Enjoy this beautiful environment and the wonderful memories of all the most special, people on earth in time we will regain strength and obtain stability that forms a support system that provides a way. Here was a,picture of my great great great grandparent and her father.
Thoughtful pieces included, approachable descriptions. The exhibit encourages discussion. Gift shop is exceptional, so many pieces available made by local native artist. For anyone, go to learn, connect and celebrate the resilience, beauty and strength of the local native culture/people.
I participated as one of their display tables in an event they hosted. I know the majority of people who work here, very very sweet people. So kind and nice. I had such a great time at their event that I didnt get a chance to do a walk through of their exhibits but I have no doubt that it would have been just as enjoyable!!
You really do need 1.5-2 hours here! Beautifully presented engaging exhibits.
Very educational I dont think too many people or tourists like us know about this place We were the only ones visiting. The staff was very helpful Watched the video
Fascinating exhibits, there is so much to know about native history that is glossed over in school. I left wanting to know more.
Great place to vist.
Very well presented. Every American should see and experience this museum to appreciate the American Indian and their reality as well as what was unjustly done to them by the early white settlers.
A small museum but a fascinating introduction to the Indians of California. They have a series of portrait photos from the 1920s that are stunning in their grace and beauty.
Good museum. Can see it in under an hour. Good exhibits highlighting information I hadnt seen in other locations.
Interactive... friendly people....really interesting history. Love the museum
Very small, not much to it but very informative about how poorly the Indians were treated.
Its a great museum, and it even has a store with amazing stuff. Very family friendly, and great staff.
This is a must see for anyone with an interest in California Native American history. It not only captures history of the tribes in the Santa Rosa area, but also those of the central California area which I write about and the Chumash and Serrano tribes down in southern California.
The best museum and shop.
Small place with lots of information, fotos and exhibits. Today was special with native vendors selling various items including food, jewelry and clothing.
