LOVE the walking trail! I meet nice people and its very pleasant.

This park has great views the softball fields are very kept, its dog friendly. It has bathrooms that are clean. The park is just very well-maintained. And it has fantastic views at sunset. Youre up on the hill You can see for miles.

This park is big and well taken care of. A couple baseball/softball fields, and a large multi-use (soccer) field at the top. The kids playground is fun for young kids and the older kids love the small skate park. The dog park is nice, but I wish it had grass its just dirt. I know its tough to maintain grass in any dog park, but they seem to take good care of the rest of the park and people love to take their dogs here, I wish they could maintain a grass dog area. Its a fun park to hang out in generally. Theres always a game to watch or just relax...

Its a small, pre-fabricated skatepark with some concrete features. Not great for beginners, more of a bike park.

This is a great park, features a well designed skatepark, a rock-climbing wall, dog park, baseball fields, soccerfields, and small hiking trails. It is truly a fun place to pass the time and hang out with friends. I recommend highly.

Park is always kept up well and clean. Plenty of trash bins. Nice grass, playground for kids, 2 softball fields and a skate park. So much to do. Third place is great.Theres a dog park too. Small and large dogs separated. Its all dirt and looks a bit sad compared to the rest of the park.

This park is great! If I didnt get my boards taken from me by an unnamed group of individuals, I would of totally enjoyed skating. Be that as it may...The bathrooms were super clean as well. No strange piles of stuff in random areas. Though there was an empty bottle just sort of chilling in the middle of the bathroom in the rear of the park. Makes this place all the more interesting. The workers do a great job making this place clean.

Beautiful park with a nice west breeze. Was there on a Sunday afternoon and it was a ghost town. Great for outdoor b-day but make sure to reserve a gazebo, not much natural shade.

Very well maintained park with baseball diamonds, soccer fields, playground, skate park and rock climbing wall. Not to mention 2 separate dog enclosures. Would be 5 stars if the park ranger didnt hassle us about our dogs playing together off the leash, bothering no one.

Commenting on the dog park area. Dogs and owners are always super friendly. There is a medium sized area for dogs to run and play. It is all dirt which surprisingly dries quickly after rain.

Sprawling park with something for everyone. Walking trails, assorted ball fields, skate park, etc. The City of San Marcos does a great job maintaining it.

This is a great Park to take your dogs to. Its also great for watching the sunset because you get a great view of it over the hills. Its an overall good Park and would recommend for any after date retreats.

Its a great Park you just have to watch for dog poop in the kids playground

Dog park is small, all dirt and on a gentle slope. Drove here from Escondido and had better expectations for what it is. Get rid of any notion that your dog will be frolicking in grass. This is not it. Overall, meh.

Its a nice park never been or heard of it but its great to take the kids.

I play softball there. There are two fields. One football / soccer field. Skateboard park, and a childrens playground. And last but not least there are three horseshoe pits and a 2 pen dog park.

From baseball field to skatepark and dog park altogether.

Really fun park, but the parking is kinda far away from the play structure and the school is using the closest parking.

I wished they would clean up the dog park on the small side for pets . Leaves piled up in corner of dog park by fence smelling and very un healthy for our pets ! Can not believe this dog park is still closed while others are open in San Marcos . Hollandia Park still closed May 28th . Why so many businesses are now open and we can not take our pets to the dog park where they are fenced in to play !This is not right !
