the best. If there is something you need she will be there ASAP and I strongly recommend this place and is a safe quiet family place

I moved down to Savannah first week in March 2017. The old property manager here promised me a mobile home that they were supposedly working on for me to move into. Well to make a long story short she lied and made excuses over and over why it wasnt getting done so I could move in. Then we got a new property manager the end of May named Liz. I meet her and explained my situation to her. She then got the ball rolling and got the mobile home fixed like it was suppose to be.It took them awhile but things that suppose to have been done wasnt. She got me in the mobile home and I absolutely love it! Liz went above and beyond her job to do this. She is sweet and will help you anyway she can. She is stern which is awesome I have saw a tremendous change in the park since she came. It is more cleaner than I have ever saw it and she is making tenants more responsible fir there property. She has even made it more safer by getting the cops to do rounds around the park. I just cant say enough about how she has made this park a much better place to live. Im proud to be a tenant here. :)

Azealea plaza is a good place if there are bad reviews it is because those people dont live here anymore they were probably evicted becausee they didnt pay rent or had a drug problem the office personel are doing a fine job. It has gotten much better here. Robin smiley is a good mgr lets keep her here. I love where I live and Im not going anywhere.

For the first time in almost 3 years the park is changing, for the better. If you need something fixed, the manager gets it done and fast. The bad elements are being removed and the trash is being taken out. The office staff is helpful and nice also.

I am 41 yrs. old and I grew up in azalea park . It was a great place back then and I made a lot of wonderful memories there. Over the years I thought about stopping in to see how everything changed over the years . Well I was shocked to say the least how nothing at all looked different. The roads were the same except for being a lot worse than before .They even have every single trailer that was there over 20 some years ago .The only thing I noticed was different was how nasty it has become and now I would see me living there or having my kids grow up there anymore . I heard they charge you outrageous amount for rent. I laugh because when I lived there my mother paid less than 100 a month and now its over 700 for the same place . I think they need to take all the rent money and fix the issue and come on paved the road &, upgrade your trailers .

Visited a friend here. It was very dark and the roads not great. But, having a very low car, I have to say I appreciate the smaller speed bumps, unlike some I have scraped the,underside of my car with. Many homes were nicely decorated for Christmas, and I did not see a single stray my entire visit.

Sense robin has been our manager she has done everything that is wrong and she fixed up this park alot. I have enjoyed my year that i lives here and i wouldnt choose noone else to be our manager.

Liz has been such an awesome property manager. She has corrected any issues Ive had with my home very quickly.

Great place to live if your trying to save money or trying to find a rent to own then turn and make profit.

Well lets just say truly the most disgusting nasty mobile home park in the state of Ga. And the property manager ( Liz) is a very very nasty foul mouthed person that you will Eva meet in your life. She lies and is extremely 2 faced. A real life snake in the grass.

I can tell that they have really stepped it up with the new management and maintenance.Things are getting better and fixed the roads are getting better .the crime is down the people are starting to care more its becoming a community slowly but surely.

Worst place to live. The playground looks like something out of the movie Wrong Turn. The office staff is a joke. You go in the office to discuss business and their kids are all in your face, they dont tell the kids to leave. No repairs ever get made. I just left with no notice, it was horrible. Please dont rent here, you will be sorry if you do

I own a mobile home in this park, I have been here since the original owners, Floyd n Stella Smith, the place was beautiful, then she retired he passed away, her son Charles took over, it was ok, then he subleaset it to Darlene n Richard Kyle, ok they put a swimming pool in, but u then filled it in with dirt, the Kyles handed the park over to their son Rick, n next thing I know Vicky is running the park saying shes the owner, next thing I know theres Val running the park, these two thats all their doing is collecting money nothing else, then we get Miss Liz, changed things to the good, got rid of the dead beats, the drug dealers, the police r riding this park to make sure we r safe, Miss Liz is keeping on top of things, if the yard is over grown, she gets on to u, I like that cause too many ppl HAD junk cars in their yards before Liz, there gone, I had a drug dealer living next door to me n I didnt know it, she got them out, I would be very sad n upset if she was to keave, I feel safe in my home now, before i didnt, I kept my door locked 24/7 because I was scared, with Liz no longer, I can see where this park is improving 100 per cent

Very sad I thought I was going to surprise my daughter but she doesnt even live there...n at least I got to meet where my gifts were going to...not to thankful either :( so truly a sad day

Very nasty people to work with all but one Billy is very friend and helpful person.They tell you some thing and then do not hold to their word.
