Haborview Park is my gateway to the SF Bay Trail, the paved bike/walk path that follows the bay front. If you are coming from the west side of 101and on a bike, take the pedestrian bridge over 101 and continue east on Monte Diablo Ave. to reach the park and the trail.

The nice little playground is clean and should be suitable and fun for small kids. The embankment is very nice, good for bike trail, jogging and walking. Overlooking the bay, it is quite scenic, and I would imagine it will be very nice in early morning hours!

A cute little playground connected to Seal Point. Nothing especially remarkable on the land, but the views over the bay and the multitude of aquatic birds at low tide are worth a peaceful stroll, especially early in the windless mornings.

Harbor View park is located east of Hwy 101 off of Monte Diablo in San Mateo. The park is an entry point to the Bay Trail that leads either to Seal Point or Coyote Point harbor. The park has barbeque grills, a clean bathroom facility, baseball field, 2 seperate children playgrounds, and bike path
