Terrible place. All the mobile homes are old and raggedy. The cottages are raggedy and run down and full of bugs. The landlord and owner are SLUMLORDS!!! He neglects his properties and just collect money. They lied on there website saying the new owners cleaned up. The trash in the front is always all over the place. They have a bad stray cat problem to the point the cats have trash everywhere and the owners will not call someone to help the issue. They pose to have a people cut the grass every week which is a lie they only cut it maybe once a month. I had bees in my walls. Roof fell in when it rained bad and owner did not want to pay for the damages but still wanted his rent. They dont have a reliable maintenance person. They hire drug users and maintenance people. Who dont know what they doing or dont fix problems at all. If you value your money and valuables DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I only gave one star because I had to only to post a review. TAll the properties owned buy this company are being neglected and they are either rundown not liveable or need to be condemned.

Not to shabby. Place has come a long way. While I was out there ran into their Electrician and the Maintenance out there and they definitely liven up the place. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Its not good here the owner is a Ruussian and from what his Manger says about him is that he is shady and his name is Greg and the trailers out here are in bad shape and he is a slum lord and mess up broken water pipes and the plumbing pipes is bad you have water leaking under your trailer the rents high out here and everything

The Cottages is were its at. Tim the Maniac Maintenance Man is starting to fix this place up making it family oriented and a homey place to stay. Bruce the Fix It Anything Man from Azela still trying to show him a few things so we can call these to nice places home. At Plantation and Azela we make dreams come true. When your looking for a place to call home come stay at these 2 places.

Looks like it could use a cleanup not very well maintained drove through and is not somewhere I would like too live. To be honest I would live or choose a different area

New owners cleaned up the grounds, more owner occupied, very different rules. Need better enforcement of code violation,

Its nasty and they dont fix nothing plus they charge too much them trailers need to burn all the trailers down.

Cant keep maintenance person, slow to get anything fixed, the manager seems lost or has to call someone else for answers, noone to offically contact on the weekends, contstanly charges the tenants fees for things a grounds keeper should already be handling (before Garden City fines them for it and they try to make the tenants pay for it), and now they dont want you to park in front of your trailer. Oh not to mention they raised the rent this year as well.

Dont allow pets and the owner are very rude

Its a good place to live but theres a lot of nosey people,its fine to leave there but keep business to yourself

They are very unorganized! They let certain residents have special privilegs! I used to live there 15 years ago and it was great. The new management is fast to tow your vehicles if you dont park the way they want you to, but only certain people! Si renta a los hispanos pero son Muy rascistas!

Seemed decent and was quiet. Went to pick a friend up. Didnt spend alot of time here.

My sister lives in this mobile park. Very quiet and nice.

Typical trailer park. People are nice and the road and trees are good considering what it is.

Years ago when I lived there I would have given it a 5 star. I went back to visit someone I know and its went down really down I have to give it a 2 now.
