Love walking through but way too hot today. Great place to stop and chat with friends.

Its a nice park, but Im an adult with no kids but I like to exercise at different parks. This one was overrun with children. I know what your thinking duh your at a park. But I have been to alot of parks in the San Diego area with my wife because we like to see different things (we abosolutly hate routine). Depending on what park you go to there are different crowds and age groups. I have even been to parks overrun by senior citizens. With that being said. This is not the best atmosphere for me. It also overlooks a school. There is a very beautiful view of the mountains, a small play area, a couple swings, and a medium size grass patch where a group of lets say 12yr boys are playing football. With what looks like 1coach, and 1 parent. So these boys are basically running wild. I think next time Ill pass.

Not much here, except for playground equipment, a few tables, and large grassy field.

This place is poorly maintained and infested with mosquitoes.

Lovely grass and shade

This is a quaint little park that is nicely shaded and offers a very nice playground for children. The grass is well maintained and is surrounded by small hilltop apartments. There are two covered concrete tables. It only offers an outhouse.

I didnt care for this particular park. First, its overlooking an elementary school which means there are usually small children filling up the tiny park. Second, there is hardly any parking. When I came here there was some kind of sporting event going on with kids and their coaches screaming and chanting...which would have been fine if I didnt plan on coming here to read a book in the shade. The view is nice and all but I will not be returning here.

My son started 2nd grade here in September. We get special education action services and they are very helpful, hands on all the time

Id give them more stars but 5 is all im allowed. This is the first time Ive visited the Christmas display of lights on Knob Hill and it was BEAUTIFUL. The most beautiful part of it all is the spirit of the family that puts so much time and effort into creating this amazing display for everyone to enjoy. We must have been there 45 minutes chatting with visitors and admiring the different sections with our 2 year old who didnt wanna leave, when suddenly Santa himself showed up!! My daughter was so happy. So to the family doing this for 30 years now, THANK YOU! You are the best example of what the holidays are meant to be.

Great little park with an amazing view to kill time at while sherpas do a Costco supply run nearby.

This neighborhood hosts several great Christmas light displays, including one of the most extravagant front yard light displays in Escondido/San Marcos.

Small and intimate park nestled between condos and apartments. Great for small children during the day, but no bathrooms nearby.

The park is usually quiet and has both sun and shaded areas. It is in a Cul de sac, nestled up on a small hill. Nice place to relax, meet with family and enjoy the day there.

Great park on the hill. Good place to pick up your child from school and reward immediately for having a good day at school.

Its s very small and I have seen some questionable people hang around there before. I wouldnt make a special trip but if youre there and need a place to stretch your legs for a few minutes, see how its looking that day.

No bathrooms. Just a portable outhouse available. Not much parking there.

City of San Marcos keeps this park clean. Love to take my kids. Also very safe.
