Was looking for something for Rent. But the owner acted like she doesnt like white people.

There is never a manager in the park to deal with any issues. they made a mistake on my bill and when i try to contact them they never answer and the voice mailbox is full. There are cops in and out of the park almost weekly there is a large group of unsupervised kids ranging from 8 years old to teenage who vandalizes and disturbers other residents. They leave notes on your door if you have a clothes line on your porch but they refuse to fix the broken down washing machines and dryers. Another person posted the conditions of the garbage around the park and the lack of weekly lawn care. Ive lived here for 20 years and this is the worst Ive seen it.
