Lived here years ago purchased my trailer from Lanier. Too many trees in the park. One day the water stops working and I go down to the well area and see that all the water is leaking out of the tank. It was about 8pm so the office was closed. Called the owner on the property and she told me not to bother her because she was giving her kids a bath. Within the week I was given a notice that I had to move my trailer off there property. This is a place that cares about taking your money as long as you dont bother them. You are below peasants to the owners of this property.

Mixed community, very quiet. I purchased my mobile home from Lanier in 2008. I stayed in Grove Point for 7 years and I really miss living there. It was safe and crime free.
