What a beautiful resort! This place is filled with happy and friendly people, plus you can walk right out to the beach from the pool and lounge area. Family has been coming here for decades and I dont see that stopping anytime soon. Great location and close to everything you need in St Amands Circle.

Owned here for years and we go most years. Simple resort (no restaurant, no cafe) but they have a nice pool, its clean and very well-maintained, and the office is always helpful. The unit- weeks we dont use, always rent readily. Annual fees are reasonable and units themselves are affordable. s all good :-)

What can I say about this Florida gem? I have been staying here every summer since I was born and I look forward to it every July. The sunsets cannot be beat, the beach and pool days are so relaxing, every room is a quick walk to the beach, and there are tons of dining options just a mile away. Love the Limetree!!!

The Limetree Beach Resort is a great vacation destination on beautiful Lido Key. A gem of a place to stay, great office staff, service, and updated units. Lovely for sure!! Everything was perfect!!

Nice weekend trip to Sarasota from St. Pete. Good location on the beach and close to the shops and restaurants. There are nearby bike lanes which made getting around on our electric scooters easy. The condo owners seem to be a very tight knit community. Lucky we found a room and booked last minute during the seafood festival weekend. We took our paddle boards and paddled along lido beach.

Ideally located beachfront Resort. This is a small, older property but clean and very well-maintained.

Its gated & if you know someone comes every yr, its a good comunity. Interior are good enough but outdated, seemed fit for seniors tastes. There are not many places in the area to go for dinner or bars. Kitchen has almost everything but dish soap. No shampoo & conditioner, you have to drive across the long bridge to down town Sarasota to buy them. No room service, you take towels & sheets to lobby to exchange on Wednesday only. But staffs at lobby were real nice & helpful, you can ask them for anything.On the unit, you cant see the ocean from living room if you sit down. Narrow bathroom w/ shower only.Theres a hot tub & swimming pool in the courtyard. A live one-man show on Tuesday evening by sunset. Not much beach in front.

Need to cancel our trip for obvious reasons. Schools have been shut down, our jobs are shut down. Lime Tree is refusing to refund our money. We need that money back now. Lime Tree should be ashamed.

Excellent time share, the residents are a bit clicky, but overall friendly. maintenance does a very good job, pool and hot tub are well maintained

Limetree is a beautiful resort, family atmosphere, lots to do on lido key you will never be bored lime tree is a beautiful place to stay it do go through there every June its like a family reunions people you dont even know but you do now family spa right on the ocean, what else can you say go to the ocean and have your breakfast lunch and dinner

Back for the first time in twelve years, and as good or better than ever. Been coming since it was built and feel blessed to get to be here when I am. Ive seen lido beach change a lot in 50 years, but still one of my favorites. And the Limetree is perfectly located and oriented to the beach. The staff has always been warm and welcoming. The place is always kept very clean and well apportioned.

They shut down the complex. We were unable to use our unit. Was reimbursed for a fraction of our lose. But not the cost of renting another place in Sarasota. We essentially are losing money for ownership of our timeshare. Not happy about this.

Love this little gem of a place!

My family absolutely loves the Limetree! The beach is beautiful and private. The resort is located close to shops and many great restaurants. If you drive off shore, about ten minutes, you can go to the Publix and get plenty of snacks, drinks, and meals. The kitchens in the resort rooms are equipped with cooking utensils. There is also a grill down by the pool that we love to use to grill up lunch while the kids swim. Although we drive to Armand Circle, it is walking distance, a mile or less. The staff at the resort is friendly. We look forward to our trip every time and can not suggest a stay at the Limetree enough!!! Worth every penny!

Have been an owner for 38 years, its a good family place

Its been my familys summer vacation location for the last 6 years and we became time share owners two years ago. We love it and look forward to going every year. The staffs hospitality is great and the beach is just pass the pool. Some amenities could be upgraded, but when you have a beautiful beach in your backyard, youll forget about those minor issues.

Clean and very friendly staff. The rooms is updated. Beach is great.

I’ve been coming to LimeTree beach resort since i was a baby. And every year I’ve came back for two weeks and I’ve loved it every time! Why? Because limetree isn’t your typical resort LimeTree is a small community that lives on. And it’s amazing to watch people grow up here and you’ll always make. New friends here! Highly recommend coming if you have a family and you’re looking to rent or own a unit.

My grandparents and family have been going here for 30 years. It has always been an amazing and memorable vacation, and I plan to keep the tradition of coming here every year and cant wait for my husband and I to return again with our first newborn child!This place is by far one of my favorite places to stay, and surprisingly affordable when looking for a weekly timeshare.We always go week 43, the last week of October, and its always perfect with great weather and the beach is never too crowded this time of year. We always enjoy seeing all the regulars that come on the same week as us, you start to develop relationships and a sense of community with the other time share owners.The establishment is always clean, and they have been doing updates in all the units and it looks fantastic. The staff is always friendly and helpful with any accommodations you may need or want to know about, and there are plenty of fun things to do if you can ever get off the beach. One of my favorite parts about Lime Tree is how short of a walk or drive it is, just down the road, to St. Armands Circle which is full of great shops and amazing restaurants.

Love limetree. Been coming down for over 12 years. Nice condos, wonderful staff, beach is always clean and well taken care of.Almost everyone is easy going and nice, you make lifelong friends. Staff goes out of their way to do things you request.Great to have all the seating and grills...you can relax and eat outside if you wish.Friends and I have a great time, alot to do, or not to do, its up to you.

Weve been coming here forever. This was my 29th year here and there is something special about Limetree. Its great for a week or two stay on the beach with fully equipped kitchens in the units in case you dont want to eat out every night. The pool and beach are super easy to access and youre within walking distance of St. Armands. My only complaint is that they are slowly renovating all of the bathrooms. Which is great, however the bathrooms used to have tub/shower combo. They are not replacing the bathtubs and now with small children this is not convenient but we deal because we love Limetree and all of the people we see every year!

Truly my second home, & my 36th year at the Limetree! Thank you to Shawn, Brenda, John, Chris, Mike, Jessie, and EVERYONE who works at Limetree Beach Resort! You all made this the BEST VACATION ever!!

Been coming here for almost 30 years with my family.love this place. Unfortunately I sent a friend and her husband to take a look at limetree and they were treated very badly. The man at the front office acted like they were inconveniencing him by asking to see a unit. Very unwelcoming. I thought the hospitality business ment you were to be hospitable to guests and potential buyeres/renters. Talked to the manager (Sean Griffin) he apologized. I called him back, leaving a message on his cell phone wanting owners/associatins phone and address and have not received a call back. Not happy. I will not recommended Limetree again.
