Awesome!! We stayed for a week and we loved it. It is a great location, right on the beach with a pool and plenty of private beach. The rooms are good for a full family. There is a good mix of families with kids and retired folks. Many of the retired couples stay for many weeks and the families come for spring break or vacations. Lots of games for kids and it is still nice and quiet to relax! A quick walk and even quicker drive to St. Armands Circle. Really a great spot for a vacation, especially for the price!!Been coming for many years!

Just checked out after spending weeks 2 and 3. Have been an owner since 1976 and have always enjoyed our stay. The property is very well maintained and I am encouraged to see the updates that are being made. Had the opportunity to tour one of the newly renovated units with Dan, Maintenance Manager. I am hoping unit 217 will be renovated when I return next January. I love the new flooring and renovated bathroom. The granite counters really give the unit an updated feel.

Small but nice and fully.equipped room. Obviously with Covid going on people are more precautious but the beach is absolutely gorgeous and almost no one on it. most dining places are opened for limited guests and takeout. St Armonds down the street is a wonderful seaside stop for dining and even just a walk in the park there.

Ive been an owner at Suntide since 1987. I bought when I was fresh outta high school. Ive met many folks that come and return here with generations now of family. Its beautiful. Well run. Quiet. Clean. I plan to come here for another 30 years. Its not too uppity. Just a great place to relax and enjoy the awesome beach and sunshine.

All you need for a beach vacation! Super friendly staff, nice clientele. Dont miss out on Hot Dog Wednesdays! A classic. Also get down to Olafs ice cream too - youll love it!

Stayed here for a week with family. Beds were TERRIBLE. There were some owners there who were not nice to paying guests. We will spending our money elsewhere.

I know we put our trash in the wrong trash cans we are new here but the reaction we got from I guess the maintenance crew was rude and made us feel uncomfortable, unwanted and the short guy was downright disgusting I will post this on Facebook right after I finish this review ugh!!! no one deserves nasty treatment

Very relaxing, no frills place. It was very quiet at night, which allowed us to enjoy the beach sunsets. It was just a few miles into town for lots of shopping and restaurants.

Weve been coming to Suntide for three years now and we absolutely love it. Property is well-maintained, units are homey and comfortable. The private beach is beautiful, white sand and clear blue water and uncrowded. Free WiFi is great. The management is responsive if you have any problem. If its a particularly windy day on the beach, youve still got the pool deck with heated pool and hot tub. Fantastic gem on the beach!!

I cant say enough good things about the suntide. My family has been coming here for 4 generations, and I love every inch of it. The staff is incredible, the pool and hot tub are always perfect, and you cant dream up a better spot on Lido Beach. If I could give it 10 out of 5 stars I would!

The beach is fantastic and the rooms are exactly what we needed.

Suntide has been exceptional. We love the location on Lido key. The beach is so clean and beautiful especially at sunset. The rooms were very clean and staff are friendly and happy to help. Kitchen has just about every thing you need, and just ask the front desk if there is something missing. Great place for couples, families and friends. Such a peaceful beach club with great amenities and things to do on location. We hope to return soon!

Great location. Walking distance to St. Armands Circle with lots of shops and restaurants. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Its a small resort with 61 units. Not a lot of amenities but the beach/gulf is viewable from most units. Its a wonderful place to relax and unwind.

It is an amazing place. It has a heated pool and a hot tub. Also its a nice quiet place to relax and have fun. The ocean is literally steps away from your door. The rooms here are beautiful. You also have your own stove, microwave,coffee pot,and dishwasher.

Resort is clean and very well maintained, staff is friendly and accommodating. The beach is flat and the water is crystal clear a little slice of heaven!

Would like to have a week every two months, great place, location and the resort itself, well taken care of.

Love this place. Its especially great for families with children or groups. Rooms have individual access. Either one bedroom or two (plus sofabed) with everything you need, full kitchen, outdoor grill, TV, parking etc. The best part is a well maintained pool and beautiful private beach. Within easy walking distance to St Armands Circle, which is great for shopping, eating out, both casual and upscale.

The location, property, and staff are the best!! A wonderful place to vacation, for sure! A well kept, clean, and beautiful resort on Lido Key.

We had our family with children staying at the gulf beach resort right next door and the gentleman that was collecting the chairs at the sunrise island beach resort a employee there was trying to fist fight a man and a women that were just tying to watch the sunset from where we were staying he was giving the finger and yelling vulgar language in front of our children for no reason he is unstable and we can’t believe that they have this employee that is unstable like that working in there establishment unreal and unexceptionable for any resort or hospitality industry. I would beware and be cautious of the this man collecting the chairs on the beach during sunset he had no problem or care of people around him. We just wanted to let everyone know before anyone got hurt from this man who knows what he can do to a guest at his own establishment who got him angry. Please we thought people should know before becoming a guest at this place.

We need ( as owners ) and renters to be owners ..... A few changes in the Board of Directors.In my opinionRon - outTom - outTody - out.... keep the rest of them in place.Staff at Suntide keep them in place.They understand what the owners like and need.Overall this resort has been getting things under control from the damage the last Board has done to make the place into something is was not!!!Things are moving in the right direction ... .Keep up the good work.

Clean,1/2 bedroom condos with heated pool, jacuzzi, outdoor pool table,ping pong, and nice common areas. On the beach with your own parking(1) spot. Ive been coming here since it opened in the eighties.(as a kid) Ive been to many other places and we always want to come back here instead. Sometimes, we even left places and came to Suntide. This place is always clean and provides all the basic things we need. Its not extravagant, but well maintained and everything is within walking or if youre lazy, within three tenths of a mile to drive. Restaurants start within two buildings down and there are two tiki bars,on the beach, within a short beach walk. If youre looking to spend, during prime season, $1100-1500 a week this is the place. Two doors down, its $569 a night for a hotel room with two double beds! Off season its only $700 a week for a one bedroom..

Spent over 25 Years Visiting the Suntide Island Beach Club, every fall and its as beautiful today as the 1st year I bought the timeshare back in 1986

Located right on the gulf cost, this place is a great place to visit if you love the beach. A short walk to the beach or relax poolside. Its not one of the huge high-rise condos, but an older two story that is updated, clean, and comfortable. The only complaint it that due to the location of our condo, above the main lobby, the parking spot for our unit is as far away from us as possible, right off the beach. The one room condo is tight, no dining room table, minimal room in kitchen for food that doesnt need to be refrigerated. The bed is a memory foam mattress, some would like that but it bothers my wifes back. The bathroom is tight with a basic tub/shower. We are here mainly for the beach so overall, what we wanted and expected.

The Suntide has a new property manager this year, and so far I definitely approve. Our condo had some appliances replaced, and the whole resort has upgraded TV and WiFi. Of course what really matters to me when Im here is the beach and the pool, both of which are amazing as they are every year.

Old motel converted to time share. Redeeming amenities? Its on the beach! You can walk from beach to pool in less than 500 feet. Close to St. Armonds circle too.

I have been coming here since the early 90s it a great family vacation. Soak up the sun next to the pool or on the Private beach rooms are 1 and two bedroom with full kitchens. I dont know what they rent for I own a week. Bring your own boose there isnt a bar Not realy any in the immediate vicinity thats what makes it great for families, but if you want to do a little partying Siesta key is minutes away. Saint Armonds circle offers fine dinning gift shops and ice cream great way to spend an evening. Be careful of this destination once you have been here you will.fall.in love with it.
