Theres a beautiful trail that leads to the creek. Be aware and cautious of the homless encampments throughout the park.

The skatepark is pretty fun here. Met some cool people and worked on my turns. Definitely different than the one I know in Petaluma, different skill set needed. But, overall, pretty nice.

The youth park is always been great! But now the city is doing the right thing and promoting the sport of disc golf in the back acreage behind the regular Park. Thank you city of Santa Rosa!!

I enjoy how quiet this park is and its clean. Ive never had any problems here and feel pretty safe. The people that come here are friendly and bathrooms are clean.

Great for the natural types. Big beautiful trees. I love it there a good place to get lost from the fast pass City lights dont exist here in the forest or come up to the bowls and do a few tricks on ur board or bike so much fun for all ages

This review is mainly for the skatepark, its a one of a kind spot. It was built for skateboarding with the 70s and 80s style park in mind. No half pipes, stairs with slanted rail etc. What it does have is the flow, its so fun to just surf/carve the concrete there. It does have a flat bar, super long parking block style curb, grinding box with ledges and a kick ramp.The other main thing is the people and local skaters! Seriously some of the nicest guys Ive meet and the greatest of vibes.

This park has everything we need. Bathrooms, water supply, sand, good play structure, skate area. No complaints.

Have driven by many times, thought Id take a chance and stop with my grandson.. Ample parking, clean multiple bathrooms, smooth cement paths to walk on.. Skateboard park, newer playground. Plenty sitting, barbeque area. Green grass & trees !!! Very impressed!! Also, train track for train rides looks like 1 weekend a month.. Will be back!!!

Ive been fount to this park since I was_ a child. Great for partiesand making friends.

Came here for a friends bbq party, the picnic tables were clean and in good order. They are in close proximity to the playground, so Id feel comfortable letting children play while I had lunch.

Nice group picnic grounds on a hot day when most of the people are at the river. The park was virtually empty and youth community park has a kids playground and a skatepark. Plenty of flush toilets and the sink

My kids love coming to this park. They have skateboards and love to get out there with the big boys. The people that come to skate here are very mindful of my little guys and dont seem to mind at all that they are getting out there with them, they actually encourage them. This is such a relief for me because I worry so much when they get out there, they are only six and eight, and have been going out there for a couple years now.

Like this park my fam n friends use it for there partys n i love the skate park it was nice people were friendly n got to see a nice couple holding hands while skatebording together was pretty cool to see

Bathrooms are nice in the morning. The park is small and lots of interesting people tend to hang out there.

Im a frisbee disc player and the property in the back there seems to be plagued with homeless garbage/debris. We are trying to clean up and make this a better and safer place for everyone.

Nice park, well maintained and lots of space for kids to run. I was skeptical about taking the kids here, in the past so many teens and homeless i was afraid to let the kids play out of my reach. Much nicer these days!

This skate park is everything I wished for growing up, and now to enjoy this with my son has been nothing but radical. The locals are a good crew, people just need to chill out. Theyve all been nothing but respectful and even courteous to all the younger riders. The freaks come out at night so enjoy with your kids till sunset~

A new neighborhood is going in next door, that should make this a better park in the near future.

I like to meet new people n my dog can make new friends too. Most of the time I can just chill with No problemo. Ive been going to this park for 10 years n have seen it. Go through a lot of changes n I gotta say, Ive had a lot of good times here its cool with me.

This park is really neat. There is a skate park, a playground, a creek running through, and a large, flat wooded area with lots of different trails. Unfortunately, every time Ive been here (usually early evening), there are always sketchy looking folks sitting around on the picnic tables, in their cars or walking around. Im not an overly judgemental person, but they are scary looking and I definitely dont feel safe here with just my child.

Been skateboarding and riding bmx here for over 20 years, since highschool. Check out the bmx dirt jumps in the back, rip my dc cars in the field, skatepark and dirt jumps.

A lot more to it than i thought. Public bathrooms, gazebo with picnis tables, and a playground for kids too

Good play structure, sand is filled with oak debris. The skate park portion is very cool.

Its larger than it looks from Fulton Rd. A good play stucture. Landscaped & wild trails. And a mini steam train track around the park, yay:

Hella transitions but hardly any street course so I give it three out of five for being old an school and nostalgic piece of santa Rosa history

The Skate park rocks. Great place to go for a walk in the back over the bridge to the trails.

At first I thought wow! Thats really nice what they do by giving children, adults a ride on the train and it is. But I would watch the lady in the back I know its not much but it was all the money I had which was to take my son to the fireworks that night $15 that lady pocketed and she knows who she is. Who I can say now thinking back on HOW VERY SNEAKY YOU WERE, HOW ABOUT A LIL HONESTY IT WASNT HARD TO SEE IM A SINGLE MOM HOPE YOU ENJOYED IT!!

I cut my teeth on this skatepark so I have a soft spot for it. Lots of fun.

Not as busy as other local parks and offer a nice gazebo area along with bbqs and play structures with plenty of grass to play too.

First, a physical address would be helpful. Beyond that, it is outrageous that I have to log in and register and give Google info to write this review for a public facility. I will now get crap I dont want and be profiled as the log in said. So I lied. I dont like lying, but that seem to be the only way to cope with this BS. I assume someone, somewhere, is getting money off this and none is going to me,but that is not the point. I hope someone from the City of Santa Rosa sees this.
