It is a 55 & older Community. Neat & friendly.

Wonderful place. My family and I are here to help my parents, but the people here are very nice. Nice park if youre 55 or older park is clean, they have a nice pool and Jacuzzi. They have activities and such in the hall.

Most of the residents don’t always follow the rules they vote in place!

Small mobile home park with a clubhouse and a pool. Nice location, South of town where the traffic is not as bad as in Sarasota.
