Very nice park tucked away in the neighborhood. Basketball courts are being renovated as of 10/5/20. Turf fields and a grassy area by the restrooms. The grass has a few spots that need some attention(gopher holes and dirt areas), but otherwise quite nice for soccer.

Came here on a weekend and was surprised to see only one dog there. I was really hoping more dogs would be there to play with my puppy. It’s a much smaller dog park compared to others nearby. It’s nice that this one has grass and shade, however the grass was a bit overgrown with patches of weed everywhere.

Love the wide spread fields. It was great when I did playing my favorite sports.

It was cold evening. Moderate wind with chill even in summer. Decent number of folks!

Still a nice place to play but it seems that it gets a little dusty...I guess ppl dont really keep it that clean.

Real grass, nice sized area that is rarely packed. My pug has chosen this as her favorite so far. All the dogs and owners weve come in contact are top notch.

Great location for Junior Giants this summer! Love the turf on the fields and the bathrooms are nice for a park. Plenty of grassy areas to play on too, and equipment is fun for various ages.

Good space. Not crowded. Only down side is humans leaving their dogs poop on the ground. Watch where you walk!

Its close to the south baseball field, and in general the owners and dogs are well behaved.

The gate is under construction so it was kind of hard to find the entrance since its my first time. Pretty large area

Good-sized dog run with a drinking fountain for both you and your pup. It can be a little muddy in the winter, but I’m sure your dog will think that only adds to the fun.

It has 3 playgrounds for kids of all ages. But nighttimes the older ones sit in them and do there party thing

Artificial turf. Rain or shine fields. Good for baseball and soccer. Also a good place to run laps. Small play structure for kids as well. The traffic can be bad around mornings and evening.

Nice open park. There is a dog run, but it is often empty. Multiple large fields, set up well for baseball, soccer, football, etc. There is also a nice little community garden

Nice clean facilities. Tons of fields for games and practice. Great big biking or jogging track. Nice playground.

Newly renovated with artificial turf, which is water saving and looks fairly decent. The picnic space is nice and can be reserved for parties. The new community garden shows signs of becoming a beautiful space eventually, though it is far from finished.

A great friendly place to bring your four-legged friends.

Its a beautiful park but I wouldnt call it the kind of park you would want to have your childs birthday at regarding all of the graffiti and people who dont respect the no smoking signs

We love it there. Surprised there is always green grass given the amount of dogs who are there!

Its not one of the fanciest dog parks, but the dogs dont care! My dog loves running on the real and fairly thick grass. There must also be decent drainage because it never got very muddy during the rainy season. There are benches, a decent amount of natural shade, and a dog drinking fountain. Also, I have only run into friendly dogs here thus far. The only downside is that it is a lesser known dog park, so there are occasional evenings where there are no other dogs. Hopefully, finally putting this on Google maps will help with that!

We visited with our toddlers for the first time this weekend. We never made it to the playground, because our kids had so much fun running around the beautiful fields. The restrooms are very clean, and the park is great for families.

The grass is perfect for playing and practicing and the basketball and tennis court are great but the playground needs to be fixed.

Great but is mainly aimed towards sport events like soccer games, not recommended to bring kids.

The city of san mateo has improved this park so much.
