Village Green Golf club is our preferred executive course in our vicinity. Kind staff, scenic course. Although, the first nine holes are too near to houses, not recommended for beginners who cant control their balls. Not very difficult to master it, there are a few and not too irritating hazards.

Im very sorry but, the greens were very bumpy and random spews of grass sticked out

They are airaiting the greens so they are super difficult to put on and a lot of sand. But at $9 at twilight. No one in front of you or behind.Walking on a beautiful day is perfect.

Nice golf course. I played here twice when being in Sarasota. The greens were okay and the fairways were good. I prefer this over Bobby Jones Golf Club.

This is a perfect place to work on the parts of your game that happen AFTER you make your first drive. Its nicely maintained and the staff is wicked friendly. Have reasonable expectations - this isnt Pebble Beach - but for two of us to have a round in two hours is simply a great way to spend an afternoon!

This is a fun, short, executive-type 18 hole golf course. Tee times required. It winds through residential housing, switching back upon itself a lot. The greens are small and require accurate shots. Most holes are short par 3s from 95 to 175 yds. I think there are 4 short par 4s with the longest hole being 270, I believe. So again accuracy is the key. Very affordable and the staff is very friendly and accomodating. Full service 19th Hole. This course will definitely test your short game. Greens now are running fast. We had a great time and Ill be back to play again after my home remodel is completed by end of month. Suggest you give this course a go!

The people in the pro shop and the greens staff are super friendly and polite. Please dont underestimate this course, you have to hit it straight. I am a mid handicap golfer and this course has helped me no end with my short game. I really enjoyed playing golf here and will be coming back here again.

My first round in 20 years! Had a great time. Course was very wet...ended up covered in mud. Prices are great especially for off season. Cant wait to visit again! I did pretty well, too!

Great little par 3 and very friendly staff

It may be an awkward set up but its great for a quick 2 hour to 2.5 hour round especially if you want to practice your par 3s. I take my 15 year old out and I he doesnt get bored like on a full size coarse.
