It had green grass and Trees. Wish it had a closed in dog park, but all in all it is still a good park.

Just love this little park. Located right in the center of the older portion of town, the creek runs along the park so the dogs can play. So pretty...no matter the time of year.

This is a very beautiful place: 1. There is a big grassy field; 2. A playground for kids; 3. Giant old trees surrounding it; 4. A path that leads to where Upper Canyon rd. meets Canyon rd., Its a great place to start a stroll down Canyon rd. to see the galleries and sample the food found there.

Nice park to kick back or play some basketball. The playground looks cool too, with a dope jungle gym - when I was a kid, this was the type of spot I lived for. The pasture is pretty broad too, and it couldnt be better placed - at the end of both the Santa Fe River Park and Canyon Road. Such a lovely area.

Its a nice park to go to and very accessible from many parts of Santa Fe. It has a lovely green field good for relaxing on.

I love this park! Well maintained. Humongous grassy area to run and play. I walk a quick lap for my break and it is lovely. The SF River runs beside it. Take the kiddos and your pooch to play!

This is a beautiful park! It is also a local dog park too however.... and Im just not comfortable having my children playing when there are unknown/familiar dogs not on leash.

Im from texas and came here for snow. This is a great spot for little kids to sled

Had my school’s field day here. It was fun. Too bad I learned that my best friend for years was leaving to a different school that day. He’s moving to Albuquerque. I’ll probably never see him again. But, hey, at least the grass was green

This park is nice and grassy but it really needs some swings and a slide. Especially a baby swing. Something for smaller kids age 3 to 5. Maybe some tubes to crawl in.

Patrick Smith Park is an emerald green oasis located off Alameda Street in one of the oldest and toniest neighborhoods of Santa Fe. For people who love old cottonwood trees, green grass and open spaces, this is a wonderful spot to relax, walk the dog and let your children run free. The only criticism is reserved for the dog owners who lack the social civility to pick up after their pets. There are basketball courts, playground equipment, a kids climbing wall and a small parking area. Santa Fe should make more public spaces green and free.

It looks like a nice little park for the area I basically just pulled in because I kind of got lost in Santa Fe and I was trying to figure out where to go so cant use the phone when youre driving but they had so basketball court couple other little things and look like a nice little park for the area

In the upper east side of Santa Fe, on the river, between East Alameda St, and Canyon Ed in the old (OLD) part of Santa Fe, this is one of the most beautiful places in town.

Cool park been coming here 15yrs. Santa fe river next to it. Plenty of people if you want to meet up with dog people basketball court kids play ground.

It was fun I say its great to take your kids there to have fun at the park and river

Nice playground for bigger kids, but not much for small kids.

Park is in a nice area, and was fun for the kids for about an hour.

My daughter loves this park most of all. Always friendly dogs to play with.

Wonderful small park with lots of grass along the river. Restful with playground, basketball court and benches. Nice hidden area for reading and contemplation.

Would like to keep this a secret since we live nearby but as a dog owner I know how hard it is to find a place to take your pups when you are on the road. This year the creek was running!

Great spot to pull over and park. Walk around the park. It feels historic and the sound of the running river is relaxing. Lots of kind people and dogs. Nice downtown park.

Saw a cute c ocker spaniel jump into the river; he was loving it! !!
