Beautiful setting with stunning views not that far from San Diego. They have wonderful outdoor seating and live music in the weekend to enjoy when sipping their wines.

Really beautiful place and view and good wine. Limited parking, so definitely carpool if there is an event.

Great venue and beautiful scenery/views.They have really great wines, but if you’re a white wine gal they only have 5 variants. They are really good though.Family friendly atmosphere. You don’t have to take the stairs to get to the top; you can keep driving up the road and it leads to the top.

I have continued to come back k time and time again. The views are breathtaking (situated in the hills), and the wine is spectacular. I hope every can come and enjoy this unique experience.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND. I traveled to Sunshine Mountain Vineyard all the way from Virginia. I came here at the recommendation of friends who live in the area, so I was very excited to get away from a busy week and relax. I even bought a $21 Groupon for a tasting. When I pulled up to the property, there was a gate that blocked me from getting onto the premises and into the private neighborhood that apparently surrounds it. The website makes zero mention of this gate on their website. There were Sunshine Mountain Vineyard flags, signs, and arrow pointing up the road through the gate, so I know I was in the right place. Their website and Google indicated they were open. I tried calling 4 different times and the line rang and rang and rang and rang. No voice recording, no customer service, nothing. This is terrible business and I would highly NOT recommend this sham of an establishment. I wasted $21 and an hour out of a day I was hoping to relax.

Came up here for a wedding last weekend and wow, what a great place. The setting overlooking the valley is just great! Well shaded area below the winery is a great spot for a wedding or similar event. The winery area is well set up too with a nice gazebo and chairs to relax at and enjoy the view. The wines were all pretty good and have a great price point. In addition to the wine we had at the wedding we picked up a few bottles to take home for ourselves. Definitely a cool spot to check out for wine or events.

I’d give them a zero if I could. No where on their site did they say they were closed this weekend and the gate was locked when I showed up with a group of ten after we found the Groupon. Very disappointed. But, we went to Orfila in Escondido and had a great time.

Wow! The views at this San Marco winery are breathtaking. I have never seen anything like it. I was very happy to book one of these tours during our vacation, and I think anyone visiting the area definitely should!
